Was excited to see someone in Carrollton had Boba. So we drove all the way up to the square, parked and walked to this restaurant all because we wanted sushi and boba. It's a Saturday night and we find this sign on the door. Walk in to say we want boba and they tell us they're out of that as well. Mentioned to the hostess that we literally made a trip up here for the 2 things they don't have. So obviously we left. Probably won't return because parking is a bit difficult to run the risk that they won't have what we want.

Excellent little addition to downtown square. Asian / Fusion treats galore!! If haven't tried this place yet, you don't know what you are missing . Was going to take pictures of K-dog with cheese but it was gone before I could take a picture. Get it with one of their signature dipping sauces. BTS Roll is to die for. Others had Bimbimbop and rolls and everyone said their food was excellent at our table.

Crab Rangoon: very crunchy and packed with flavor. I'm glad they didn't go over on the cream cheese.

Don't let the atmosphere fool, you. This is a gem in Carrollton. It is hard to find original Korean and Asian fusion restaurants and Carrollton has struck gold with this one. This is definitely the place if you want to go for good tasting and filling food, nice portions for the growing collage goer. Some of the best Boba tea around and paired with Bibimbap and Gimbap Is a solid winner combination! I highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

The food was awesome as well as the service. My fiancé and I went two nights in a row.

Street parking in front of the restaurant (on the square itself) is limited). The restaurant is a long, deep single room with the kitchen at the rear. There are booths along both walls and varying size tables in the middle. It was fairly crowded when we visited and the room can get noisy. It wasn't unpleasant, but don't come here expecting a quiet dining experience. We had one main server but they also tended to tag-team food delivery, water or coffee refills, etc. Service was good. We both got combos (half sandwich and half salad). We agreed that the salads were still larger than we expected even at half-size. I got some variant of a BLT as the sandwich, and liked it. The salad (primarily spinach with other interesting veggies) was good. I usually like balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The version here was really strong and slightly bitter. I'd go with some other dressing if I came back. My wife liked her meal (she had different sandwich and salad variants as well as a strawberry-based dressing that she liked). Prices were quite reasonable, too. We don't make it to Carrolton frequently, but I'd definitely be open to eating here again next time.

Because of that atmosphere, I was honestly a little disappointed there was no complimentary bread like you get at a lot of higher end places. It is a small thing, but it felt noticeable given the vibe they are going for. We started with the loaded fries appetizer for $14.99. Flavor wise, it was good. The brisket and aioli worked well together, and the sliced jalapeños added heat without overpowering the dish. Unfortunately, the fries themselves did not live up to the rest of the flavors. The choice of fry just did not work for me, and it ended up holding the whole dish back. With a better fry, this could have been really solid. The seating was another downside. The chairs were uncomfortable, with curved edges that pressed into my kidneys the entire time. It reminded me of sitting in a high school classroom desk rather than relaxing at a restaurant. Service wise I didn't really know who my server was, maybe they switch? I ordered the mac and cheese and felt pretty neutral about it. I was not digging it, but I was not hating it either. It tasted more like Alfredo than traditional mac and cheese, which was not what I was expecting. The shrimp, however, were good and easily the best part of the dish. Overall, I still had a good experience. The atmosphere is nice, and while a few things missed the mark, it was not enough to turn me off completely. The restrooms are located on the side and not near the Hucks sign, which is good to know. I would return.

It was a good cut of meat, but it was poorly cooked and had no flavor at all. That's the part that's hard to overlook, this is a steakhouse-style item, and it's also one of the most expensive things on the menu. Simple salt, pepper, and garlic work wonders, and somehow none of that showed up here. When I spend top dollar on a steak, I expect that to be the best thing you do, the flavor that brings people back. On this visit, it was the opposite. Now, credit where it's due: the strawberry Huckito was very good, and I absolutely recommend it. Also, the service was great, friendly, attentive, and professional. But when the most expensive item on the menu comes out poorly cooked and bland, it makes you start looking elsewhere to spend your money. I'd consider coming back for drinks and give it another try, but the kitchen has to tighten up steak execution if they want repeat business.

If you're staying to eat, there's a good amount of tables on the inside and several outside. I was impressed with how much they packed in their space and how efficiently everything ran. Let's talk about the service. We were incredibly impressed! Our food and drinks came out rather quickly. They have waitresses that bustle about and are very helpful and attentive. As soon as my friend was done with her meal, our waitress offered to take it and box it up. As soon as I was done a few minutes later, our table was cleared, and the desserts that we ordered were brought to the table. That was such a nice little touch that you would not expect from a little place like this. The efficiency of their weight staff ensures that everything moves smoothly. We ordered a slice of chocolate cake and a scone. These were perfectly homemade and delightful. The whip cream on the side of the plate with the scone was also fresh. My friend and I commented multiple times on how impressed we were with the place. Everything was 10 out of 10 from start to finish. I'm excited to go back.
