This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in Texas, hands down. I have been to maybe 20 or 30 of these establishments around the country and this is the only one that has ever messed up my order. Not once, not twice but six times in the past year. Also this is the only one that will try to overcharge you for sauces. Everytime I come here I face an employee who doesn't want to be there and their attitude reflects it, they seemed dazed and confused while handling an extremely small restaurant menu. They have given me the wrong drinks. I have came home and been one sandwich shy (mine) and had to watch my kids eat while I fumed at the memory of the cashier who ruined my meal. I have been charged for extra sauce (multiple times) and they have not been in the bag. Also good luck in the parking lot. In addition six days a week there is a traffic jam to get in and difficult to exit as well, I don't know if it's the way it's managed or if the area can't handle the traffic but its definitely worrisome. read more

Love, love, love Chick-fil-A. The waffle fries are THE best! And the seasoning of their chicken is wonderful. Their food is always fresh every time I go there, which is quite often. The lemonades and teas are really good too. You can even buy the tea by the gallon. They have party trays available, too. You can tell they focus a lot on customer service since they are super friendly. I've been to Chick-fil-A's all over Texas, and it's always the same. Keep in mind that they close on Sundays, which upsets me sometimes because I crave Chick-fil-A's on Sundays a lot, haha. read more

Anyone who is anyone knows that Chick Fil A is always that one place that makes your whole day better, nugget by nugget. Well, this location is even more above and beyond. This one day a few weeks ago, I was having the worst day! Work started super stressful, I learned I had screwed up an important client's order, and things just didn't seem like they were gettin' better. I hadn't showered for the day and my home was a mess at home, the stress was just too much. Usually on days like this I take a deep breath and go to Chick Fil A for some comfort nuggets. And that's just what I did. I went through the drive thru and noticed the same pile of crap advertisement trash I always get in the mail and I did what anyone needing to accomplish something would do, I saw an opportunity to throw it away in the drive thru trash can so that's just what I did. Threw it away. About an hour later, once I'm happy again after having some delicious nugs dipped in chick fil a sauce and a sweet tea, I get a text from my fiance letting me know we were expecting a very important piece of mail from a company called ADP as it was a check. Of course I was like "Oh, okay cool I'll look out for it!".... then 1.2 seconds later my heart sank into my stomach. I just threw away a piece of mail I thought was insurance offer crap from ADP. *FF!!!* I immediately swallowed my pride and called Chick Fil A and the first words out of my mouth were - "this is going to be the highlight of your day I just know it"... and continued on telling them the situation. Y'all. By the time I got there (which its about 5 minutes away from my work), this whole staff was digging thru the drive thru trash bags that were dumped into the big trash searching for this tiny envelope that was so important to me that I'd tossed away. WHAT A DAY, right!? I'm embarrassed but humbled at the same time as they hand me 2 envelopes that were not it and it killed me to say it. The manager then walked me to the back where a sweet boy had an ADP envelope asking me if it was it? Covered in food grease and disgusting, I was never so happy to grab that stupid piece of trash I'd thrown away! I nearly hugged the guy and shook the managers hand a thousand times. I am so grateful for how KIND they were to help me!! The whole team! I told them I'd dig thru myself but they had insisted. When I nearly gagged opening the mail in my car, it was a check for $1400! I cannot believe I did that, but I also cannot believe how giving and wonderful this company is for people every day and even in wild weird situations like mine. THANK you Chick Fil A. This story will also be sent to the news and to whomever I can to let people know this is an exemplary, wonderful, thoughtful company! I love Chick Fil A! I've been sitting here for a while watching my son play and I just had to comment because one of the ladies working here is so wonderful. Her name is kat and she's been so friendly to everyone! Making small talk, keeping the place clean, smiling at everyone, complementing people. It's people like this that can actually make someone's day. As someone who has worked in hospitality forever it's really cool to see someone like her. She could not even figure out how to count change or how to split payments between different payment types. I didn't think it would be so hard to comprehend that I wanted her to take the cash, deduct it, and then charge the rest on the card. I got there a little after breakfast and was a little bummed out I missed it. I still gladly ordered a cool wrap. When I got up to the window, a nice young gentleman asked me to pull up to the stop sign, so I did. There was a rude man behind me that decided to get out of his truck and yell at me to move. I calmly responded that I was asked to wait at the stop sign for my order. Not 10 seconds later, the nice young gentleman brought my order to the car and apologized for the rude behavior of the man behind me. This was, of course, no fault of Chick-fil-a! When I got home, I discovered that they gave me the correct order + a chicken biscuit, which was what I had wanted to order in the first place! So that was super nice of them! Disappointing customer service by the manager on duty. Brought in a group of 17 people and spent $140. They dumped our food at one table and didn't make sure everyone had their food and when I went back because one of the children with us didn't get her food, the manager argued with me about what was placed in a bag and made me repurchase the meal. read more

