I've been to this location on several occasions. I never have any issues with ordering or receiving my food. The drive thru, for one of the first times, wasn't as long as it usually is which is a plus. My order was correct and the food was great! read more

I'm so tired of the Carrollton CFA locations. They were some of the best in the state but now they can't even get an order right. The employees are always rude and their turnover rate is ridiculous. The food quality is also horrible compared to other stores. Today my order was wrong and the girl was rude about it. I'm tired of going here just to get my order wrong and served from a rude staff. I will continue to try and give all my CFA business to the Newnan and Villa Rica locations and avoid this place like the plague. This Chick-fil-A is always a disappointment. Today was the worst sandwich I've ever had at any restaurant. I will not return to this location. The chicken had to be taken off a breakfast sandwich. Stopped by to grab a chicken biscuit this morning on my way to work. The wait in the drive-thru was more than 10 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of me! When I finally got my biscuit, I unwrapped it and was surprised to see that it was the top half of a biscuit broken in half to make the top and bottom. The chicken even looked like it had been cut in half. It was almost like I got someone's leftovers? What in the world?! I was hungry though so I shrugged it off and took a bite. Big mistake! The biscuit was so hard, it cut into my gum and made it bleed! I've never had an experience like this before, especially at a Chick-fil-A! I will never visit this location again! read more

Nice store but has one problem. The drive thru does not pull up to the window. The employees come out to your car. Because of this, Apple Pay does not work because the machine is inside the building. If you're going to change up the drive thru, at least engineer a way for people to pay with modern payment options. read more

There is a lot of hate of this place apparently but they do an amazing job. Even with ridiculously long lines, I have never had to wait for a long time. Their efficiency is something to behold. The staff is always nice and friendly as would be expected from any Chick. read more

This food and service are both amazing. We ear here as often as possible because the place is so clean and the staff is super friendly even for Chic-fil-A standards. If you are in the area you have to stop and check them out. They are always busy but will never fail to go out of their way to help you out any way they can. The service at this location has been taking a steady downward spiral. Today was the final straw and I will become a loyal patron for another business. My daughter and I have stopped at this location nearly every Saturday morning since moving to the area back in Feburary. Service util past month had always been speedy, kind and correct. Over the past month one of those quality has been missing from our weekly visit. Today all 3 was missing. When we arrived inside today there was already 1 person in line waiting. Several employees passing by looking at us in line without even acknowledging there were waiting customers. Once I arrived at the counter the employee was giving me what I would call half divided attention. Seemed like she was more interested in doing something other than taking my order. Even though I said order was for here and I had a table marker, the person putting order together bagged it. I opened bag and saw right away order was wrong. Took it to the counter and who I could guess was a manger said she had to do a full refund because she could not figure it out. So refunded my money and placed order again for dining in. Once order came up again it was bagged and again totally wrong. So the same manger that helped me before wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Took a second refund and went to Martins where I got my order fast and correct on first try. read more
