Once again I tried once again the failed. Placed an order on the mobile app, all good so I think. Go thru the drive thru he seems to have trouble finding it but then says my last initial so I assume he does . He says go thru I do and wait .. get to the window and she has no record of my order and even asks if I paid for it. I then have to park due to the line of cars behind me, go inside with my app and show proof of payment and order to get my order. I leave the restaurant and receive a call about 5 minutes later from the restaurant apologizing to Tiana for messing up her 30 nuggets. I'm not Tiana and I didn't order 30 nuggets. read more

If I could give zero stars to this Chick-fil-A location, I would. We ordered my usual mocha cold brew coffee and another iced coffee and both were SOUR. It's obvious that something was wrong with it and staff weren't nice when we complained. Worst Chick-fil-A location I've tried. read more

Once again, the Epps Bridge Chick Fil A shows why it's the worst in Athens. I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order (so no chance that they heard the order wrong) for a Cobb Salad with a cold grilled filet and an unsweet tea with lemon. I received a sweet tea with lemonade and a salad with grilled nuggets, with no dressing. When I went back in to get it fixed they didn't understand why I wanted it fixed, and then proceeded to put a hot filet on the salad and didn't even cut the filet up like it is supposed to be served. This CFA unit is consistently the worst in the Athens area. Go to one of the other four locations I. Athens if you want your order to be correct. read more

So we just did drive-through at this Chik-fil-A. There's no menu out front before you get to the guys who are standing outside to take your order. When the guy asked what I wanted to order, I said I don't know yet. He laughed. So I ordered two chicken sandwiches. And I said, really, what if you don't know what you want to order before you see the menu, and he said, then maybe you should park and go inside..... hmmmm. I respect chick-fil-a and what they stand for, but I think there is something lacking here. Their menu does change - and are you as a customer expected to know everything on their menu? The store is very unclean and the employees all seem miserable. The food isnt fresh and the dining room is rarely cleaned. Every time I have been to this location I find that they have a very limited drink menu. When I order a grilled sandwich I am always lacking a wrap so its messy and gets everywhere. I have also had problems with the biscuits in the morning. They are not wrapped correctly and fall apart before I can even eat them. WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN. This is by far the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. They've gotten my order wrong at least 10+ times, to the point where I will never go back to this location. Theyre more rude and slower than any other Cfa. Most the time I have to pull around and wait another 10 minutes+ just to turn back into the line bc they made yet another mistake and proceed to wait another 15 minutes. Usual cfa 9.5/10, this location from my experiences is beyond negative and disappointing. If you can avoid this location, I would highly recommend it, the alps or Atlanta highway locations are miles better, no comparison. Some of the staff at the Epps bridge are cool tho. :) read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in Athens by far! The service is terrible and they will mess up your order 4 out of 5 times. And they're not like normal Chick-fil-As where they're so nice about it when they mess up and work to make it right. They don't care if they mess up. And SLOWWWWW. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further (depending on where you are) and go to the absolutely delightful Chick-fil-A on Atlanta Hwy or Beechwood. They've got it going on! read more

I have frequented this CFA over two dozen times since I live closer to this location than the other two. I can't help but notice that from the workers to the guy who is in charge (Mark) they seem to lack the enthusiasm that you see in the nearby CFA locations. Since I'm a college student, I frequently pass through the Alps Beechwood and the Barnett Shoals location. When you go to those two, you can clearly see how happy (voice of the tone) and the joy they are when they see you walk in( even if it's fake). What made me give them a 3 star is the ridiculously small biscuit I received compared to the other locations. This only rivals the size you get at Tate student center at UGA. I get it Tate is run by the university. School likes to make money, but this is a private chain so I expect better than what i get from a cafeteria at my school. After a careful research, I realized both of those CFAs are operated by Shane Todd. I do think Todd holds his franchises at a higher standards than the surrounding locations no wonder the corporate are willing to let him operate more than 2 stores at a time. If you know anything about CFA franchise, you are not allowed to operate more than 1 store at a time unless you are a top performing store with exceptions. I hope to see more enthusiasm and the Southern hospitality that I consistently received at the other two stores at this one as well. I have eaten at all 4-5 CFA in Athens well over a dozen time each over the years. I have also given a 5 star review to the Beechwood CFA. Another great CFA operator is the one on Sugarloaf in Duluth GA. read more

I just witnessed an employee relocating an elderly woman to an adjacent parking lot and making her walk to get an assumed catered dish. Great service! though, that is usually to be expected from Chick-fil-A. I usually go through the drive-through, and even when the line is long, they keep it moving. I really love the new grilled chicken sandwiches here. That's all I get, and I always love it. But I have had the chicken strips with the Chick-fil-A sauce, and those are delicious!! Addition: Got a chargrilled chicken club today and it only had 1.5 pieces of bacon and the sandwich was cold. Here me out, i had loved CFA for the amount i've ate from here, however since i moved from Athens, on a Tuesday morning i placed an online pickup order for Lizzie, because I had driven 2 HOURS to come to an appointment and was starving, anyways I went inside Epps Bridge CFA- picked up a few minutes before breakfast was done for the day, however my order wasn't even ready, and a few minutes an older lady with grey hair who had her hair in a braid told me they had ran out of the egg, cheese & chicken biscuit i had ordered and that she had to give me a regular biscuit, HOWEVER she was giving me 2 promo cards, one was to redeem a full meal and another one was for just a sandwich, im like ok cool... 3 days later i'm trying to make an order ONLINE and says both cards had been redeemed... i come back to Epps Bridge and they said there's no way they could've given me a card because the location was for commerce, like ok not my fault your employee didn't check the cards because she was in a rush. Honestly i don't know but they were making it seem like i was lying, like who in their right mind would lie about a promo code? like makes no sense, thought y'all were good christians running this place, and would always try to make it right for costumers. seems like they just don't care nowadays. This is ridiculous, if you guys are going to hand out promo codes MAKE SURE THEY ARE FOR YOUR LOCATION AND UNEXPIRED/REDEEMED. Y'all are ridiculous. read more

I will never visit this location again. I gave this location three tries and all three times they messed up my order. Staff does not pay attention to detail (and that includes managers as well). I rarely post reviews but this restaurant is disgraceful in regards to its customer service. Please improve on communication between staff, regarding orders (not personal issues because they seem good about communicating those). My coffee wasn't even close to being full so when I asked the woman at the window if she could fill it, she rolled her eyes and filled it with MILK? Ordered a nugget tray and a gallon of lemonade for pickup a couple hours later. I arrived a few minutes late, but had to wait 30 minutes after placing the order to get my nuggets. They were out of gallons, which was not brought up until I was there for 25 minutes. Had to carry the lemonade in cups Overall it was 45 minutes late and made me very late. The people at this Chick-Fil-A are very kind. When it gets busy, they grab extra people cleaning to help with the orders. When you are done with your meal, they clear your table so you don't have to get up. I love this location; it reminds me of a restaurant. It also has a children's play area in it. read more
