How can anyone go wrong with Chick-fil-a? They can't unless they were a Vegan I guess. However, true to Chick-fil-a's standards everywhere this franchise location is no exception. The crew is always polite, friendly, and helpful. It appears as if they really enjoy working there when you see them there. The food is always right when I order it. I can't say that for all fast food chains. And, the prices are reasonable. I also cannot diminish the great amount of promotions that they always have going on. The chicken smelled and tasted of old grease. We went when they first opened this location and the service and food were terrible. I thought the food might have gotten better. We got our food really fast so I suspect it had been sitting a while. I was really disappointed. My workplace gets Chick-Fil- A sandwiches on Fridays and they are always good. They are good even though they are made ahead of time and kept in the big aluminum lined transport bags to keep them hot. read more

If giving this restaurant a zero would be possible I would do that, I had been an employee within the past 24 months and I received terrible training, experienced rude coworkers with the exception of a few people, and was put on terrible hours that did not meet my expectations, I was lied to by my managers and eventually parted ways with this establishment, this was my second job in fast food and due to my terrible experience it is now my last. This Chik-fil-A is like the antithesis of the American fast food experience. The food is...delicious. The restaurant is...clean. The teenaged staff is...gracious and genuinely hospitable. I was so confused dining here. For a while I thought I was in the Twilight Zone of fried chicken. During the ordering process, the high schooler behind the register was courteous, enthusiastic and very nice. He graciously swapped out my drink for me when I didn't like the sugar free lemonade. He also gave us an informative and rousing explanation of "Chik-fil-A sauce". And he was right, it's delicious! My grilled chicken sandwich came served on a multi-grain bun with beautiful fresh lettuce and tomato. There was no sauce. Yet, this was not a problem, because the chicken was so juicy and flavorful, it didn't need a sauce. The waffle fries were perfectly crisp and not the least bit oily. Our booth was not only clean, but also had a real carnation in a vase on it. Fresh flowers at a fast food restaurant..what the?! Throughout the meal, another young man passed our table a few times and politely offered to refill our drinks. This was some of the best service I've had at a restaurant (ANY restaurant) in a long time. Where does this franchise owner find his teenaged workers? At the local National Honor Society meeting? Does he loiter outside the closest high school waiting for the AP classes or marching band practice to let out? Either way, kudos to this restaurant for their outstanding food and service. read more

I have been eating Chick-Fil-A ever since my grad. school days. So, I was elated that they opened a location near my house. The service here is impeccable & very unlike other fast food places (in a good way that is). I come here at least once a month to get my Chick-Fil-A fix. The chicken nuggets are my fave, & the waffle fries are freaking delish! FYI, they send out coupons for free meals in the mail for you to try new & old menu items. Ate here again for a quick dinner last week. I gotta admit, I'm a huge Chick-fil-A honk. This is the best fast food place around, in my opinion. I got the fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries, along with a sweet tea. I really can't say enough about the customer service here as well. There's always someone walking around asking if they can take away your trash, or if you need a refill on your drink. The people at the counter always seem to greet you with a smile on their face. I will most definitely continue to frequent Chick-fil-A. My wife doesn't rave about it as much as I do, but I usually don't have to twist her arm too hard to drag her along. :) read more

A great family fast food restaurant that works hard to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Every time we have been here a worker has asked us if we need anything while we are sitting at our table. That combined with good quality food and a play ground for the kiddos makes this a fun place to eat. This is my sons favorite place to eat. read more

12-26-13 went in for lunch. It's always been sub par but I was heading out of town and it was easy. I got the spicy chicken combo and headed down the road. Tonight was the 4th time I have visited this location. Chicken was good, altho I could tell it had been setting out for a while. The waffle fries were too obvious they had been setting out for longer. Lukewarm and such a blah taste. 4 visits and 2 times they didn't put the sauce in the bag. With my order, I asked for the sauce. When I got to the window, I was asked again if I wanted sauce. I again stated what I wanted. She still didn't put it in the bag. When it comes to chicken sandwiches, this place is king. I've been eating Chik-Fil-A since the closest one was in West County Mall. When they built one in Arnold, I was in heaven. The food is just as good as it was when it first opened, the employees are ALWAYS chipper and polite and they really do seem like they aim to please. The fries aren't the best, but it is easily made up for with their salads, chicken bites, and chicken sandwiches. Definitely one of the best fast food establishments in Arnold. read more

I always enjoy going to Chick Fila. The service is usually over friendly and the food is always spot on. My pleasure. Today I was surprisingly disappointed. I was ignored when I walked in by 3 employees at the counter. The cashier was not friendly, forgot my special drink order, the food service was slow for no one being in the restaurant, and the quality was not as I expected, the bun was dry and disintegrated on me. Being from Georgia and growing up on Chick Fila, I expect a level of friendliness that I've grown accustomed to when visiting this establishment. I've been to many Chick Fila's in the area and I guarantee I will not be returning to this particular one anytime soon. read more

I have been to this location 4 times. The 4th time will be the last. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they were more like chicken nibblets. Small and burnt! I called to let them know, but it seemed nobody really cared. They said they would let the owner know. All the previous times were great. I wish I could say I will go back, but I will not. Very good food. Clean environment. Has a play place for kids without dining tables inside so it discourages eating in the play room so it doesn't get so dirty. The store is new and seems to be trying and succeeding at being very good with customer service. I've ordered lunch during breakfast twice now and they've made it for me each time. I asked the second time if I could order lunch and they said sure, it'll just be a few minutes while they prepare it for me. The chicken is healthy and real. I frequent this location but it's pretty inconsistent throughout the day on speed of service and customer service. This time I went through the drive thru at about 10:30am while I was on a break to get my lunch for later on. The young lady in the drive thru (pretty blonde with glasses and a braid in her hair) was not very friendly and I could barely hear her while I was ordering. I asked for a Cobb salad with grilled chicken instead of the breaded chicken. She said it would take 8-10 minutes to cook and I said that was fine. When I got to the window, again she was not very friendly and would not smile at all. She gave me my salad after I paid and as I drove off I checked my bag which had breaded chicken instead of grilled chicken. I went inside and told the young lady that approached (brunette, very apologetic and friendly)that I had ordered grilled not breaded). I saw the drive thru employee peak around and kind of roll her eyes as if I was wrong. Even though the other young lady apologized, she did not apologize. This is very unprofessional and will cause people to not come back. I find this unfriendly service throughout the day at this particular chick fil a during none peak hours. I hope something is done to fix this because I do love this restaurant and would love to have a good experience read more
