Upset with them removing the coleslaw now I have to go by KFC to complete my meal. Thanks Chic-fila

Chic fil bae -- before all else. No other way to describe my feelings about chic. I love food; good food and chic fil a seems to always make it's way to the top of my cravings list. This location seems to stay busy, but the service is impeccable. The drive thru line is constantly moving and they usually keep 3-4 people outside to take orders and pay as you make your way around the building to pick up your order. Everyone is engaging, happy and kind. I have a theory about happy workers. It's not very profound, but it seems to me that if all of the employees are happy it is a pretty good indicator that the company, management and behind the scenes workings are also worthy of a 5 star review. read more

Great food and service but I'm taking off 2 stars because of the children's area. Not restaurants fault that my 2 year old won't listen to me. But I cannot access my children to get down because of how it is set up. Only a person less than 50 pounds and under 3 feet can get up there. read more

I have not had an issue problem or concern. The food is good, and using the app makes it easy to avoid the lines.

Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill seems to have forgotten about quality of food and customer service! I've had food being shoved through my window before it's completely down, drink carriers say in my Mercedes window like it's a cup holder, missing items, wrong items, etc! I once liked this location and visit almost daily because of my picky little eater but I'll over it. I saw another review saying the salads have became skimpy. I've noticed a few weeks and last night was the worst. Last night I also paid for sprites and received waters. I didn't realize it until I was home and attempted to call 2x only to have someone pickup and hang up. If we want Chick-fil-A in the future we will venture out to a franchise location that appreciates our business. read more

Chaneica gave horrible customer service to me and I watched her give terrible customer service to another customer. This type of attitude would have been acceptable at Wendy's but I expected more at Chic Fil A. Maybe she should work in the back, as it seems she is not a people person. read more

Thank you chick filet for nurses day gifts. Every nurse got a free sandwich from chick filet at both Burleson restaurants! Can't say enough good things about this company. THR Huguley south nurses say thank you! read more

Besides the missing waffle fries, the waffle fries that were ordered had more crumbs than waffle fries and very salty. Condiments were ordered and only 5 condiments were with the order for 12 or more items ordered, sandwiches were very dry. A fingernail was found in a lemonade that was ordered. Someone needs to be doing quality control. This was all unacceptable. Tried calling this location and the phone was not answered. Left a voice mail asking for a call back and yet no one has responded. Unacceptable read more

All good things must come to an end I guess.... I have always supported this Chick Fil A, because of the quality of food, great customer service/friendly employees, and its involvement in the community. However, for the last few months or so, the first two have left a lot to be desired. A LOT. No matter what time of the day I go now (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), the food quality has been poor-- it is lukewarm and you can tell it has been reheated. Also, condiments are often left out (and not even offered like before most times). Additionally, the employees are not friendly at all, and often act like it is a chore to be there. I suspect that the renovations have caused overhead to increase, and therefore they are cutting costs in other areas, because prior to the renovations, this was a five star establishment all of the way. Hopefully they will one day return to the old Chick Fil A this community once knew...and loved. read more

A huge thank you to the staff and managers, everyone provided stellar customer service. A big thank you to Levi, Andrew, and Leann!! The Duncanville Summer Camp Staff and I truly appreciate your donation. Thank you, guys, so much!!!! read more

Recently remodeled and it looks great. They added two drive through lanes that merge into one. The lines are still long but the food is delicious. The service is great although you still need to exercise patience due to long lines. Parking is easy at this location as long as you don't park near the drive thru. There is plenty of parking though. They have a nice play area for children and when they get a kids meal they can turn in the toy for ice cream Great family place!!!! read more

Service is always 5 star! The efficiency they take to make sure your order is correct. The food is fresh , delicious. Great Variety.

This place has always been great for me. Until today, I came home with my food to find the buns from my sandwich missing... Who does that? The bun is the most important part. We'll anyways I called the place and the manager handled it very we'll, he apologized for the inconvenience and gave me another sandwich for the next time I come. I'm glad I didn't have to fight I hate when I have to argue for their mistakes. This chick fil a has never given me problems they have always been polite and always gives great service. I'm not complaining about the restaurant and their service I'm just trying to let everyone know to check to see if you have buns on your burger ! Lol sad that now a days you have to do that hopefully they won't do it again. read more

To be the worst Chick-fil-A franchise. There's no point of using the mobile app when you still have to wait in line 30+ minutes and drive all the way up to the window just received your order. Secondly when your order is wrong the managers are rude as well let the employees and they are often confused on what is a mobile order and what is a pick up order. I Had a mobile order waited 30+ minutes in line had to get out of line because they were taking so long. They still billed my card stating that I picked up the order. The worst poor customer service ever. This particular location need to be reported to the corporate office ASAP. read more

