Not a "we'll be right with you," not a "sorry for the wait," nothing. What makes it even worse is that the employees seemed far more interested in standing around the bar and pouring drinks than taking care of customers who were waiting for their food. Apparently, actually helping customers who have already paid for their meals wasn't a priority. Being busy is one thing. Completely ignoring someone standing right in front of you is another. Basic customer service isn't complicated: acknowledge the customer, communicate, and take care of them. This place managed to fail at all three. My wife shouldn't have to stand there feeling invisible just to pick up a pizza she already ordered. If this is how customers are treated when they walk through the door, we'll gladly take our business somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable. We won't be back

I almost hesitated making this review, but I do not regret my decision to do so. I visit this place regularly, but I will NOT any longer. The food is great, the staff is amazing, but the owner (I believe) is not very nice at all. He has a heavy accent and I witnessed him scream at 3 female employees Friday night at probably their busiest time. He had no regard for them trying to help customers when he yelled in front of everyone. 2 of the employees seem to brush it off, but 1 gave him Hell just behind the counter. I can't say I blame her, she was nicer than I would've been. I understand if they were not doing their jobs, but they WERE!!! 1 of the employees couldn't have been more than 16-17 years old. The redheaded lady is always so polite (usually at the register) and there's one that usually answers the phone. Everyone was rushing around and the owner (I believe) was flipping a burger. Why couldn't he do something besides embarrassing them and making customers uncomfortable? If you can do this in front of a restaurant full of people, what else are you doing? read more

Placed delivery order was told we were in there delivery area. Asked for order total, they said they were extremely busy at 5pm and would call with total before order went out, total should have been around $38. 45 min later order showed up, no phone call. Delivery girl apologize, wasn't her fault. My bill was $46 dollars and change. Over charged for small pizza and charged $5 for extra mileage on delivery. We ate 5.1 miles away, not told about charge when order placed. I still gave poor girl $10. Next up the wings, good but really really small. The large supreme pizza had NO sauce and hardly no toppings, the snall pizza the same. If they were that busy at 5 and couldn't get nothing right, I'd hate to see orders later in the evening. The customer service is good and I appreciate being able to complete online ordering on their website without any additional food cost when we want to save time or plan ahead. There are a few tables to dine in if you need to, but we tend to take the food to go. Overall, I recommend Atlanta Cafe.

People working here are kind and wings came out in no time (under five minutes). Needless to say, it was exciting to try out this spot. The wings are small, which is generally a good thing. Nobody wants to eat a bird that was pumped with enough roids to look like Hulk. Yet, as several other Yelpers on the page rightfully pointed out, the wings came out overcooked and tough. While the heat level seemed reasonable, the aftertaste of the wings left an enormous amount of spice on the tongue. It is likely that this sauce was heavily loaded up with Cayenne heavily and i doubt such a spice profile would be enjoyed by many, not because of the heat, but rather the type of heat. The nice thing is they threw in an extra wing and the price was very reasonable. As a whole though, it is difficult to recommend this spot.
