The hummus were topped with crunchy chickpeas that gave hummus that a nice blend of textures where it would normally just be smooth. Lowkey the chicken was the least memorable part of the dish, but it was still cooked well and tender. For how much competition there is in the Enclave, these guys are killing it. And I have found a winner, and they now have a new regular.

But the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The flat bread was extremely raw and placed at the bottom of the plate as if done on purpose or out of spite. Chicken was overcooked and limited portion. Not only was the flat bread raw on my plate but also my husband's. Quality control is not there. I'm so disappointed in my favorite restaurant.

The same thing happened on our second visit, and we were honestly heartbroken. However, Sunny (I think that was his name) went above and beyond to make sure we still got to experience their food. He kindly gave us samples of the Spam musubi and fried chicken to take home. That's 100% top-notch customer service right there! Since then, we've returned twice more with friends, and the food has been absolutely amazing. The shrimp is hands-down my favorite, and the karaage chicken with the green sauce is super addictive. I also finally got to try the crispy Spam musubi, which was unique and delicious . We'll definitely keep coming back. In fact, I'm tempted to throw a party just so I have an excuse to cater from them! Even though they're located inside a food hall, you can take your food and enjoy it anywhere in The Enclave's spacious outdoor seating area, which makes it a great spot to hang out and enjoy a meal with friends.

Extremely disappointing experience at this location, and I would not come back unless they seriously improve their portioning and service.