Been going there since I moved into my new place. I order the spicy delux combo with a coke, and almost every time the chicken is slightly off the breadular axis by a couple cm. I have to deconstruct my sandwich and position the fried breast accordingly. A rather gruesome process. Through y'all my dismay, however, there isn't a single ugly woman that will take your order. Came here today at 3:43 pm for lunch. Was stuck in the drive through lane that wasn't moving. So I was able to park my car to come in. There was a line inside that wasn't moving either. There were 3 managers standing together carrying on about a huge ice cream cone and NOBODY TAKING ORDERS. Finally the girl who was filling up the ice bins took my order!! They messed up my order but it is so hectic there that its so not worth the hassle to complain. Their crossing guards don't really know what they are doing and it gets so backed up. I used the catering service at this location. The night manager is a joke. Communication is not his forte. He is challenged when dealing with customers as well. He would rather sweat than engage in customer service. The GM contacted and tried to resolve via a voicemail. The GM even stated he was too busy and asked if I could wait until a more convenient time for to talk. I am sure this is not the Chick-fil-A corporate way. Food itself was fine, like all chick-fil-a locations, but the bathrooms were horrendous. Visited the restroom twice while in store and the first time I was greeted by a worker brushing her teeth in the sink. The restrooms were not clean and 2/3 toilets were unusable because they were completely clogged and absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a bathroom that was this unkept for and I will not be returning to their establishment. read more

Gave us plenty of condiments, napkins, straws, asked about utensils, smiled and laughed... it was amazing. I don't eat fast food anymore, but from what I remember this was my best experience. Easily the best service I have ever received at a "fast food" establishment. They come to your table and ask if you need a refill of your drink, take it for you, refill it and bring it back with a huge smile the whole time. They take your trash and dispose of it and really make you feel like you are doing them a favor by being there. I enjoy everything g about the place. read more

I had never had an issue with Chick-Fil-A until a month or so ago. I upgraded to a large fry and got a medium at most. The container was just about half full. When you pay extra for a large fry you should get a large fry. They are so fast but perhaps that's when errors are made. I sent an email to Chick-Fil-A letting them know about my experience. They got back to me awhile later saying they would pass along my email to the right people. I got crickets after a couple of months. Oh well, that wasn't important to them. Heard loud and clear. I tried a different location today... I ordered chicken nuggets, a large fry, a coke and Chick-Fil-A sauce. Pretty simple. I got home and I had chicken tenders instead. I love their nuggets so I went back to exchange. They lady who reordered my food was really nice. But when I got to the window they were visibly irritated. I gave them my incorrect food back. They gave me my new food and I went on my way. I got home and had a large fry with a sticker that said no salt. Why!?!? Just to be mean I guess. I also had no sauce for my nuggets. Their sauce is one of my favorite parts. Super irritating experience and it all took about an hour to get lunch. Their food is good so I still have them two stars. But their customer service not 100%. They are obviously bothered or unwilling to correct mistakes. Try Flyrite. They get it right. And their sauces are really delicious. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat, except every time I have the craving for it its on a Sunday lol. Anywho, every time I have gone to a Chick-fil-A it has been a great experience except for yesterday. There had to have been at least 10 cars in the drive thru when we pulled in, so none the less I figured they were busy. Something I've actually seen quite often when I've gone. Mind you my boyfriend already doesn't care to go to chick-fil-A but agreed to go this time only for us to get ignored when we were standing in line ready to order. I was disappointed because this have NEVER happened to me at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. There were at least 10 people working in the front and not one of them acknowledged us for a few minutes. Someone finally decided to help us and didn't even apologize for anything. When my boyfriend went to go talk to the manager on duty (who also ignored us) all he told him was that he needed to call the 1-800 number to complain. Come on Chick-fil-A and associates y'all have got to do better. I understand you guys were busy but you are in a line of customer service, at least acknowledge the person waiting in line even if you can't get to them at that moment. read more
