Today, they forgot my sandwich causing me to drive all the way back there and they had the audacity to not believe me or that I had paid for cheese on my sandwich. It's one thing after another with this location from melted/watery milkshakes to forgotten items for carry out orders where I have to drive all the way back. You would think one would double check orders going out the door since you don't want them to make a trip back. Keep in mind that all of these mistakes happen when they're not busy. Employees need better training. I thought this was a franchise and chick fil a chooses their owners more rigorously than Harvard chooses who gets to attend their ivory tower? The owner needs to do give more attention to the store instead of enjoying his 7 figure salary. I feel that overall chick fil a has become complacent. Just look at the star rating at other locations with the exception of Lynnwood, probably our new store now. I was dining in at the Bothell / Canyon Park restaurant FSR #03814. I have NEVER seen and experienced such unprofessionalism at a Chick-fil-A. Our extended family visited this location just after a family dance recital. Order mistakes happen, and this feedback / complaint is not about the multiple order mistakes, rather it is about the interaction with the front counter staff, primarily the Team Lead, named Rylie. When we discovered that our order was incorrect (missing a Cobb Salad, missing ingredients on #7 club sandwich, and mistakenly substituted a grilled chicken sandwich for a second #7 club sandwich, both without cheese and bacon). When these issues were brought up to the staff, they doubled checked our order and found that the second cobb salad didn't make it on to the order. Then they said that we did not order the #7 club sandwiches (one was on the receipt, the second one was incorrectly substituted for the grilled chicken). Rylie then continued to lecture us on how they are not in the business of "giving out free food, that people didn't pay for". I said, "excuse me, there are clearly several mistakes with our order, that is not our fault". She then went to the front counter staff, smirking and telling the other leads that we were demanding free food. I was so shocked. I have never been so frustrated with individuals at a Chic-fil-A. My veteran father-in-law was insulted to the core. We were all truly shocked that this accusation was being made. Our order was never made right, then Zach the director of the front counter had the audacity to offer us free food "be our guest" cards, like this would even ironically make up for the fiasco. I called corporate customer service and they took my complaint, and again offered us another free food voucher. WTF. This location is an absolute joke. I would never insult a business willy nilly and without a good reason. This location has a long history of messing up my orders to the point where I'm always asking myself why I go back. Based on their Yelp profile, it seems that I'm not alone. Whether it's forgetting items like sauces, ingredients, utensils, straws etc, or getting the entire order wrong, they always figure out a way to mess up. My last visit today, I ordered a grilled chicken club, got home to enjoy my dinner and there's no bacon on the sandwich and the strips are soggy. I'm completely swearing this location off for good. They're in my area but no amount of convenience is worth wasting your money not getting what you paid for. I've also gone through the drive through and had the presenter hand me my drink with the lid not fully sealed twice. The first time, I grabbed it and as I brought it into my car, soda spilled all over my lap, door card and floor. The girl said she was sorry but sometimes sorry doesn't matter when you're so angry you want to smash something. The second time I noticed it and sealed it fully because the memory of the first time and this location's reputation made me paranoid about it. The impression I get from the people at this location is a general sense of apathy and not much life or job experience. Many employees look young and probably don't really care about the job or doing the job well. I get it, who wants to work fast food for the rest of their life? On the other hand, the way you do one thing is the way you do all things. People should strive to do everything well, even if it's not a life ambition. This Chick-fila is really crappy. Literally any other location is superior. Specifically the canyon park location is the only Chick-fila where i've had several negative experiences. There's no one outside directing traffic and they blocked it out with cones so it was a struggle to even get out of line. They also continuously get my order wrong--and today was the 5th time it happened. We got drive through from this new location after a hectic night. My favorite thing from chick-fil-A is their chicken tenders. I like their signature flavors, I think it is a lot tastier than their competitors. However, after having them this time, I think they are losing their chicken magic. Hello all, I came across Ryan C's recent review on this restaurant and wanted to post the REAL story. I was present at the time of his temper tantrum and can testify that the staff handled it in a calm and collected manner. The adult baby named Ryan started a screaming match with the managers in question and demanded free food. It was honestly embarrassing to witness. Now I've had a few bad experiences with restaurant employees (haven't we all) but at the end of the day, I understand that everyone is human and makes mistakes and that we don't always get what we want. What I DON'T do is throw a fit and cry in front of my extended family and many other happy eaters over a piece of bacon and a slice of cheese at a fast food restaurant. Props