Yes, it's fast food. But it's high quality fast food. I have yet to find another establishment whose food compares. The food is always out in a timely manner. I was there with a gigantic group from church and our food still got out at an incredible rate. Every time I go in there, the establishment is spotless, the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. Not in a creepy "I feel like they're forced" kind of way, but in a way that makes me think they enjoy their jobs. I stopped this last weekend to commend the manager/ owner on their staff. I've worked in customer service for a long time and I'm so picky. But this place far exceeds my expectations of any restaurant. I will for sure be coming here more often. As an aside, I usually wind up getting the chargrilled chicken sandwich on its own and it's always perfectly cooked and juicy. It's a large sandwich for just $4. This place is an A+ as far as fast food goes! I have been going to this location by my office for almost a year now, and I always receive impeccable service. Today was no exception - I went to the drive-thru and there was a moderately long line (for being after 1pm). I placed my lunch order and then it took about 10-15 minutes to finally get to the pick up window. When I did, they comp'd my whole meal! I didn't even complain, but they wished me a nice day, apologized for the delay and sent me along my way. One day last month was an exceptionally hot day and they gave away ice cream cones to each car in the drive thru. Such class and thoughtfulness, I really like this chain! read more

We used to frequent this Chick-fil-a. I never noticed how small this one is until they opened the new one across town by Costco in Fullerton. This one has the great Chick-fil-a. Food, but in a miniature package. I counted only 3 four person booths. This restaurant feels crowded but is still a pleasant experience. Great service !! read more

Felt like a chicken sandwich, and I'd never been to a Chick-fil-A before so I figured I'd give it a shot. For going around 8, when you think most of the staff would be burnt out from the dinner rush, they were surprisingly upbeat. Food was ready super quick and tasted amazing. I'll definitely be coming here more often. Just went through the drive through! Lots of cars in line but it was a very short wait. They're quick and efficient. Very good food. We had our dog in the car and the guy working the window said "would you like a treat for the dog?" How nice is that??!! He actually went and got two treats for my dog. This is one of my favorite places to pick up food and the food is so good. The lemonade is the best in hot days! Frustrating part is breakfast is so slow. You can be the only car in line and it still takes forever. I prefer to come here more than other places for breakfast, but sometimes have to go elsewhere because I know it so slow. read more

