The very nice woman who answered the phone told me they'd replace the order, but when she handed it to the manager to do, his English wasn't quite good enough to understand what I was saying. He gave up and handed the phone to a third person. I don't know who he was, but his Asian accent was so thick he was barely intelligible. I eventually I figured out he was saying no, and that I should have known what "mix" meant. I told him the woman had just said I could have a replacement and he ignored me. To be clear, nothing on the order page explains this. As a bonus, I'm attaching a photo. I promise, it's even worse in person.