to the staff for keeping their cool and trudging on through their stressful day, and to Mr. Isenhower for maintaining a great standard of etiquette. Normal service. Nothing outstanding either way on the scale . I went through the drive thru & the outside was clean. One lane was open instead of two. I could see why - no one as there. I was given time to check out the breakfast menu without feeling rushed. The lady made reasonable accommodations for me switching out the bagel for a biscuit :) at the same price . The transaction was easy. No fuss for a last minute kids ice cream & an extra a swipe of my card. The lady was chill & gave me one of each condiment I asked four total 3 . ‍ Anyway - all seemed well. So glad they opened a chick fil a, near our house. I stop here all the time on my way into work for breakfast and sometimes lunch. I usually use the drive through and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. When the line is a bit longer than usual they have people taking orders before the ordering speaker , super efficient . I like Chick-fil-A but still don't understand the huge hype it gets. I usually get the spicy deluxe sandwich which has a nice kick and the chicken breading is flavored very nicely. Not a big fan of the bun though, this is probably personal preference but it seems chewy and bland, and doesn't really add anything to the sandwich. I tried the nuggets once and they were horrible, like someone cut the edges off a chicken patty and deep fried them till they were hard as cardboard. The strips are better but nothing special, and waffle fries always need their special sauce, otherwise they're bleh. Service has been hit or miss here, sometimes I get a very cheerful person at the counter who is eager to take my order, the next time I get a tired teenager who doesn't give a rip. I have been to this location of chic a filet 3 times to order the same thing. Kale Caesar chicken salad. Maybe wrong menu name. But close enough. First visit a charm. 2nd time parmesan cheese left off salad. Third time they left out the salad dressing which is separate from the salad in packaging. I called just to voice my humble opinion and was greeted with "what do you want us to do?" Which I replied ?"that is up to you#. We've stopped here many times and have always had a great experience. We love being able to order in the app and either pick up curbside or sail through the drive thru. Today we swung by for a peach shake (because they're SO good) and spilled it promptly as we pulled out the other drink. Walker, an employee was so nice to bring us napkins and a replacement shake. Terrible customer service. Painfully long wait times and they STILL will mess your order. Delivery drivers are pretty much ignored. I waited for 20min before any waiter availed themselves. When I called because they were closing 5 minutes after I got home and realized I was missing my food I got sent to the voicemail many times and never got a call back. Came back to counter to get my kid a come, dude was so busy chatting with customers he knew in his personal life, line kept growing.....took longer to order and receive a come than it took to order and receive the 4 kids meals, 2 adult meals we ordered an hour prior. We recently had our son's wedding rehearsal lunch catered by this Chick-fil-A in Bothell. We ordered and picked up the large nugget tray, which fed about 20 ppl. We also ordered 25 sandwiches, 1 gal lemonade, and 1 gal sweet tea. [They forgot to give us the drinks we paid for (about $17 worth), however we didn't go ask for money back. I'm sure they would've given it back to us; we just didn't have time. Just make sure you have everything bf you leave.] They loaned us this awesome bag that kept the food warm; it even plugged into the outlet. Super awesome! The catering came with mints, hand wipes, packets of mayo, napkins, cups, & containers of sauces of your choice. We ordered at the last minute during their lunch rush! It only took them an hour! And they were so nice and accommodating! For less than $200, we watched stress melt away from the bridal party when they saw Chick-fil-A coming through the door! THAT was worth every penny! The Bothell location is in a large parking lot and does not have the congestion of many of the other Northwest locations. The food is in my opinion the best national fast food I have had. I tried the chicken tortilla soup for the first time today, and it was solid. I only recommend it for dine-in, as it is soup and should not be eaten in the car. read more

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Let me start off by saying Chick-fil-A is my favorite restaurant! I'm a top tier member on the app and I even decorated my Christmas tree with Chick-fil-A ornaments and lights and decorations and I have been to Chick-fil-A all over the USA. When I arrived I was disappointed to find the restaurant didn't offer curbside pick up whatsoever which happens to be preferred method of pickup. I proceeded to make a drive thru order and when I went through the girl was absolutely not living up to the Chick-fil-A standard of service one would expect and had a total attitude towards me which is funny because I did all the work for her ordering before in the app. Next, I got to the window and the service was still unfriendly and not what you would receive at any Chick-fil-A restaurant elsewhere. Once I started eating my food the Mac n cheese tasted old and didn't have any kind of top crusty piece as it normally does. I ordered sauces with my food and they gave me the incorrect sauce which ruined my meal too. . Normally this would be expected at Arby's or McDonald's but this is Chick-fil-A which usually delivers an exceptional all around service experience but this location didn't cut it.
