I cannot ever go here without at least one thing being wrong with my order somehow. Either something is missing, something is incorrect or I get charged the wrong price. The food is always good and everyone is polite but it gets annoying to have to keep fixing errors. I have learned to check every intricate detail of my order and take nothing for granted because there is nothing worse than ordering a salad to go and not having a fork to eat it with. Or buying biscuits for your team at work and being 2 biscuits short. This is a common occurrence so while they make it right by sending me a voucher etc it doesnt help for in the moment when I have to drive back for the missing food because someone is depending on it. The parking lot is such a nightmare too that I have started avoiding this location at lunch at all costs. read more

Chick-fil-A is a wondrous place. There's no smell of beef which in a fast food place can be overwhelming. But even this Chick is different. It has that smell of kindness and good service mixed with delicious chick-fil-a sauce and fried chicken. I could come here everyday of the week. Obviously if they were open, but they are closed on Sundays. read more

Kids can trade in their kids meal toy for a small ice cream This location is a little busier than most, however, the employees are nice, the food is good, and the place is clean. It gets a little loud inside, so if it is a nice day, we will go outside to eat. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I am so upset that I am writing this review in the parking of Chick-fil-a. I ordered 4 combos and 1 order of fries weren't in the bag. I told the young lady I was missing an order of fries. She said I have to check your bag. She wanted to use her hands to look through my bag. I said no. I will show you and of course I wouldn't want to get over on anyone for some fries. She asked me to pull over to a Doordash parking spot and I did. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out with my fries. I called and spoke with someone and explained what happened. By this time I handed my children their food to start eating. One person came out and said they were a manager but didn't apologize. Didn't show empathy. She then asked if I wanted to speak to someone else. I said ok. Another lady came out and I explained my situation a third time. She wasn't helpful she said I could give her the food back for a refund. I said ok tell my children to give you their food. I said ok can I get a coupon or something. She said no and that they were busy. I said ok that is bad customer service. When she walked away she said "My pleasure." Wow. So even if a customer is upset they are scripted to say my pleasure. read more

I have been going to Chic fil a for years and many different locations around the area but this location has serious problems. Went to the Drive thru standard Procedure, order taken quickly by a nice young man. Pay for my order no problem, get to the Window where I'm told "That they can not give me my order that I paid for because it changes the nutritional value!" What the world this exact same order that I have ordered at different locations this one decides to make up a horrible excuse and deny me of the food I ordered and paid for "because it changes the nutritional value!" Never again and I advise anyone else to go to another Location that values their paying customers and don't make up ignorant excuses not to serve them. read more

This is one of my favorite locations. I used the app for pick up for the first time at this location and the service was great. My mother and I had an unfortunate experience at this location yesterday, Wed. Dec. 1st. A $12 meal cost us $20. Our order came to $12 and some change. I gave the young lady in the drive thru 2 - $10 gift cards. She swiped the first card, but unfortunately the second card would not go through because I slightly ripped it when I opened the package. Her i-pad locked up so she said it was no problem to just take my gift cards to the window to pay. When we got to the window, I explained what happened and gave them the gift cards. I was then told that I owed $2. I explained that it was $20 in gift cards so I should have a balance remaining on the gift cards. I was then told that the first card did not have any money on it, which is not true. When the young lady scanned the first unripped card in line, it must have taken the money off of the gift card. They told me that was not true because she would have cancelled the transaction. How can she cancel it when her i-pad locked up? When we asked to speak to a manager, Julia (a former student of mine came out of the building). I showed her the cards and my receipts for the gift cards. I explained the situation and she completely understood and said she would see if she could get another gift card. She was then told by a higher-ranking manager that I would need to go to Walgreens where the gift cards were purchased. What was Walgreens going to do? Julia was very apologetic and as nice as could be, but there was nothing more she could do. Our $12 meal cost us $20. The gift cards belonged to my 89-year-old mother. She in NO WAY was trying to rip off Chick-fil-a. I know that the cards were never used because I opened them in front of the lady in the drive-thru line. What a shame! This place started strong when they first reopened. We had the displeasure of a midweek 1:30 visit . Cold soggy sandwiches and we wont even mention the nasty fries. Terrible experience this morning!! The line was seriously wrapped all the way around the building, and just because of what side of the street they were on, two cars pulled into the long line ahead of me... Had no idea that they would result in my inability to get breakfast. When I finally got to the order spot. The male voice asked me whether I would like to order one of their breakfast combos. When I replied yes and started to order, he interrupted me to say, "Oh, I mean lunch." It was 10:35. I said, "Are you kidding me, are you telling me that because I was in line for twenty minutes, I cannot order breakfast?!?" What I got back was a snotty retort: "You were not in line for twenty minutes!" I can assure you that I was in line for more than 15 minutes, as I paid attention to the time it took for the two cars in front of me to make it past the ordering speaker: 6 minutes. There were at least 10 cars in front of me when I got in line. This attitude was so infuriating that I left and went to McDonalds where I would still be able to get breakfast and swore off this Chick Fil A location for life!!! Too bad that it won't make much difference as a Chick Fil A is a license to print money, but maybe the general manager will read it and take it up with the snotty drive thru employee who was working on 12/30/15 at 10:30 a.m. I was really shocked to be treated that way! read more

I had a survey coupon for a free chicken sandwich. Tarek needs more training and customer service skills. After the first mix up with my order, he still overcharged me. I wanted 2 number 1 combos. He charged me 1 combo, and the other combo was itemized. I explained to him that he was overcharging me for itemizing. He was so busy again trying to be correct, that he wanted to debate me again... The manager was ABSOLUTE NO HELP. I will drive to the College Park, Suffolk location for now on. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this location. read more

I visit this location for breakfast sometimes. It is always very clean. The food is always to my expectations and the staff are always extra friendly, polite, and professional. Another reviewer mentioned this location gets a lot of customers, but I don't agree that the line always moves fast, but this could simply be a breakfast rush situation. read more
