Food and service were terrible, we went into town before closing and were unimpressed with the staff who basically ignored usi will not be back, nor would I recommend . I gave it a 1 star, only because zero wasn't an option. As for ambiance it's more of a 70s Kmart snack bar only filthier. read more

BEST Chinese food around. I have tried another place and it did NOT come CLOSE to their food!!!! I always get the hot n sour soup shrimp egg rolls crab Rangoon YES and general tso chicken. Going to be an odd review but here goes: came in today (March 16, 2019) at 4pm, had a dine-in and to go order. I ordered a curry beef with white rice, and egg drop soup, and a wonton soup to go for my wife. They brought my food over, instead of curry beef with white rice I got curry chicken with fried rice (was not even fried rice, it was just rice with soy sauce). Also i told her not to put mushrooms in the soup, it came with mushrooms. I didn't have time to reorder so I just ate it. Though it was the wrong food it was still good, so I cant complain about the food taste, but it wasn't what I wanted. Place was clean, service was fast, last who took my order was very polite, she just got the whole order wrong. So I would have given a 5 star but based on multiple errors I'll have to give them a 4. I do recommend just make sure you get the right food! read more

Had to come review China Restaurant because I just ate Chopsticks in Bremen and it was terrible! This restaurant is amazing though! Have never had a bad experience! Plates are always STACKED to the brim! Cost is about the same between the two restaurants. Beef and broccoli, my girlfriends go to, is delicious. I prefer the triple delight, shrimp chicken and beef with garlic sauce, also amazing. The wonton soup is perfect for cold nights and colds in general. Mongolian beef is tender and savory with a bit of sweetness. Never had dry food, in fact there is usually an excess of sauce in the Togo box after we're done! It's very plain and minimal inside, not the most sitdown friendly. But the lady at the front is super sweet and patient. So sad we ruined our night by going to Chopsticks, but now we know, we'll make the extra drive to China Restaurant. read more

Best take out Chinese food restaurant in Carrollton!!! Fast and friendly and tasty food!! I absolutely love their Wonton Soup. The broth is rich and the wonton is soft with a bit of a chew to it! The ABSOLUTE best Chinese food in Carrollton. Never a complaint, amazing customer service; will go above and beyond even customizing dishes to your liking. We typically get chicken or tofu curry once sometimes even twice a week. Their dinner combinations are affordable and also come with egg rolls that are to die for. So on an off night orange chicken, honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken..all perfection. Fried rice is great, steamed rice always sticky. Sugar donuts are a bargain! Highly suggest to try it out, and don't be scared if you go in and don't see sit-down customers, it has no relation of the quality and quantity of their food. tend to just pick up. I have never been more disappointed in a chinese restaurant. First of all, when we called to ask for chow mein, we were told that chow mein DOESN'T have noodles in it. Excuse me??? How are you a chinese restaurant if you don't even know what chow mein is. We had to order low mein because apparently, this place has a completely different chow mein on their menu. When we double checked to make sure we were given chop sticks, we were assured they would be in the bag. They weren't. I was not given white rice like I asked. Instead, I was given fried rice. Lastly, the orange chicken very literally tasted like actual vomit. I'm not exaggerating. I don't know how you managed to mess up orange chicken, but it was awful. Thankfully, I at least have some good egg drop soup. But you'd have to be brain dead to screw up egg drop soup. And since I'm already complaining, change your name too. It's seriously dumb. Best Chinese food served in Carrollton without a doubt. The Curry Chicken or Curry Tofu are both phenomenal and have been our favorite dish for the past two years. What a disappointment! Do yourself a favor and you've heard it first from me, go to Panda Express or even get some frozen Chinese food out of the Kroger that is adjacent to this place and eat that instead. We decided to give it a try but the alarm bells should have went off when we walked in and nobody was around . I am not exaggerating when a Chinese restaurant cannot even get fried rice halfway decent. We had kung pao chicken, beef lo mein and dumplings. The dumplings were the best thing out of the three and they weren't much to write home to Mom about anyways. Don't say you have not been warned!!! read more

Easily the best tofu I've ever had from a restaurant. If you're vegetarian but still want delicious Chinese, affordable food I would eat here. I typically get General Tso's tofu or vegetable lo mein and it's always been delicious. All the food is cooked to order which is nice as well. Other reviews have mentioned incorrect orders but whenever I've had that happen they've been quick to fix any problems. This place will continue to be my Chinese food go to. read more
