First thing I observed was the horrible parking lot and drive through; way too tight! Scary parking lot. There was a moonlighting police officer there. The staff was authentically friendly, and professional. They take Apple Pay. My order was delivered to my table; everything was correct, hot and juicy. This morning they not only were moving slow as is normal, but they ran out of diet Dr Pepper. (How does that even happen?) the company in general performs way above this location. The WORST Chick-fil-A I've been to. They have young adults from Gary Job Corps attempting to manage cars in the parking lot. About six managers standing around doing nothing. The cashier didn't understand my order and needed help. The main frustration is the parking lot and how dangerous it is. I've seen multiple car accidents on the feeder road from the backed up cars trying to get in, but can't park in a spot because the drive thru cars are blocking the parking spaces. Screw this location. I am never coming back here. And will urge my friends and family to stay away. read more

One of the best Chick-fil-As I know of! The differentiating factor between this Chick-fil-A and other Chick-fil-As is the staff! Lunch here was pleasant. I was eating here with my sister who has never had Chick-fil-A before. The staff were patient and helped explain the menu and shakes. Extra Pluses: The place was kept nice and clean! Arrived 10 min after said phone call, only to have the order given away. I return 20 min later as they asked (frustrated) and still had to wait and additional 10 minutes. Now, I have a great deal of patience, however, when it comes to subpar service from this establishment that prides themselves on providing excellent customer service while ending every conversation with "it's my pleasure," it really comes across as a backhanded "thank you." I never thought I'd write a review for a fast food joint because I have standards... granted they are pretty low but they are standards none the less.... but I freaking love Chick-fil-A! I never eat fast food... in fact I hate it, I can't remember the last time I ate at a Mickey D's, Wendy's or Jack in the Box... but the Chick does things differently. All of them are spot on, if I was to ever open a fast food restaurant I would follow the Chick-fil-A model (minus the religious views and anti-gay sentiments but those things don't change the quality of my food). I love the simple chicken sandwich and waffle fries. It is always hot and fresh. I generally add a side of nuggets which come out the same way. The sweet tea and lemonade are also good purchases, but as far as beverages go with the milkshake, i know they don't seem like the place but their milkshakes are amazing. My favorite item on the menu has to be the chicken minis at breakfast, they must be infused with crack... any time I am up earlier than 10 am (pretty rare with my work schedule) I hit them up for a box of bite size awesomeness. All of these things are fantastic and extremely important, but what makes them special is the service. I have never talked to someone that didn't at least fake it like they were having a great day. I gotta give these people props for Labor Day. In case you weren't aware, Chick-fil-a was giving away a free chicken sandwich to anyone wearing their favorite sports team attire. The guys working this location were on their "A game." Nice to everyone walking in, regardless of what they did not order. Smiles and not a single look of stress. Oh, I am sure they were busting ass all day, but you couldn't tell from their cool exterior demenor. I lucked out and got there with only 6 people in front of me. When it was my time to order, there was at least a line that snaked through the store and out the door. But the staff remained calm and kept smiling. Wow. That is seriously some awesome service. I'd never been to a Chick-fil-A until we dropped by after a visit to McKinney Falls the other day. I got a classic chicken sandwich on a toasted, buttered bun. The only thing other than breaded chicken on it were pickle slices. Simple, and very good. I could have gotten ranch dressing or mayo, sure (and the condiment selection is ingeniously displayed outside the drive-thru window). But my simple little sandwich was perfect. This place has an impressive drink selection. I got half sweet tea/half unsweetened tea; Alicia got half diet lemonade (yes, they also have non-diet)/half fruit punch. And for the doggie we were given a BIG dog biscuit at the drive-thru window. Wow. The employees have to say something like "It's been my pleasure" instead of "you're welcome," which I find vaguely amusing and creepy at the same time (you know, that feeling that big corporations inspire), but I that's just one of those quirks I always notice. Like being closed on Sunday. Locking the doors one day a week (a weekend day at that) seems like a profoundly stupid business decision to me, but what do I know? WORST Chicfila ever. DO NOT GO HERE. The reviews say it all. They made me PAY for sauces. I worked at Chicfila for 4 years back in Houston and NEVER DID I EVER MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR SAUCES. The ditsy blonde headed at the drive thru window was obviously pocketing my stupid change. It was 85 cents for extra sauces (8 ranches) but i know for a fact that in the back they have BOXES ON BOXES of sauces because when i worked there we got shipments in ALL THE TIME. Let me be frank, Chick-fil-A and I have had a falling out a long time ago. I'll spare you the details, but suffice it to say I'm willing to mend our differences if they're willing to admit they were wrong all along. I only visit when I'm picking up an order for somebody else and then part ways quickly with the fewest words exchanged. To be honest, it's been getting better lately... I smile when I'm leaving. On my most recent trip, I added a few chick-n-strips to the order I was picking up--I was very hungry and my dinner was a couple hours away so... it was just a tide-me-over thing. Now, I will never admit they were the tastiest strips I've had in a very long time, but I will say there were no crumbs remaining in the box. I love the cultish "How may i serve you?" received upon arrival. Makes me smile every time. This is good quality food. I always stick with the basics and I have yet to be disappointed. They must employ a very good management team because my order is always fresh, always, correct, and always good. There is something about waffle fries that give a restaurant a favorable nod in my mind. Get a number one with sweet tea and a side pack of nuggets and you will be happy. Don't overlook the condiments. They have honey roasted barbecue sauce that comes in a packet and it literally blows my mind. Don't miss out on the liquid smack. Love Chick-fil-A! This location is the closest one to UT that is not the half-assed, half-menu'd, reheat the food option they serve on campus. I always go for the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. Get their Chick-fil-A sauce-its damn amazing on the sandwich. If you like soft drinks, their drinks are always spot on! I'm not sure if its the ice they use, the Styrofoam cups, or they just keep their machines well maintenanced but the Coke always comes out with the perfect balance of sweet, refreshing and carbonation. If you will believe this, the drinks are simply a higher quality than you get at most other fast food places. I don't always drink Coke, but when I'm at Chick-fil-A I sure as hell can't say no. read more

