First off, I never eat at Chick-fil-A. I believe speaking out against an entire population of people based on your own moral compass and then asking Americans to hand over their hard earned dollar to you is just dumb. And quite frankly I don't hand my money over to dumb people. Stepping down from my box, let's do this review. My daughter was given a gift card to this place and we were shopping in this plaza and she was hungry. So here we are. My first interaction with staff is to watch the cashier argue with a customer over whether or not the customer received her receipt. Really. Arguing. Then the cashier turns to ME. I'm not even part of this! And says, 'Here's all of my receipts and hers isn't here so she has to have it." Can't make this up. Lastly spending close to $9 for a plastic bowl of soup and a diet Dr. Pepper is a little much. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and typically go to the Eastgate location. The Eastgate location is amazing,great food, customer service is excellent and cleanliness is above expectation. So as you can imagine I went in to this Chick-fil-A with the same expectations. I was so disappointed. This chick-fil-A was very dirty , I had to clean my own table and the floors look like a dirt road. My food was ok but, the superfood salad was only greens and when I asked about it , the manager said they were out of berries. When I took a bite of the salad it was ruined. I took it back and they had to through out all of the salad because of this. They didn't even offer a refund or explanation. The customer service was not good and this place is a disgrace. Did not wear gloves, gave me the wrong food I touched the food when I 1st got it & told them it was not it. They took it back gave me my food then I drove off & just handed out the food I touched to the person behind me. People outside where on their phones. Person doing drinks had hair flying everywhere. To be fair - the chemically-enhanced taste is amazing, and if you're going to try to proselytize, I'd prefer it be done with fried chicken and waffle fries, but I still can't get behind this cult parading around as a fried-chicken establishment. Cause if John could re-write 3:16, he'd amend "for God so loved the world..." to add "so much so that he wants you to eat frighteningly processed fried chicken every day but Sunday." I think I'll be siding with the Colonel on this one - for he lovingly served America - even on Sundays. read more

I love the spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A!! The waffle cut fries are delicious as well, especially when they are piping hot and fresh. Very high quality for fast food. The service is always friendly and prompt. This location is always clean, and has a play area that makes me wish I were a kid again. As a note, it is not open on Sundays. read more

The food is great. As with every other Chick-fil-A I have visited. So, 3-stars for the food... However, this establishment's customer service was, by far, the worst I've experienced at a Chick-fil-A. I've been to this chain all over the country, and the employees are always smiling, offering to help and I always see at least one person keeping the place tidy. Not here. Every table was dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, there was barely anything stocked, and there wasn't one napkin in the dispensers. A patron had to ask for napkins, and she graciously offered to place the stack next to the dispenser. With ZERO customers at the counter, still, nothing in the dining room was being attended to. While waiting on my family's food, a patron approached the counter because he got the wrong item. He ordered a grilled chicken club, but received a grilled chicken sandwich. When he finally got a worker behind the counter to assist him, the worker produced a container that had bacon in it, then a sleeve that had a piece of cheese in it. Instead of taking the sandwich back and making it right... The trademark "my pleasure" here, just didn't seem authentic as it has elsewhere. I don't like giving poor reviews, but this place sadly disappointed me. Maybe they were short-staffed tonight, maybe something happened to make them so melancholy and unfocused on the customers... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it may be a while until I revisit this location, at least to dine in. Again, food, as always, A+! And the music was fantastic. EDIT: Upon leaving the restaurant, the on duty manager and one other employee were cleaning up the condiment area, stocking and taking out trash. I'll chalk our experience up to a lack of proper staffing. read more

This chick-fil-a is a particularly nice one, the workers are extremely friendly to everyone, but especially children. I love Chick-Fil-A because I love places that have vegan french fries! Another absolutely great feature is that the kids play area is sound proofed! So you can still see in and watch, but you can not hear them. It's amazing. read more

We eat here at least once a week, but usually more often than not. It's our neighborhood cfa. Great owner and great staff. Mobile ordering has made the process so much easier with a toddler. No more standing in line. We order from the car after parking and by the time we walk in the restaurant with toddler, diaper bag, and toys, the food is usually ready waiting for us. read more

5 stars for the fact they do what they do very well, I mean it's a fast food place, but they're typically quick and with great customer service. Can definitely get packed around lunch, but that's literally every chik fil a in the city. read more

I'm a big fan of chick fil a process for providing fast and effective services to their customers, with that being said I had stop here for lunch today while out running service calls, my order was 12 fried chicken nuggets, large lemonade, bowls of chicken noodle soup, and medium waffle fries! Now the food always tastes great but the reason for my review being 2 star is my dissatisfaction with the soup I received, what I got in my bowl was mostly liquid, after drinking all the broth out of the bowl the remaining contents didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. Its was disappointing. I like a hearty soup, and many other locations I've been to recently, florence, fort Wright locations gave me a thick and hearty bowl of soup. Now I know its soup, but it was more like a drink or the clear broth soups you get from Chinese restaurants, not what I was expecting, this will not however make me never go to a chick fil a but will limit what I purchase from this location. read more

Breakfast ends at 10:30. Ordered at 10:20 and didnt get my food until 10:40 with only 2 cars in front of me. Then I get home and theres a long piece of hair in my food. Literally 12 workers inside and still takes 20 minutes. If your wearing a mask put a hair net on too. read more

I love Chick fil A. However this particular one is far below the norm. One of the things I value at these restaurants is their cleanliness. This one did not measure up. Trash cans were overflowing, chairs were sticky, floor had ketchup on it, condiment station had no straws. We never saw any employee on the dining floor. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like. I will still frequent Chick fil a, just not this one. read more

i do not recommend anyone to give this restaurant their business. i went in with my mother and my 3 year old sister for breakfast. as my mom was carrying my sister to the bathroom, she slipped and fell on their floor. there was no wet floor sign or any sort of warning that the floor would be slippery, and the staff was not helpful at all. my mom injured her elbow and there was no compensation or anything offered to her. a staff member, specifically Chuck, was extremely disrespectful, and pretty much told my mom it was her fault for not seeing that the floor was wet. this restaurant has disrespectful staff and even worse service, i do not recommend to anyone! read more

Yeah ... good food. My spicy chicken sandwich was an awesome tasting tender large full chicken breast with everything on it. The wafer style fries were great dipped in the many different flavors that were offered. Service was friendly, up beat and helpful. In the realm of fast food, this is a good place to stop along Beechmont. However, in the realm of Chick-fil-a, this is by and large the worst one in the area. The fries are consistently either soggy or very salty, the sandwiches have the tendency of being old, and the lobby closes at 9pm unlike all other CFAs that leave their lobby open for the duration of the day. read more

Real tasty chicken, milkshakes taste like milk shakes, vegetables on sandwich are always crispy, and can you say Arnold Palmer Iced Tea (ice tea & lemonade. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Never have any problems and the only fries that I can eat. Best breakfast hands down. read more
