I always have a good experience when eating at this location. Tonight I asked about the new superfood side because I wasn't sure. The cashier offered to get a sample for me before making a decision. She was very kind and didn't seem to mind going back and forth to have it made and check if I wanted nuts or not. The new side was very tasty! I'm glad this item has been added to the menu. This was my first meal at chick's. Great alternative to MacDs or BK. Had the original sandwich and waffle fries. The chicken was seasoned just right and the fries were outstanding. Recently had a berger and fries, yuk by comparison. It did take a while to get through the line for only one reason, it was long. Even at 3 in the afternoon. A testiment to their popularity and commitment to food quality and customer relations. Also applaud the Sunday closing too. I'll be back!!! read more

Wow! This chick fil a is phenomenal. We are used to getting bad service and food at the Burke Chick Fil a so we were completely caught off guard by both the food and service at this location! The drive thru employees are super nice! They didn't give us a hard time about the chick fil a sauce (we just wanted one per order) and they filled the fries to the top! The Burke chick fil a never does this! The food was fresh and hot. So thankful we found a good chick fil a in the area. read more

I have never met a Chick-Fil-A chain I did not like. Service has always been great and the staff always courteous... no matter which Chick-Fil-A, no matter which state I'm in. However, this is the first time tonight I went to a Chick-Fil-A where the manager, not even their regular staff, was rude (made a comment that was totally unnecessary) and even disregarded us when we made a simple request. And it wasn't like the restaurant was busy. She had us waiting almost 10 minutes for a cup of water even when no one else was at the counter (around 8pm). There was hardly anyone there! There was no excuse for her attitude and unacceptable service. Either this chain is desperate for hired help... or they simply don't care enough about the quality of their service that they do not properly train their employees. If the owner reads this review and would like to know more details, I'll be happy to tell you the name of that manger... and even send you a photo of the restaurant (to show how slow it was that night). read more

Drive thru line is usually long and moves at a moderate pace. They're always very polite when interacting with customers both inside and at the drive thru. Convenient location right off Rte 28 and right near the Dulles Expo Center but the area gets very congested. read more

Food has never been disappointing. Always a treat. This location is very busy during "lunch rush hour". The drive-thru is always busy as well but they do a pretty good job of getting you in and out. Sometimes there is room inside to eat but it actually depends on what time of the year it is. They may be a victim of their own success sometimes. read more

I have never once had anything wrong with Chick-Fil-A. I went today for lunch and I got 8 grilled nuggets. I asked them when I got the nuggets if there was 8 because it looked small and she ensured me that there 8. Sure enough when I got back there were only 7 and three of them were strung together by pieces of stringy fat, I almost gagged. The food was good; however, displeased to hear an employee state that the Centreville High School Orchestra fundraiser had ended two hours before the stated ending time on the flyer given to our organization. Honesty and consistent communication was paramount here. I had to show the employee that the fundraiser "Spirit Night" clearly stated that it ended at 9:30 after the employee stated it had ended at 7:30. Sorely disappointed. Not sure if we can do future business with them. Hopefully we will get our funds as well. Several donors had this experience. One just stated to me that he was told to "get food or get out" which is highly unprofessional and poor customer service, to say the least! I am astonished that a customer can be treated so poorly. I'm sure that the employees know that we have over, um, 250 members in our Orchestra program and this Chick-fil-A risks losing at least that many customers due to this poor experience. I sure hope this matter is resolved or we cannot recommend this Chick-fil-A to others in the future. Improved communication with its customers and its employees and managers is CLEARLY needed! We would NEVER have come twice if it were any regular night. I'm glad our employee honored our purchase after I showed him the flyer. Still, I was honestly peeved to experience this and wonder how many other donations had been turned away as a result. read more

Before I begin, I must confess that I have never left a review for any service or products, including food, that I have bought. This is the first written product/service review of my life. I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan and CFA infact, is the only fast food I feed to my 3 kids. I have been to many different locations, but this location has the worst level of service and quality of food. Service: I use the drive-thru most of the time, and for the second time already in one year after I moved to the area, I have been served my drinks in a leaky cup. First time, the cup had a puncture on the side of the cup - I was irritated but I had already pulled out into the road, so I just dumped the drink halfway to below the puncture. The second time was today and I was grabbing a quick dinner on our way to my daughter's school for a special event. This time, the cup had a puncture at the BOTTOM of the cup, and whenever I lifted the cup, it spilled on me, leaving my pants look like I just peed in it - and I was on my way to my daughter's school!! I examined the problem at red light and my sedan's cup holder was overflowing with coke!!!! Quality of Food: If you are a CFA fan like me, you would notice the darker color of the chicken's breading at this location. I always get chicken strips for my children and I've tried Gainesville, Fair Oaks, Fairfax, Manassas, and Chantilly locations. And only at Chantilly location I have noticed this problem. The breading is always darker, and the chicken is surrounded by extra fried bread crumbs. I believe this is result of overused oil. They use their oil for too long and don't clean out their oil pot as often as they should be. I have been feeling this way for quite a long time, but since Chantilly is the closest location from my house, I've been ignoring it. Now that this has happened, I am determined and will definitely travel few extra miles to different locations. read more

If I could give this location less than one-star I would indeed. Last Friday morning I contacted the store with my pick-up order (2 medium trays / nuggets & strips) that I wanted to have ready at 3:00. Placing the order went great... Pick-Up was a disaster. When I arrived I waited about 3-4 minutes at the "pick-up" area and was not acknowledged. Finally, a worker came over and inquired about my order. I gave him my info and he went to the back. I didn't see him for another 5 minutes or so, and I asked someone coming out from the back the status of my pick-up order. They also went to the back. Another 5 minutes went by, and I was told that they are working on my order. I waited for an additional 15 minutes (with workers inquiring on my order pickup) and was told that they are working on it. I finally said that I had to go now, as I needed to be at a gathering for a couple that had returned from overseas, for which I was hosting. I doubt that I will place another order from this location. All of the other locations that I have placed orders at are prompt and appear to be very organized. This location appears anything but organized. Plus, during my wait, I looked around at the floors, etc (dirty and disheveled) ... What a bummer experience ... read more

Reason why this Chick-Fil-A is 5 stars is because of the customer service. The food is the same as any other Chick-Fil-A (Great!) but the people that work there always are smiling and hard working especially at 12 when the lunch rush occurs. As always, a great experience. I have dined at this Chick-fil-A at least 100 times since moving to the area. I am amazed by their accuracy, efficiency, top-notch customer service, and quality/consistent food. They set the bar for a fast food dining experience.
