Great fast food with a very friendly staff. Moved from the greater NYC area 6 months ago, so the cleanliness, freshness of the food, and exceptionally pleasant staff roped me right in. Their spicy chicken sandwich is a must at least weekly. Their salad is quite extensive (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, croutons, and sunflower seeds) all for $2.15. Breakfast is a nice surprise as well. All in all, nice selection, pretty healthy for fast food, and quick service. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here they have messed up my order. Like come on. I love the food but it's not worth it to come to this location anymore. The first time they forgot my fries so I went back after getting home. The second time they forgot my sauces but this time it wasn't worth going back for them. Keep in mind that I specifically asked them if my sauces were in there (my fault for not checking but there were super long lines). The third time (and probably last time at this location) my food was BARELY warm and again-forgot my sauces. It said clearly on the receipt both times so I don't understand. The workers are VERY nice and management was helpful when I did call about these mistakes, but it isn't worth the gas to keep having to go back and forth to make it right. read more

I never thought I'd see the day, but I had a bad experience at a CFA tonight. We had to ask for someone to wipe down the tables, as ALL of the tables near the play place were filthy. The manager seemed annoyed and finally did, but he only wiped down our table and left the other dirty tables as they were. Our fries we as hard as stone. We asked for fresh ones, 3 team members had to discuss it before honoring our request. During the hour we were there, not once did a Team Member ask if needed a refill. The team member who took our order never smiled at me, nor offered to help me carry my 5 drinks and tray of food. I made 3 trips as she sat behind the counter not serving anyone. Extremely disappointed with this location. I love CFA, so I will continue to eat here, but definitely not at this location. read more

I was ordering, this young dirty blonde girl with curly hair took my order, and not once did i get a smile, a thank you, or any sense of politeness whatsoever! 7-8 people standing there trying to get refills for their drinks and the whole staff except two cashiers were just visibly standing around, talking and laughing! I just want to give a shout out to the manager Zac for helping me change my tire here the other night. I hit a curb turning right out of Target and pulled in here to put on the spare in the light of the drive through window. I knew what to do but was worried I wouldn't be able to tighten the bolts enough. Zac came out after a few minutes and helped me change my tire, let me charge my phone and even gave me a free lemonade when it was all over. It was making an odd grinding sound when I started driving again and Zac stayed out in the parking lot to watch me do a lap around the parking lot to make sure it was all good to get me home. I don't eat at Chick-fil-A often but I had to say thanks for the kindness when I was feeling frazzled! read more

Best place ever! While the food is great, fresh, fast, and always delicious, the service alone is The reason I created a yelp account just for this review. I cannot even begin to compare this location to other fast food establishments (which I will not go to because of how terrible they are.) The employees here are always friendly, polite, well trained, and over all seem well educated, which as you probably know is rare in restaurants containing a drive-through. Whoever is running this place and doing the hiring is a genius! Even if the food wasn't good I would come back again and again just because every time is such a pleasant experience. By far and not even close, Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches. They are always hot and fresh. Their waffle fries are gluten free, along with the gluten free buns, if you ask for them. Terrific lemonade and great shakes. I recommend the chick wraps. You can't eat this place for great service as well. Because my daughter's dance is super close to this location, Chick-fil-A is our go-to after school snack! Their soup is awesome and the kids love the kids meal... and it's all nutritious! Chick-fil-A doesn't use much gunk that can really damage health, and they have super great staff. We used to love this location. Last THREE TIMES through drive thru our order has been wrong. Today I ordered 3 kids meals and a 4 pack of strips. So simple. Nothing special. They asked me to pull up and had me wait over ten additional minutes on the curb while 16 cars got their orders and left behind me. Finally after ten minutes my order came out and WAS WRONG. I have three kids in my car and asked an employee walking in to send someone out. An older lady named Karen was walking back from the dumpster and I asked her if she could get someone to correct my order and she SNAPPED AT ME, saying "why do you think I'm standing here! What do you need." I told her I needed my order CORRECT! She came back with our correct order and then tried to apologize. This will be our last visit to this store. Chick-Fil-a is great, by this location has completely fallen apart. When the employees aren't even polite and they can't get your order right, what's the point of spending money there. What a shame. I hate the fact that Austin is so damn crowded. Otherwise, this place wouldn't be so packed. Its really my only compliant about the place. Its great food and attracts people like crazy. Good for business. Not so good for someone like me. I have driven off a few times due to the amount of time in line. When it comes to food no complaints at all. Superb. Awesome! Great. And then some. When it comes to staff, I wish I could shake the hand of the general manager he runs an excellent team of dedicated and friendly folks here. I would recommend this place to anyone who has patience because more often then not there will be a wait period to order your food. They took the fast out if fast food. Went at 7:30 in the morning and ordered "a number 1 combo with a large tea". Took 15 minutes. Turns out they gave me a chick fil a sandwich with fries -- at 7:30 in the morning!!! What the heck? I already feel that Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food restaurant, and I know alot of people that would agree with that. The chicken is just so good, always moist and the breading always crispy. I also like that they keep it simple. And lets not forget the fact that they discovered that chicken for breakfast can be delicious when put on an over buttered biscuit. I even have alot of respect for them closing on Sundays. Yeah it sucks because it always seems Sunday morning is a good time for me to eat chicken biscuit for breakfast, but I never can because they are closed. It takes alot for them to decide to stay closed, they are losing out on tons of money, but they would rather allow their employees to not have to work on that day. Even if the owner started the tradition for religious reasons, it is still around to let them spend it how they want to. The main reason I'm actually writing a review for them is the excellent service I received. Tuesday nights they have a deal of a free kids meal with the purchase of a combo meal. I ordered my combo meal, than jokingly said, "so if I went and stole someones kid I could have gotten a free kids meal." The server laughed, than told me, "if you want the free kids meal I will give it to you, you don't technically have to have a child with you to receive it." That is about as consumer of friendly promotion you can have. I loved my extra chicken nuggets and extra delicious waffle fries, plus the ice cream I got instead of another drink. Not your ordinary Fast Food Restaurant. I have noticed that the employees that work here actually speak good english and like their jobs and are treated fairly. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. The inside of the restaurant is spic and span clean. They are more than accomodating to make sure that your order gets out quickly. What other fast food chain gives their employees sundays off to go to church and spend time with their family? I will take this place over the golden arches any day of the week. read more

Come here ALOT during lunch hour. But you will receive the same kind of customer service regardless if it's packed or if you are the only one in there! Always so warm and friendly. There's an older lady and an older gentleman that are absolutely delightful to chat with, and are really just the sweetest people. All the employees are always so willing to grab things for you, take trash off your table, refill your drinks. You never feel like your bothering them no matter how needy you may be! We come here at least once a week. My son loves the chicken nuggets. I like their chicken sandwich and every now and then the Asian salad. One of their recent additions of frosted lemonade is really good for those with a sweet tooth. This is one of our backup restaurants that has quick service and very courteous staff. read more

Worst service from any Chick fil A!! Walked in and the manager Myna is on the phone and an employee is sticking sauces below the counter. Neither acknowledged our presence. We asked if they were still taking orders and she looked up and said yes. Then she immediately went back to stocking. We stood there thinking she would immediately stand up and take our order, but no she just kept on sticking and the manager kept on talking on the phone.
