I love Zaxbys but the quality of service is nonexisten. I do not understand why you offer curbside and 9-10 times I have to go inside and get it and end up having to fix my own drinks. I'm starting to think they need to do away with their management and start completely over. I really wish someone would open up a Raising Canes. read more

I couldn't place my mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru. When I got there the teen behind the counter wanted to see my phone to prove I had ordered. My phone was in the car since I was just running in to pick up my order. The drink machine was broken, and the teen behind the counter acted put out that he had to fill my drinks and then ordered another employee to fix the drink machine. Normally this Zaxby's does OK. Today I ordered a house salad, grilled fingers, tossed in tongue torch. See attached picture. Looks like one finger barely drizzled. At least the lady at the drive through was super nice but the kitchen is going downhill if this is the way it is going to work. If you eat here, go inside so you can check your food. Service has been extremely slow in the past, but it has gotten better in the last few visits. The reason for the one star is seeing a Zaxby's employee's underwear today. His pants were so low you could see more than half of his butt. Might seem like a small thing to some, but an underwear thickness of cloth being what separates our food from his bare butt seems pretty dang nasty! Probably going to go the the other Zaxby's in town from now on. Thanks to the Zaxby's manager for hiring such fine upstanding workers. read more

This is the WORST zaxbys I have ever been to. They get the order wrong every time, but I can handle a small order mess up even though it is frustrating it happens every time. However, this time I ordered a salad and not only had they put whole, uncut, stalks of lettuce in my order but a bug crawled out of my food while I was eating. You could go sit down for lunch somewhere and eat a full meal in less time than it takes to go through this Zaxby's Drive Through. This never used to be an issue but it has become painful to go through their drive through over the past year. Time management and team efficiency are clearly not a priority. read more

This location is pretty standard for a Zaxbys. However I will mention that during my visit the drink machine was out of the majority of options, all that was left was Coke Raspberry and Mellow Yellow or something like that. Any friend asked if they would refill it and they seemed very annoyed by that. I was rather annoyed with that as the other drink options like tea had gone bad and I had just purchased a cup. Not a big deal, I'll be back but I was definitely dissatisfied with my visit. read more

I would give this specific location zero stars if I could. Every time I come to this location I end up waiting 15-25 minutes for burnt chicken. I love Zaxby's but this certain location does not have it together. My food was given away to someone else who had an online order because they were not prepared and it was not even busy. I was so pleased with this Zaxby's service, I normally go to the one in Newnan and they're slow and rude but as soon as I walked into the Zaxby's in Carrollton it was a great experience. I was greeted with a "welcome to Zaxby's" by three employees before I even got to order. The cashier was kind and when I went back to get the food and asked for a cup of seasoning she didn't act like it was an inconvenience like they do in Newnan, she said of course. I have eaten from this location no less than 6 times since moving here. Every. single. time. the chicken has been very over-fried, like it was cooked hours ago and then they threw it in the fryer to heat it up to serve a customer. Heads up: That doesn't work, nor does it taste good and it really dries out the chicken. Now to what used to be some of my favorite fries - I've never received any that tasted fresh and hot here. Never. They apparently cook them hours earlier than needed, too. It's also very frustrating when I order a Zalad with sauce on the side I am given one that is swimming in sauce to the point of ruining the salad. I've given up on this location and thought I might give the Bankhead Hwy location a try, but from the review it seems they do the same as this one. Fed up with this place. 9 out of 10 times the chicken, the fries, or both will be cold. A few times I've had to ask for freshly made because paying $10 for cold foodthat's supposed to be hot isn't cool. And, like another reviewer posted, I would usually get something throne in the frier to be warmed up back instead of fresh. It's pathetic. This location is smearing crap all over the Zaxbys name. Corporate needs to bring down the holy hell fire and go 7 shades of jihad on this owner's ass so this place can get straightened out. No more cold food for me. There are quite a number of other places in carrollton I can get chicken fingers and fries. Nice, hot, and fresh cooked to order for the same price! read more