If I could give this location negative 5 stars I would! The customer service is terrible and the owner is rude! The service that we see on tv is the same in person!! read more

This location is on point! I've been going to CFA Cedar Hill for years and I have to say it is absolutely one of the best ones I've been to. It does not matter if the line is wrapped all the way around to the Valero across the street. They are fast! Customer service is always the best. I love my Cedar Hill CFA! read more

Always have a good experience here! The one time they committed an error they fixed it as soon as they were able to love this chick fil a

This CXF is one the worst unlike others even all the MOD suck @@@!! Just FYI this comment is before this weather crap..... I order a cool wrap and sub it for grill spicy chicken they told they can't do it but they pre-made like WTf is that no telling what else is pre-made or sitting there with dates probably expired... they just probably re-heated stuff... and why I say the MOD suck cause they do not have guts to come speak they send a cashier or food runner to do the dirty work what kind of established is this DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A but like I said other chick never had a problem just this CH location they call there self Christian yea right!! This is one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I know and I've visited locations all around the metroplex as well as out of town. I have been to this location many times. They are fast, efficient and the service is top notch. They consistently go around checking if you want a refill or need anything when you dine in. Kudos to the team here in Cedar Hill!!! read more

My family goes to this location Saturday mornings. They are nice, fast and great here.

Chick-fil-A is not to be compared with any other fast food when it comes Drive-Thru's. They are #1. I only order the chicken sandwich, the nuggets, and the Lemonade. No complaints there too. Overall am I satisfied with Chick-fil-A, glad you asked. Of Course!!!!!!! read more

A manager, Ashley Forsythe, made the executive decision to throw away my pick up order. A little strange but life happens. So I just wanted more food or a refund for the food I ALREADY paid for on the app. She told me she was "getting heated," after I asked for my money back and she refused. Like at least tell me it's your pleasure to be frustrated with me! After talking with someone more reasonable, they instructed her to give me a refund to which she rolled her eyes and told me she'll "get to it later." This was literally the worst chick-til-a experience I've had and all over $20 worth of food this particular manager choose to throw away -keep in mind I cater chick fil a for my meetings weekly so spent well over $20 on a consistent basis - plus it's almost a week later and she still hasn't found time to request my refund - I know because I called the headquarters and they said a refund wasn't processed. Worst customer service I've had at any fast food location as far as a response to a service failure. read more

This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A restaurants. The service is incredible and this one actually says my pleasure.

Never go wrong with this place, food great, and super fast service. Love Chick-fil-A. Only thing I will improve is the parcking area but service car is fast. read more

It is Chick-fil-A so the food is great. However this particular location could learn a lot from the Cedar Hill location and a couple of others that I have seen follow their model. The lines are long of course it is Chick-fil-A so... However regardless of When I come here, morning noon or night, the lines are long and there is no one outside taking orders so they don't appear to do anything to try to expedite getting the customer serviced and on their way or to their table to enjoy their meal. For that reason this is my least favorite location for Chick-fil-A and I only come to this location if I absolutely must. read more

So not impressed with this location. Entire experience in the drivethru was sub par. They didn't know their product, were not polite and we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food. Hopefully not their norm. read more

Here lately, this Chick-fil-a has messed up my order literally every single time. It may be a missing sauce, no sauce at all, didn't put my ice cream in the bag, etc. It's extremely annoying because i live about 15 minutes away and i never check my bag until i get home; it's too far to drive all the way back. Now, I'm going to start checking my bag because there is something incorrect about my order every time. read more

I have literally never been to a chick fil a that doesn't accommodate a customers wants. All I wanted was light ice in my drink and the cashier, Paola, refused to just put a little less ice in my drink. I get light ice on every drink I have ever gotten from chick fil a and she said they couldn't do it. They couldn't add one less scoop of ice?! So strange. Anyway, she was incredibly rude and I won't be returning to this chick fil a. read more

When I came to chick fil a I didn't know what to expect, when I went inside there was a lot of people but surprisingly the line went fast. I ordered them went to sit down and they brought me my food. Excellent costumer service, everyone is nice. And the food was good. Would recommend. read more

It's always great coming here with my whole family! This family of 5 loves this Chick-fil-A

Worst chick fila ever they mess up my order everytime so sad .....this location should close down never got a good meal from here

Picked up a grilled chicken sandwich! The drive thru lady at 11am on 8/26/2014 did not put any condiment in the bag. She seems like she was in a bad mood. read more

Fantastic customer service and the food is always great. I walked in this morning for breakfast to see about 20 elderly playing bingo in the back part of the restaurant while eating their breakfast. It really sparked the feels that chickfila understands what community relations looks like. This is one of the several reason why we use chickfila for our catering events. Way to be the industry standard setter of what great food and exceptional customer service looks like. read more