Food is good, staff are polite, but the one star is for what you have to go through to even get the food. I only come here during breakfast because that's the only time I can pull into the parking lot. You want lunch? More often than not you will find yourself in line on Ben White (the road!!). This is extremely dangerous. Wanna park? Well after you wait in line on the actual road you'll have to pull into a spot. Wanna leave? I got stuck in a parking spot for over 15 min because that's how long the drive thru line was and nobody could move anywhere to let me out. This location has made my drive home from work very dangerous. Coming off the 290 ramp I've had people SLAM on the brakes so that they can slide over 2 lanes to get into the Chick Filet line, which again is on BEN FUCKING WHITE!!!! This one restaurant has caused so much traffic chaos I cannot believe the city has done nothing. I also cannot believe that the neighboring places like Starbucks, Cabo Bob Burritos, Gamestop n the rest have not formed a coalition to make Chick Filet redo their drive thru. The drive thru was designed by an asshole. The entrance and exit to this drive through are both on the Ben White side. So not only do you have an extended line of vehicles on Ben White waiting to pull in, you have the customers who have been served pulling out of the same spot. The folks waiting to get in cannot move their vehicles forward unless the drive thru line moves, so the speed at which traffic moves on Ben White a major roadway is based only on how fast this place can serve chicken. You get that? Traffic on Ben White stalls based on how fast, or in this case how slow the staff cranks out those orders. What would make a lot more sense would be to have the only drive thru lanes begin on the access road side. Have the line meander like a big U shape with the right side of the U being the entrance/access road side and the left side of the U being the chick filet parking lot that approaches the drive thru menu/terminal. That way the entrance is from the access road and the exit is from the Ben White side. Whoever is reading this look here, I am tired of almost DYING every time I come home from work because your customers need fucking chicken so bad at 4 fucking 30 in the afternoon that they are willing to wait in line on an actual roadway. Have you paid the city for use of this roadway as a queue? Have you compensated traffic accident victims who have wrecked because of the chaos your place has caused? Have you compensated your neighboring establishments for the trouble you have caused their staff n customers? Fix your drive thru, and by that I mean change the direction from which a vehicle enters and exits, not hire more 17 year old kids with neon vests doing nothing. You suck. read more

My 4 kids and I went through the drive thru on our way home last night. After spending $50, we arrived home to find 5 of our sandwiches were missing, leaving 2 boxes of nuggets and fries for the 5 of us. Yeah, not a happy camper here..... I called them to demand they give me a full refund. Johnathon, the manager on duty, apologized profusely and said that my money would absolutely be refunded. About 2 minutes after I hung up, my phone rang and it was Johnathon again asking if it would be alright if in addition to refunding my money, they could deliver my entire order to my house. Twenty minutes later, our food was delivered with not just the missing sandwiches but new drinks, fries, and the nuggets we already had. And it was all perfectly hot and fresh. Forgetting to include things at any drive thru happens frequently, but I have never had an establishment go through the trouble to make things right like they did. I go to this location at least three times a week and that is for a few reasons. First, the service is outstanding and they are always quick, whether I order in the app, drive through or in the store. They are also extremely polite and attentive. Furthermore, if this is your "home" store on the app, you will be showered with free treats and rewards. Finally, the food is always outstanding, hot and fresh. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I ordered at 10:30, shouldn't be that busy, and never really has taken a long time to get through a line at Chick-fil-A. I order grilled chicken sandwich without the bun and a extra grilled chicken patty. I received both breaded and on bun. They had me wait in line holding up everyone else. As I saw the lady walk around and hand out everyone's food. I specifically said. "Both are grilled chicken Without the bun". I received yet another breaded chicken. Did not realize until I was home as i had been forced to hold everyone up. They don't have adequate spots if your order takes too long, you just hold up everyone's whole life while they remake your food. Seems dumb. The people working definitely don't seem like the normal cheerful Chick-fil-A employees you typically encounter. I have a very serious disease, it's very upsetting to me me they keep making repetitive errors. Especially when they think taking the bun off of something makes it ok.
