No menu above the register. If you order on the kiosk the kitchen doesn't get the order. After waiting 20 min we never got our food but did get a refund. read more

Stay away from this location. More than once they have either left something out of an order or completely gave out a wrong order. Today, they gave us a wrong order. I went inside and they had apparently given out several wrong orders. There was no "sorry", no remorse at all. And they got the remake wrong as well even though they had the receipt that listed everything. Incompetent. read more

NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN . i am a sever so i get off of work at 10 and have a timely drive home . i stopped here , went inside to place my order and the girl at the front (did not catch her name) spoke to me very rudely as if i was bothering her that i wanted to order food she made me order on the ipad thing and she took my cash . my order came out .. good thing i checked it because it was a completely different order (that i had my hands on and they gave to someone else). so the "fix it" .. trusting that they got it right i left i got home (15 minutes away) and the order is wrong again. so i called and the manager (serenity) was very kind and told me she would make it right. i am sick so i have medication that i have to take so i go back up there pull straight to the window someone takes my order again . they bring it to my car .. could you guess what's wrong this time ? THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN ! COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOOD THAN I ORDERED . so i take it inside and i am heated but let them know this is not my food , the line cook slams his stuff down and walks off mad ... everyone else just looks confused then they start arguing over orders and who gave what and who made what . as i sit and watch my order be prepared i payed close attention to the fact that yes they all had gloves on but that doenst matter when you are running your hands through your hair , or when you are on your personal phone while making people's food or get this vaping on the line where food is being prepared. so i keep watching and they are chillin while they have three cars waiting on food in the drive through because no one can get it right , the guy who walked off back comes back on his personal phone again screaming i can't hear you and arguing loudly on the phone . i have never left a review on any type of service or place before but tonight was over the top and never would i want someone else to deal with what i had to deal with tonight . read more

It's a great place to come and dine-in or to go the staff here are amazing, and they appear to have staff here that are very skilled in customer service and really do try to make it a wonderful experience. The people here always seem happy and have a smile on their face. At their busy times they are busy; and I've noticed that it's normally understaffed and they make each item by hand and so I expect to have a wait time that is reflective mostly of what I order unless the person in front of me ordered like 30 tacos which has happened! in the drive-thru. Yes this Taco Bell can be VERY SLOW sometimes. Especially the drive thru. If the line is long, I'll go inside and get in and out pretty fast. The food here is always perfect it's hot and fresh and they always have the good nachos the ones they cook not the bagged ones with the black spots. Heed all other reviews on this location. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The food is always the same. The difference is with the staff. The employees here are extremely slow. Two people in line and my order took 22 minutes. I was waiting for my kid during a school function so I wasnt in any hurry. But wow! This location is hilarious. I saw apologies and dysfunction all around. The more I watched I realized that there were no employees making food. All of the sudden, 5 employees appeared out of nowhere. I would guess that there were extracurricular activites going on in the back of the store. It didn't much matter as they were clueless just the same . They ran out of food and had to go in the back and get extra supplies . I was laughing the whole time This would be a great store to show how a major brand can still sell food even though they can't manage retaurant services. So grab some food from another restaurant down the street and come to this Taco Bell. They put on a fantastic comedy show about restauranting. Seriously the workers are ridiculous, the wait time is infuriating and your order is taken more like a suggestion and less like an ORDER because maybe you'll get exactly what you said but usually it's just something similar to what you wanted. WE went last night. Thought since they remodeled it would be better. NOT. I was charge $1.59 for a cup of water!!! (should have walked out at that time). Then we had to wait a long time, then we got our food and my husband ordered a steak burrito got some kind of nachos and steak and when he showed the ticket and said what he ordered they wanted to argue with him and told him it would take another 15 minutes to prepare that. So he just ate most of his food he had. When I questioned why I had to pay for a small drink when I am getting water she said that I had to pay for the cup (WOW $1.59 for cups are expensive). I totally agree with the time you have to wait. VERY slow. My main complaint is that this store can never seem to get the order right. Most of the time it is things left out of the order, but this last time is not only things left out, but wrong ingredients. When I asked for NO guacamole, my burrito was full of it.
