This particular store is soooo unbelievable slow in their drive through. Very unlike their other stores.

Went to the restaurant at 9pm. They were closing the drive thru, dining room is still closed because of COVID!! Or because they can run better numbers without having to staff, clean and maintain a diningroom..... Anyways... My car clock runs 5 minutes fast and it was 9:04pm, looked at my phone and it was 8:59pm. Car in front of us got turned away, car behind us got turned away. Just a little hint/reminder. This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A restaurants we've been to. The employees are all outstanding. Every single employee is very neat and clean; every single employee is customer focused and very pleasant, they do their job extremely well and and are efficient. The food is always great. I love the signs up at this CFA a few months ago showing all the student employees who were given some type of scholarship/which says great things about the business as well. This is by far the best Chick-fil-A that I've been to! I've been to the drive-thru here on numerous occasions - just like any other Chick-fil-A, it's always busy. There are 2 lanes for ordering though which is nice and keeps the place from having a huge line wrapped around. I've eaten inside here once and it was great! The restaurant was clean and tidy with ample seating. This location is newer (edit: jk! turns out its been open since 2015, time flies...) but the staff still keeps the place in good shape. Stopped by after work to pick up a quick dinner for the family. Took forever to get. The guy working outside the window could only lean inside and talk to the girl at the window. The girl at the window just kept saying "this place is a mess, this place is a mess." I was actually very shocked. I stopped again this morning for breakfast, (not much to choose from in our area. McDonalds does not open until 7am). Got to work and unwrapped the biscuit, the bread was only dough mushed into the chicken , I had to through the entire was biscuit away. read more

It was a pretty busy night and for some reason this location always has wait times for certain items...nevertheless, the staff was remarkably courteous, apologetic, and did everything to make it right. The customer service alone was so extraordinary that we will be back for sure. I visit this location Monday thru Saturday. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and I always have a wonderful experience. This location makes the best Frosted Coffee!! The food is always warm and I have never had anything missing. I find it hard to believe that anyone could have a negative experience at this location. CFA expectations are extremely high and this location meets and on most occasions exceeds expectation. I have done curbside as well as drive thru. Never had an issue. I love my grilled chicken sandwiches, but don't go to this location. They always get the order wrong. I ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches and asked for them to put pickles on each one. Got home. Did any of the sandwiches have pickles? Nope! This isn't the first time they didn't know what pickles are. Just save your money and go somewhere else. This was probably one of the worst Chick-fil-A is that I have been to recently. I did like that it had two ordering stations. However, the french fries had a lot of salt. I also asked for 50% lemonade 50% unsweet tea combo. They did not make the drink right. They made it with sweet tea. The chicken was also overcooked and very crispy. Overall I was disappointed with this experience. There are other Chick-fil-A's in the area that are better. As always though they were fast and efficient. The staff members were friendly. read more

Yeah, it's fast food and politics aside, I was super impressed with this location. I'd driven through before and it's been smooth as most Chik Fil A drive thrus are but today we went in. It's a pretty store, first of all. Has a nice play area and the bathrooms were immaculate- even coming with mouthwash! I ordered an Asian chicken salad and was not expecting much being that it's...well, fast food. It was delicious! Edamame, warm chicken, tasty toppings and very fresh greens. Sesame dressing was good too. I was honestly surprised. There was an employee in the sitting area that filled drinks which I thought was nice since it isn't self serve. Biggest reason I gave it 4 stars? They recycle the styrofoam cups!! Way to go!! The only other place I've found is Whole Foods for styrofoam recycling. read more

Like every other Chick-fil-A, this location gets a drive through line that snakes around the building, and it's quite efficient, all things considered. Unfortunately, it's not the best service here. I placed an order on the app and when I came to do curbside pickup, my order all of a sudden disappeared from the app, and I got no receipt or anything. So I just went into the drive through line and placed another order since the other one didn't go through. When I make it to the window, the young employee tells me that the store's system saw the duplicate order, charged me for both, so now I get to have TWO sandwiches, YAY! As if it was my lucky day for getting two sandwiches..except that I still had to pay for both...So I told her I don't want to be charged twice and get two meals...so she then proceeds to make sort of a face and calls her manager over to help her cancel one of the orders. Thankfully, the manager was much nicer. But I feel like it's common sense. If your system messed up and you see that I accidentally placed two of the same orders, why are you thinking you're doing me a favor by fulfilling both and charging me double? Hmm... read more

