Very friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long. Was able to track my order via the app and was quite accurate.

Shut this place down too. 2-4 hr wait time. Driver pulled in yard but never got out to deliver pizza. RIDICULOUS

Walked in to order pizza and employee said they were an hour behind to go somewhere else. She said to go online and order and come back. Told her I wanted to place an hour and she started cussing and dropping the F bomb. She said she hated her job and couldn't wait to leave. I asked for a manager and of course the manager wasn't in. I placed my order at 4:00pm to schedule it be delivered by 6:30. Pizza arrived at 7:00. This was the second time and will be my final order from this location. The first time I placed my order and called after an hour to check on it to be told it would be another hour to hour and a half. This franchise needs either better customer service training or hire more competent team members. I used them for our school concession at a well known local high school. We called in our large order to be delivered at a specific time. The person taking order was less than pleasant, instead of taking the actual address he later put in an incorrect address. The pizza was delivered 35 minutes late, when I called to check on it the staff was rude and unhelpful. We had to use the new Bowdon Papa John's two weeks earlier for a makeshift home game and they were AMAZING!!!!! This is probably some of the worst service I have ever received. Placed an order at 11:30am and it is 2:17 and we are just now getting them. They are hard as a rock and almost burnt. They did not send the cutter for the heart shaped pizza. I called after an hour and a half and they told me they were going on the over. 40 minutes later still no pizza. Called back and I was told They were on Dixie street. We are one block from Dixie street. 37 minutes later we have this pizza. Very disappointing. read more

This is usually the place that I order from but the last two times have been a hassle. Last week, I ordered delivery and was told 45 minutes (I stay 5 minutes away) and it took them almost 2.5 hours before I got my order. I only ordered one pizza. Today, I reordered the same thing and was told 30 minutes, now it's been over an hour and still nothing. They keep telling me it'll be a few minutes and this time I ordered carry out. I understand that with COVID they're potentially busier but come on, if you don't know how long it'll be, let the customer know it'll be at lease 45 minutes or so , not that it'll be ready in 35 minutes. read more

I just ordered a pizza from this restaurant for lunch while I'm at work. I almost finished the 2nd piece when I see a dark hair on the pizza. I believe that it may be mine, so I try to pull it off. I'm a student at the University of West Georgia and have been ordering from this Papa Johns for 3 years now. They have always been very kind with great customer service. There have been times where my order wasn't exactly correct, but for the most part my orders are great. If you're looking for fast, good pizza, this is where you go. Especially if you have Rewards, they have incredible deals. And it's better than Domino's. read more
