Never had a problem with this location until today. I went through the drive thru and asked for a spicy chicken deluxe. I understand if he didn't hear the spicy part, but when he repeated my order he said with American cheese, the spicy chicken sandwich comes with pepper Jack cheese so I told him I wanted it with pepper Jack cheese not American. This location must still be training. Took a drive thru trip and had to go into the restaurant TWICE to not only receive a refund for something but obviously because my order was just wrong. Slowest chick fil a I've ever been to. I think the two lines are the reason why they are unorganized here. Employees are scattering around asking for the name on the order to try to match the food to correct car. Also, double check your order because I would have left with no sauce if I didn't check. Shout out to the manager Tony working the evening shift on. Tuesday evening. I had a problem with an order on the app so I decided to go inside and place the order. I decided to check my bank account while I waited for the order to ensure that I wasn't charged for the online order. Of course so was charged now I have two orders. Tony helped rectify the issue and returned the money I was charged for the online order. And to boot, Tony gave me the food that I, technically "returned" since the food would be thrown away anyway.