Decided to check this place out after its recent grand opening. I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly employee as I walked in the door. There was a line when I got there but they were pretty good at reducing the wait time with 4 separate employees taking orders. I'm a big fan of their soup and salad combo #11. I always get the ranch dressing which makes the salad taste amazing. The crispy red bell peppers add a nice crunch to it and also adds great flavor. The chicken noodle soup is nice and thick. It's really comforting on a cold day or when you're feeling under the weather. There is a play area thing so kids will probably love that. read more

The Most Horrific Service I had ever experienced as food consumer. We went to this Chick Fil A and we waited well over 25 minutes to get fries and one sandwich. When we told them that we haven't gotten our food, they said the order must of been lost. Then, when we got our food 10 minutes after that, it wasn't even the right order. I can't believe I'm giving a Chick-Fil-A only 2 stars!!! I LOVE ChickFilA, but this restaurant right here needs to do something with their drive through lanes. How about adding an emergency exit lane or something so that people won't be stuck in line for 30 minutes with no way out!? So my experience here was not a good one. After sitting in line for about 15 minutes, I finally got up to the speaker to order an ice cream cone and was told that their ice cream machine JUST BROKE! What????? So then I go into saying how I was really looking forward to eating the ice cream, etc. and asked if there was anything they could give me to compensate for (1) them not having ice cream and (2) my inconvenience for being stuck in this long line. The cashier sounded like she didn't know what to do or say so she told me to hold on. (I guess she had to ask a manager.) When she returned on the speaker, she asked if I wanted a cookie. I told her no I didn't want a cookie. So she offered me a strawberry passionfruit tea lemonade. I accepted the offer. Finally got to the window and told them I was the lady who wanted ice cream but the machine was broken. The guy at the window chuckled, gave me my lemonade and turned back around to continue working. That's not the ChickFilA customer experience I'm used to receiving. I was truly shocked and disappointed!! I didn't get a thank you or anything. It's amazing that it only takes one time...one experience...to lose a customer. It may not mean much to this location, as they serve hundreds/thousands of people each day. I went to this chick-fil-a today to grab just a normal chicken sandwich in the drive - thru and once I got to the window it turns out they got the wrong order, so I kindly shared that I don't that is what I wanted and they said that it would take 5 mins to make what I wanted. I was in a hurry but I said that it was all good and that I would wait. 15 minutes goes by and i'm still waiting so I decide to park and go ask if my sandwich was ready. They are so upbeat & friendly I can't help but smile.The food is always hot, fresh, good flavor, the order correct, & the drive thru moves quickly. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been through, at first I thought maybe it was just newness but no they are consistently bad. Each time I have gone to the drive through something has been wrong with my order. Chick-Fil-A sandwich no pickle, 2 sloppy pickles on it. Fries are usually under-cooked though occasionally burnt and raw in the middle at the same time. Unsweet tea please, sure here is your sugary sweet tea. Soup had some kind of weird, floury, chunks in it and rarely do they ever give you a spoon when you order soup. I have given them several chances but I am definitely done wasting my money there. They aren't even friendly like typical Chick-Fil-A. Take a ride up the road to High House or 54&55 and get a real Chick-Fil-A experience instead. read more

I love this chickfila but I have my order wrong a lot when I come here. Usually either missing a fry or my sauces! I came here and had a carry out order the other day and I went to my car and when I looked in my bag, I was missing one of my chicken sandwiches. I went inside to try to get my sandwich and Jack noticed me right away. He was more than kind and apologized and gave me my sandwich and also a free sandwich coupon for my troubles.
