Why does Pizza Hut not have more of these stores available. My husband and I visited on Father's Day. He was very excited. We ordered the cheese breadsticks with bacon and cheese. Trust me, get these, you will not be disappointed. We also got the pan pizza with cupped pepperoni, extra cheese, and mushrooms. Very yummy! Alicia was our server. She did a fantastic job. Everyone in there was very friendly. There are two cons- The salad bar was very underwhelming. The macaroni salad looked like is was swimming on mayonnaise. Blah. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a pizza hut classic location with seating inside. They have the 80s decor and pictures to bring back old memories. For that alone it is worth the trip![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bring your jacket as it is freezing cold inside for some reason.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was great. Kept the red cup full for the most part. They have a deep dish pizza, which must be unique to the classic locations. I love deep dish so I had to try it. Not a pleasant visit. We were the only ones in the dining room for quite a while. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Chairs were out of place, and debris all over the floor, as well as the corner platform in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The salad bar was pretty sad, as the lettuce was limp and some brown throughout. The other items at the salad bar were old and not maintained. Our server, while initially warm, seemed bothered that we only ordered one large pan along with cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was simply tossed on a plate, one stacked on another, with bits of crust and cheese on the plate. No care whatsoever. The pan pizza was slightly underdone and the crust was dry. The server never checked in on us and spent a considerable amount of time outside on a cellphone. None of the tables had paper towel rolls and we only had the initial one napkin with utensils. Two other tables were seated and initially cared for, then the waitress went outside for a solid ten minutes. The cooks seemed to enjoy phone breaks outside frequently as well. The waitress showed some attitude to the wife upon seeing 15% tip. Not good. This will be our last visit until the management, owner, or corporate makes some drastic changes. read more

Great experience. Service was great and the food was on par. We were served within 2 minutes of being seated and our food was out 10 minutes after ordering. Both pizzas were spot on. My wife's pan pizza was crust was cooked to perfection. My thin crust was crunchy as it should be. Neither takeout nor delivery can match the pizza being served piping hot to your table fresh out of the oven. Service was excellent as well. Our drinks were kept filled and we felt like we were valued as customers. If you are an 80s kid, this will bring back memories of post-Friday Night Football gatherings. All they need now is a Pac-Man machine. read more

I see many comments about rude staff, and I am here to assure you that my visit was the complete opposite. We went in on a Thursday and were brought back to the good old days. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant looks like it was remodeled recently and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. It smelled clean and looked clean. Restrooms were spotless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now, the main event...the pizza. It was just like I remember it. Buttery, hot, and fresh baked in the pan. Bad pizza, bad service, order wrong, questionable hygiene. Ordered online for a pick up 2 hours later. When I got there they were sweeping the floor and did their best to ignore me. Continued to ignore me even after I told them all I wanted was to pick up my order. Said they never got the order even though I received a confirmation. Finally found the pizza, charged me for the pizza only. Handed me the receipt, it was my order, name, phone number and the correct amount for what I ordered. I've been here for half an hour trying to get a pizza and wings that I ordered 2 and a half hours ago. Never got my wings, the pizza was cold, on the wrong crust and it tasted terrible. If no stars was an option that would be sufficient. The worst pizza hut ive ever been to. We waited 15 minutes in order to be seated, all tables were empty just not cleared off. Once we got to a table and ordered it was at least 30 minutes before receiving our lukewarm pizza. The only reason I left 1 Star is because I had to to get it to let me leave a review at all!!! I would have given a negative -5! We came in and there was one large table there eating and that's it. The salad bar was empty and we had to ask for salad to be put on it. It had not been wiped down at all in a while as there was food all over the place. They took our order after us sitting for about 10 minutes. We ordered bread sticks pizza, spaghetti and wings. There were 4 of us. They brought out a spaghetti plate first that was just slopped on a plate and looked old. Then about 10 minutes later they brought wings to my daughter. My husband asked where our pizza and bread sticks were. We were answered with " Were sorry it's taking so long but we have had a lot of carry outs." We watched them serve carry out after carry out as we still waited for our food! The group of people that came in behind us were then served their pizza!!! My husband was livid! We had been waiting over and hour at this point! He got up and spoke to the manager and she did nothing other than say. " Sorry" then proceeds to charge us out! Then she says I'll give you 20% next time you come in. There will not be a next time! I assure you. A general manager needs to come in and clean this place up. Definitely do not recommend it!
