Sometimes I just want a hot chicken sandwich and CFA is my #1 pick. This location is super convenient for me to stop by while on my way home. I usually place an order online and when I arrive in the drive-thru, I just let them know I have arrived and they quickly get my items packed and ready to go. Whenever I have Baxter with me, they always offer him a pup cup and he cannot refuse! Super friendly. Super convenient. CFA is my favorite fast food place. read more

Multiple times have gotten the wrong order - be sure to check your order, especially if going through the drive through. When we have called because the ENTIRE order was wrong, we have only been compensated with dessert items and other foods that had nothing to do with the actual sandwiches that were incorrect. Today was the last straw for this location. We always get a side of cheese sauce (which now costs $1.50), and it barely covered the bottom of the cup and was congealed when we got it. When we showed it to the staff, she was shocked and said she would get us more. Another staff member said we could buy more but they weigh it, and that's the right amount. As is usual for the chain, their food and customer service is mostly good. They recently remodeled this location, removing the indoor kid's playground and emphasizing the drive-thru business, presumably because on the heels of COVID, they learned this was very lucrative. My own opinion is while this restructuring may be good for the bottom line, it detracts from the lover of "dining in" experiences. It wasn't nearly as fun for our kids and navigating the parking lot across 2 lanes of moving drive-thru customers was extremely off putting... most especially with young kids. All in all, Chick fil a seems to have sacrificed traditional customer service in favor of the drive-thru model... maybe banking on their established clientele's love of their product? We tried three times to order food while on our drive to Memphis. It seemed they finally got the order correct. Then we get down the road. No straws. No forks. Not sure how I was suppose to eat a kale crunch salad without a fork. Called back - was on hood for 10 minutes while they looked up my order then hung up on me. This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A's in the state. We always go through the drive-thru because the staff are so incredibly nice and helpful, even when standing out in the cold or the heat, and the only line faster is a line with no cars. I've never had a bad experience here. The biggest seller for me is the staff. As I said, not only are they friendly even under harsh weather conditions, but they don't rush me to make an order if they don't have the thing I originally wanted. I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil A in general, but this location is consistently the worst I've ever been to. I purposefully go out of my way to another location as to avoid the Arnold location. I've never been served a meal that was fast or correct at this location, and the staff is never what you expect from your typical Chick Fil A staff. You know why I love chick-Fil-a? Extremely fast through the drive through. Like real fast food like you feel bad if you don't have your cash or card ready when you pull up because they are on a mission. My daughter and her friend were there and my daughter asked me to place a mobile order for us. I did and the total was $23.18. I paid through Apple Pay and it went through and then it asked how I want my receipt and I had it emailed. Well then my daughter said "chick-fil-a " was telling them the card was declined and I knew that couldn't be right. I sent a copy of receipt to my daughter. And they still said no. Well her friend was like "just let me pay for it", because this girl had her families food already (getting cold). The worker took her card and was gone for like five minutes and charged her $20 on her card. They have my daughter one little bag and my daughter asked "may I get our drinks". They said "well we discounted so you don't get the drinks". REALLY. So of course my daughter accepted this, because she felt bad for her friend. Well, I'm not had accepting as my daughter. When she got home, food was horrible. I order chicken strips and she ordered nuggets, let's just say I couldn't tell the difference. Mine just looked like 3 nuggets. I called and asked to speak to a manager and this girl that sounded 16 named MORGAN was rude as hell. When I tried to explain to her what happened (interrupting me as I try to explain) she was like, so you want to come and get your drinks. I said no, I'm not coming all they way back for drinks. My point was, your telling me a large teal, a large iced coffee and a large frozen lemonade was $3. Come on. So this girl offers to credit me for $3 for the next time I come in. She had an opportunity to make a customer happy by just accepting the fact that they screwed up, but she choose to be a smart a$$ and make me angry even more. I became familiar with Chick Fil A back in college when they opened a part of the dining hall and served this wonderful chicken food. And I've been a fan ever since! I don't usually eat fast food but if I have to choose I will choose CFA because the chicken is more real than what you'd get somewhere else. The fries are awesome and the sweet tea and lemonade are to die for. If you need WiFi, they have it for free. Their staff is always willing to refill and get whatever you might need to make your visit more enjoyable. We don't visit this particular one too much but we like how we can choose between here and West County since we're smack dab in the middle. Now if only they'd build one in South County!! read more

Christian chicken is very tasty. Wife and I try to avoid all chain restaurants, when it comes to Chick-Fil-A we have to make an acception. It's amazing. There really is nothing to it. The sandwich is simply a typical bun, chicken breast, and two pickle slices. That's it. Nothing else. Why does it taste so good? The spicy chicken is truly the way to go here. There is enough spice to notice but not too much as to ward off the faint of heart. The service is refreshing. The staff are super polite and overtly friendly. As a city dweller, I thought the kids were being sarcastic by saying things like, " My pleasure" or "Certainly, Sir" or even, "Thank you for visiting us today Sir, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you". Bit they are not. They all speak like this. Amazing. I doubt a place with behavior like this could operate for long in the city, but it is a nice change from some of the other places I enjoy. Me and the wife pull up to the Arnold location only to be disappointed at the long lines order food. We figured there must be a line for a reason and so we waited it out. Well I can say it was worth the wait. WOOOOOOO!!!! Them sum good waffle fries. Chicken is juicy and seasoned perfectly I didn't even need to drown it in the "Chick a diddle diddle sauce", which is also very good with them waffle fries. WOOOOOO BOY let me tell you those are good. I only give this place a four star because the lemonade needs some work. What has happened to Chick-fil-a? We just had a horrible experience at another Chick-fil-a about a week ago. Now the Arnold Chick-fil-a has just topped that bad experience. To save time we ordered our small order for two on the internet about 5 minutes before we arrived. We reported in right away with a young man that confirmed our order. He directed us to the drive through and they made us pull ahead and wait for our order. 25 minutes later our order came out and the food wasn't even hot! They asked I wanted any other condiments, I stated no, that I just wanted the salsa, then they forget the salsa. This has happened multiple times now. Don't do their Curbside. They don't even make your food until you check in on the app. It's not the location's fault. But someone needs to improve this Curbside overall. When you get there to pick up your food you're expecting it to be ready. It took me several complaints to Customer Service to get back to me finally 3 1/2 months later.