Well here we go again. Got all the way home and they once again forgot one of the sandwiches out of a five sandwich order. Last time they did this about two weeks ago, we called to let them know they forgot a sandwich. They assured us someone would call us back. Still waiting. I did go get the missing sandwich. I have never done a negative review on Chick-fil-A because usually the food is excellent and the order is complete. This is the fourth time that an item has been missing recently. You can't go in and talk to anyone because of Covid. Yes, they complete the order when I call them to let them know, but I don't get to eat with the family, or my food is cold when I return home with the missing item. It is becoming a much more frequent occurrence. Twice the family just went short a sandwich and we moved on. For a restaurant that prides itself on customer service, this location is slipping. Stood in line by myself for 20 minutes and NONE of the staff paid attention! One of the employees were talking and joking with another and after that EMPLOYEE left, the cashier looked up and said nothing and took my order! WORST EVER. Never going back to this location again! I ordered a Cobb salad with no meat and when I received my order it looked like a side salad. The box was barely half full! I was so confused so I asked the employee if it was a side salad because I ordered a Cobb. The girl said that was the Cobb and that was the way it came. Uh.. NO!!! I go to chick fil a all the time at other locations and the container is usually quite full. I should've just ordered 2 side salads instead! What happened to this Chick-fil-A? New owner/operator? The service, attitude of the employees in this particular restaurant has gone down the hill and all the way to the drain....The quality of the food is worth to throw in the trash can.... My orders were missing 2 items, and now they will send "something" to you instead of give you refund or replace original items? Its employees are like the ones from McDonald or Taco Bell... The service was excellent. It wasn't that busy today inside but the drive thru was busy. I didn't know this but they give you free refills of lemonade. I ordered the watermelon mint drink but it does not qualify for free refills they won't even give me a lemonade refill. That didn't make sense since this drink cost more than the lemonade. I never was a fan of Chik since they are about a dollar or two more expensive than the other fast food joints. Now that I've visited more frequently because of the free breakfast experience, I know that those dollars are worth it for the service! Pros: -Mommy valet, mommy valet, mommy valet. Omg. I love this: drive thru order, park, corral screaming hungry kids to the door, enter and everything is magically set up. They thought of everything that you need when dining with rugrats. High chairs, crayons and coloring bags, stick on mats to cover the table, even a small vase with fresh flowers since they probably know small aesthetics are much appreciated when you're a mom. -The food is really good. Chicken is real (not a slurry mix), and the food is healthy (well for fast food). -The sauces are so good! -Portions are deceiving-I thought that it looked small, but it really fills you up since they use better ingredients so you're not just stuffing your face but really savoring the food. -I love their service, they have people roaming around cleaning and all you need to do is pipe up and they will help. Their service is so nice and friendly! -Indoor play space that's actually clean and well thought out-sound proof. I appreciate eating and letting my kids play and I can see them and not hear them. :) -I like that they have special events like a father daughter date night etc. They seem to really understand and love their clients and niche. Cons: -Coffee is overpriced and really bad. -They need more highchairs since I've seen moms waiting, it's a popular place for kids. This location does very well with quick service (despite the 2 drive thru lines), fresh made food, and friendly staff who always starts up a conversation with you. The main reason I love this location is because they have Fanta Apple soda. It is one of the rare locations that have this soda and it so good quenching! They even have pebble ice which makes drinks refreshing. Everything about Chick-fil-A is perfect to me. They have a variety of dipping sauces such as ranch, buffalo, honey mustard, Chick-fil-A sauce, sriracha, BBQ, Texas Pete, Tabasco, Polynesian (sauces may change yearly). The size of those waffle fries that you can dip in any sauces you crave with your chicken sandwich (fried/grilled), chicken strips, chicken nuggets (fried/grilled) just makes it the best fast food restaurant ever and worth the cost. Their salads are good too, but I sure missed the Cobb salad they used to have years ago. Also, their kids meal chicken strips is the same size as the adult meal if you want to eat a light meal. You can even substitute the kids toy for an Ice cream cone or cup at no additional cost. They even have breakfast and it just as good. I love their breakfast chicken burritos. You can taste the flavors of the bell peppers, chicken, eggs, and cheese all wrapped in the tortilla with your side of hashbrowns (tater tots). Try the split if you never had it. Some staff may not know, but it is half Hi-C fruitpunch and half Chick-fil-A lemonade mixed. So good! Some locations may charge extra because it is two types of drinks. read more

I work in the same shopping center as this restaurant. I eat breakfast here literally every day, but today I had a late shift. I ordered my meal at 8:10 PM, and purposely waited 10 whole minutes before clocking out on my break just to make sure they actually had it ready (as they NEVER do at night time, even though they notify my phone that they do). At 8:23, there was another order on the table, but not mine. I asked a team member, and they said the order had already finished and been placed. This means someone stole my food from the table. They did accommodate me very well at this point, and fast-tracked my order, but that's not enough to excuse making me late back to work AGAIN. I finally got it after 20 minutes. I gave every precaution to make sure the food was ready, so long that somebody had time to steal it. Please enforce the night staff to get orders out promptly like you guys do with the morning staff. I can't keep gambling when I make an order if I'm going to make it back to work on time. I took my 10 minute break at 8:20, and was supposed to return by 8:30. I didn't get back until 8:32, making me late and leaving me no time to eat my food. read more

Extremely disappointed with this chick fil a. I ordered a market salad and they gave me southwest salad. Getting the incorrect salad wouldn't be so bad if they at least gave me the correct dressing. The entire team that we encountered working tonight is horrible. Several youngsters with big egos. I placed an online order for pick up but after arriving to the restaurant the order still wasn't ready and I wasn't feeling well. I decided to join the drive thru line and was unable to change the pick up option because once I joined the line the order showed that it was ready. The worker walks to the car and I informed her that I placed an online order. She then tells me that I'd have to back out of the drive thru like. I immediately told her that I would not. She proceeds to tell me that I can go through the like but would still have to get out to get my order. Absolutely not! She storms off like a child and disappeared. Apparently the word spread like wildfire and the guy at the booth says, "just to let you know we are making an exception to do this for you. After arriving to the window another worker felt the need to say the same thing. After driving off I realized that 1/2 my order was missing. The girl in the drive thru yells, "if she wants to speak to a manager she'd have to get out of the car". Bad customer service!!! Will never return. read more

Honestly, I've been a chick fil a fan for many years. I've always had a great experience food and customer wise. The cashier who helped us, ESMERALDA, had such a rude manner and tone. When we ordered our food, she rolled her eyes at us becuase our order was somewhat "weird". If u have a problem with our order, it's not our fault, she should of had a better attitude towards us.
