I've given this location way too many chances to get my order correct but after today, I'm done going to this location. My orders seem to be correct 1 out of every 5 times I go here and it's not like I'm ordering 25 things on the menu! Also, when I get up to the drive thru window and ask them to scan my app for points, I'm told they already rang up my order so they can't scan my QR for my points but I can call with my receipt and have them added!?!?! What kind of backwards BS is that? Apparently I have to tell them before ordering that I'm going to want to my QR scanned in order to get my points. Completely ridiculous! My receipt said that the store is currently being staffed by a temporary manager/operator. Unfortunately, it kind of shows, as the experience was slightly below normal Chick-Fil-A standards. Upon entering, there were virtually no employees manning the front counter and appeared staffers tried to remain invisible if possible, perhaps in the back. Pepper is only offered via a grinder, as an employee told me pepper packet are unavailable. So you're out of luck if you go through the pick-up window, apparently. Hash brown portion seemed miserly--I think there were 11. Unfortunately, there's no option to upsize that I know of. Like most other fast food stops these days, free Wifi is available. They also refilled my lemonade in a cheerful manner, some locations do it, albeit begrudgingly. read more

Chick-fil-A is definitely better than other fast food places around. It is a good change to the burger places we always see. This location is super nice. I have been inside to order and through the drive through and have gotten great service both ways! I have also never had them mess up my order. One thing you may not think of is their breakfast they have here; it is super good! Having a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich in the morning is actually amazing! For their other times of day, I like their regular chicken sandwich and their chicken nuggets. You can tell that they use real chicken and that nothing is greasy and gross. I do not typically eat fast food and only ate at a Chick-fil-a several years ago for the first time, so this is only my second experience with this restaurant. I have to say this chicken sandwich was delicious, thick, juicy, dine-in restaurant quality sandwich, battered chicken, topped with American cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickles. The Chick-fil-a deluxe meal with waffle fries was my order and man, i was impressed. The waffle fries were a little soggy (prob from sitting during the drive home) and a bit salty, but definitely would order the sandwich again. Not a good experience today at 2pm. Ordered a number 2 deluxe meal...sandwich was warm, not hot, old lettuce and received 5 waffle fries. I asked for a large sweet tea and she said it was .30 cents more. 1. I have never been told this, always received the large cup on tea, wasn't aware there was an option. 2. Shout out to the staff at the Northtown location who are very friendly, particularly the early morning breakfast crew! The whole menu is chicken themed: grilled or fried chicken nuggets, strips, sandwiches and salads. I love their Waffle Fries and tangy chik-fil-a sauce (similar to honey mustard- but better). They have Chicken Minis on their breakfast menu that are good as well- small chicken nuggets in a piece of honey bread/biscuit. Today I tried the Chicken Wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing and a new item, the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. The wrap was decent for a fast food place, I was impressed with the avocado dressing and liked it almost more than the wrap. The frozen drink was similar to a milkshake and super tasty! This location has a medium sized outdoor seating area and a kids playroom inside. You can download their mobile app to order online and receive free food items and offers the more you come in. They sell a yearly Cow Calendar for $7 that comes with a registration card. Each month there is a different offer that you can redeem with your card/account- mystery deals like a free drink or sandwich. Overall a great place for families and kids. This Chickfila location overall is a great fast food place to eat! I've come here many many time and they are always keeping the same level of caution to protect their customers.
