Havent been to this location in a while. They completely remodeled the entire dining area. It looks really nice. Staff is always very helpful and kind. I expect nothing less at Chick fil A. My wife ordered a deluxe classic meal, she said everything was fine. I ordered chicken strips meal. The chicken was definitely overcooked and crumbly. Nothing some sauces couldn't fix though. The lemonade was way off this time though. I think they maybe had too much sugar in it so them lemon to sugar ratio was off. Overall chick fil a is always a good option for fast food. You know what youre going to get, itll come out fast and the service will be excellent. read more

Yelpers Y'all know I love me some Chick-Fil-A and University location is on point. They always go over and beyond. So today I thought I would give the pimento chicken sandwich a try. I wondered how could Chick-Fil-A could make it better; could they? Shout out the crew that keeps the ground nice and clean. Always welcoming when entering the premises. Ordered the pimento chicken sandwich with no jalapeños for me. As you can see in the pictures it was well made, clean wrapped, hot and made to order. Impressed side of Mac & Cheese snd and a large tea. Okay Chick-Fil-A you got me, delicious and I look forward to getting another You delivered a good sandwich-THANK YOU RECOMMENDATION YES ABSOLUTELY read more

Chick-fil-A - Great chicken strips and Mac and cheese. But left off my side of pickles I asked for. Great customer service!! - Fast Food Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

The friendliness and cleanliness of this location was exceptional. However, the best asset is Miss Janet in the dinning room area! What a friendly, sweet and helpful lady!!!! She is the treasure there. Received a flower for Mother's Day also. What a sweet touch. read more

I was in the university dr chicfila this morning and an employee gave me a free cookie! she was super sweet and it made my day!

Food is greater usual but the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. This has to be the slower Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Even when you do mobile order it still takes 15-20 mins after arriving with minimal cars on line. I mention the slow service to worker and she stated that it was the kitchen. It was nice having one closer to home but with the service being so slow it's worth going to another location. read more

With a busy Mother's Day weekend this location was right on target. Food was delicious and hot. They even allow dogs and for folks traveling that's a real plus. The best feature was Janet who traveled through the restaurant offering service to those dining in. Also Hayden. By the time a diner vacated a table he was right on the spot sanitizing ready for the next diners. I was dining alone. Janet came and asked if I was a mother? I said yes. I received a beautiful pink carnation. I will be back. Well done Chick-fil-a. read more

I usually go through the drive-thru. It is faster and very well organized. The food is great, The chicken is always tender and well- flavored. I especially like their breakfast bowl, but other items are good, too! read more

Two stars is generous. Typically not somewhere I eat but this was my partner's choice today. Usually this chain has attentive customer service but our order was dropped at our table without a word (server was on the phone), and I had to wait in a long line to get a condiment since no one offered it with my order. Also this particular restaurant is dirty and we had to walk around to find a table that wasn't full of trash. Don't recommend. read more

Great customer service, we brought our dog on the outside patio and everyone loved her and brought her some water and a treat!! great staff!

There is always great service at Chick-fil-A! My son loves Chick-fil-A because like he says the chicken is SOO GOOOD! We had asked to change his toy for an ice cream and when they brought it back they had put OREO pieces in it and he was so happy I love that they care for their customers! read more

We asked for dipping sauces and I had to go back a second time. We also ordered a shake. When we were done with our meal, it still had not arrived. I had to once again ask for the order. Worst service! I waited 20 minutes inside, food never came out. When I went to see the register see what was the delay I was ignore, the kids running the kitchen were to busy playing around. When I finally got the attention of the supervisor, the only explanation was she had to cancel the order but did not bother to let us know when we were a table away. Worst costumer service. read more

I used to work for Chik-fil-A on University Dr. back in 2008 . I HATED the way I was fired . I wasn't let go in the usual way most companies fire you . The last day I worked there, I came in and everybody walked around me, like I didn't exist . I would speak to someone and they'd start talking to someone else, like I wasn't there . Or I would be reaching to get something and someone would snatch it up, all while ignoring me, even though we were working in such close quarters . When I went to my supervisor to ask why everyone was treating me this way, she just smirked and said, " Did you even check the schedule to see if you're supposed to be here ?" That's how I found out I was let go . I only found out the next day, from another employee who worked morning shift that that's how Chik-fil-A fires employees . They think it's more CHRISTIAN to fire you by gradually lessening your hours and ghosting you on the final day, until you get the hint . But it's really HEARTLESS AND CRUEL . I'd MUCH rather be fired to my face, like other NON-CHRISTIAN companies do, than to be treated that way . read more

We have 2 chick fil a's in town. The other is closed for remodeling. (This one was prior. They swapped I guess). The line was huge to get to chick fil a. All the way to the target entrance. But this line moved so quick and easy and was no issues at all. Food was good and correct and were in and out despite how busy they were. read more

Last two visits here have been disappointing as this location has not lived up to the typical chickfila standards. Employees are not uber friendly and manager is almost non-existent. My chicken filet had burnt marks on it last time and this time they put the wrong cheese on it (never asked). The cleanliness is also sub par (both bathroom and dining room). We will keep coming back because it is close but I hope this location improves soon. read more

The quality of food and service had really gone down over the years. Between the staff not being as pleasant to them not giving you your complete order or the food being only lukewarm, the Chick Fil A experience isn't what it used to be. On the road to Richmond to visit family, we needed to stop and grab a quick bite. Hubs wanted to stop for subs, but I was craving a Chick-fil-a Southwest Salad. We had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-a in Durham so when I saw this one advertised, I told hubs we should stop here. It was right around lunch time so the place was packed when we arrived. However, they run the place pretty efficiently so the line moved faster than we expected. Much better experience than the one in Durham! read more

Sandwiches were tough, dry, overbreaded & overcooked. Mine was too tough to chew.

This is the slowest CFA I frequent. Food is always great but if you come in a 2 hour window around a meal time you can wait 20-30+ minutes in line. ALWAYS sloooooow. read more

On two recent trips to DC, I've stopped in here to grab a quick lunch. While the employees are very friendly - obviously the case at all Chic-fil-A's - I've had issues both times with my orders. The first visit, I ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with fries. The nuggets were hot & big in size; however, the fries were very soggy & just warm. On the second visit, I ordered the 8 piece nuggets, but asked for cole slaw instead of the fries. When I drove away & dug into the bag, I realized I got the fries. :( Again, the nuggets were great. While the fries were hot, they were just OK. Getting in & out is pretty quick. This location is in a busy shopping area, which is perfect for their business. read more

This Chick-fil-A was extremely efficient and everyone was kind and helpful! Bob was kind and helped us clean up our table and trhas.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times and the past few times I have wanted a milkshake, I have been told their machine isn't working. Come to find out, they didn't want to make the milkshakes. If I wanted this kind of issues I would definitely go to McDonald's. I can understand if I come close to closing, but that's not been the case whenever I go. The past few times I have been, this particular restaurant has definitely not been up to par. I'm going to be spending my money elsewhere. No more chick fil a for me. read more

Long time chic-fil-a lover and have never ever had a negative experience until today. We we're traveling 3 hours home for thanksgiving, towing a trailer. We were unable to fit into the drive-thru and were told that if we wanted to order we couldn't do so inside and had to walk to the middle of the car lines to order at the stand between menu boards. Although I'm hesitant to bash because I love this company, this was unsafe and unprofessional in my opinion read more

Like any other chick fil a, this place gets BUSY, but huge props to whoever's managing this place.
