If you want an all-beef burger that reminds you Of the backyard burgers from a decade or more ago,…read moreThen this is your place. 100%, all beef, thick, fresh, hand patted patty with fresh, crisp toppings and none of that added soy filler crap like the majority of burgers are these days. It's hard to tell from the pics and usually single patty burgers are so thin but I'm glad I ordered the single patty option instead of the double one because the patty was thick and was what one would make at home for a cookout. Plenty of burger for me. The fries are hand cut in store from potatoes on demand. No frozen premade burgers or fries. Read an article about this place being run by the man who used to run it when it was a back yard burger. Apparently he's a long time Benton native and his dad opened the Wendy's that is on military then they went with BYB and now he's running the BYB as Moodys. So don't sleep on this place. I like knowing I am Supporting small business and can stand behind the fresher, more natural food options too. I didn't take a pic of the chicken sandwich my teen got but she said it was better than most she's tried. Actual real chicken breast meat not the breaded processed fake chicken patty a lot of places offer.

I ordered a simple turkey and swiss with hot peppers on the regular bread, and a pizza melt to go. The way they secretly load your meat and cheese and pop it in the conveyer toaster oven, bubbly cheese and fire roasted meat, oh my! Reminds me of a time long ago at Quiznos, but no comparisons!!!! This sandwich rises above all others. I don't understand how you can take simple ingredients and make such a killer sandwich! One, two, three bites I was in love with the turkey sandwich, I was ooooing and aaaaawing in my mind as the flavor hit me from each bite! And then.... My wife says take a bite of the pizza melt!!!!! WOW!!!! You knocked it out of the park with that one. One of the meats in there was super spicy which isn't everyone's ideal match, but Wow! Just Wow! I cannot wait to go back and do this again! Secondly, even though the pandemic is on its way out, I loved the respect of a place of business that still respects the public by wearing masks, and correctly might I add. Thank You!!!! The son and I were getting hungry and the large mural for this restaurant caught our eye. We said…read morelet's give it a shot! We walked in to a large employee meeting they were having at tables near the registers. This felt strange as only a couple people were actually working and there was a manager talking to the entire staff that this or that can get you fired. Finally someone who was actually working took our order as he darted back and forth from kitchen to register. It's obvious there is no employee lounge but there has to be a better way to conduct meetings and communicate within the staff. We were never given a number or anything so we waited at the registers for quite a while after ordering. We finally saw him bring food to another couple who had been waiting since we walked and figured out, oh we sit and they bring it out. It would not have been hard for the employee to let us know we could sit. There was nothing ultimate about the ultimate chicken sandwich. Didn't even come with tomato and they forgot the lettuce. It was dry and bland. I reached for a napkin and there were none to be found in the dispenser. (I just grabbed a dispenser from another table easy enough) My son's cheeseburger was fine according to him but we both agreed the fries were awful. Barely warm at the start of the meal and cold and stale by the end of it, the shoestring fries were as edible as an actual shoe. Nothing remarkable about the steamed broccoli no seasoning to be found but at least it was in fact, real steamed broccoli, even though it didn't come out until we were halfway through our dinner. 3/4 into the meal a manager named Jasmine came to ask how things were and pleaded for honesty. She was absolutely fantastic and provided top tier customer service as she listened to me and did everything she could to make it right, including treating my son and I to very tasty milkshakes. This woman deserves a raise, I could tell she was sincere and cares about customers and the food. The menu is so large and the prices are fair, I may come back to try it again, but ONLY because of the 5 star service I got from Jasmine.
