We always order on the app and use table service, you know, the little metal plates that are on all the tables? This kid tonight delivers our food and lets us know quite rudely that they don't use those numbers, only the tents at the kiosk. The app tells you to look at the table and type in the number. The receipt says Table 122, not Locator 7 like if you order at the kiosk. Why make us feel stupid when you're the one that's wrong? Food was messy as usual but edible. read more

I normally don't write bad reviews because I give restaurant/fast food workers A LOT of grace but this location is absolutely awful. I was picking up a door dash order and waited 40 minutes, 15 of which were spent standing at the counter trying to get someone to talk to me because I wanted to ask if the order had even been started yet. Not a single person that working that made eye contact with me multiple times asked me what I was waiting on or said a word to me including I think the manager or shift leader maybe that was standing there too. I understand being busy and being behind but to not be acknowledged for 40 minutes is extremely frustrating. After wasting all that time there, I ended up just canceling the door dash order and leaving because I had another delivery that was sitting in my car getting cold. I'm pretty sure everyone in that building waiting for food was infuriated as well. Just do not go there, go to another McDonald's trust me!! read more

Any time someone says they're going to go to McDonald's, and they go to this location, the order is ALWAYS messed up. Cold Food, ingredients missing, or added that weren't wanted, flat drinks or entirely wrong drinks. No clue what it is with this location, but they just kinda suck. From the lot it appears the dining room isn't open but it is. New kiosk ordering is in place so you could stand at a register until your ass falls off with no help. Everything has to be ordered through the kiosk evidentially. 15 min wait for "fast food" seems unrealistic to me and the door dash folks were livid about it. All trash cans full so you had to leave the tray on top. Cold non salted limp fries and non melted cheese on burgers when cheese was asked to be left off. Clicked eat here but everything was bagged. Bathroom kinda scary. It's just lunch I know but I'd at least expect hit correctly made food. A customer at the counter register wanted to pay cash and couldn't figure out the kiosk and someone behind the counter told him they were to busy to check him out they were short staffed. Wow this place was a mess. There was about 10 people trying to order, some were waiting on orders but nobody was at the register. I should have just left but I didn't. I walked over to on of the digital ordering monitors and put in my order and then waited....and waited... and waited a little more before my order can up. He walked up, handed my a bag and quickly walked away. Order was fine but I didn't get the drink. So i waited and waited to politely ask for the drink I already paid for. Actually just for the cup because I have to fill it myself. Finally someone made eye contact and felt obligated to come over and talk to me and I was on my way. So McDonald's, I can now take my own order and fill my own drink. If you can let me cook my own burger we will be in business. read more

I don't ever leave bad reviews but here goes. Usually a decently ran place until a recent hire whom I have yet to learn the name of...if you ever deal with HER I feel sorry for you. In the drive through she was rude, cut me off, and pretended they didn't sell a certain menu item, spoke to me in a degrading manner and rushed me to order. When I got to the window to get my food.. I asked another employee if they sold the item I was told they didn't have and she said yes we do! I explained what happened with the other employee and she apologized and told me she "she's not really nice". As for whoever is in charge here.. I suggest you ask your employees and you'll find out very quickly who this specific employee is because it seems that everybody knows how terrible she is, and I'd be completely shocked if a name hasn't already come to mind. I didn't go back for a while because the employees attitude was REPULSIVE and I didn't trust her to handle my order or food anymore. Was quite disappointing when I went back recently and saw she was still employed there. Although I don't frequent to begin with...when I do go again I'll just go to another location from now on. Horrible customer service... she should be terminated if this location wants to continue having business. Its not a customers fault if an employee hates their job. read more

Just opened the bag to feed my son. The photos tell everything. This is why you order curb side to go for burgers anywhere else or go to five guys!! Who is this manager? Why isn't anything double checked? What's the point of ordering? They just give you what they want. The the fact they only gave me one of the two fries I ordered and got that rectified made me feel lucky. I read the stickers on the burgers and thought at least the burgers were right. Jokes on me!! The last time I visited this location they didn't have any kind of chicken. This time they can't get an order right. We will boycott this establishment. read more

I come to this McDonald's quite often. I rarely ever run into an issue. The issues are always small but as someone who also works in customer service, I understand people make mistakes. I'm guilty of making them as well. It's sad that more than likely a customer will be furious from one small mistake. Keep in mind, most of these people probably work way too much and get paid way too little. Everyone has a bad day, so if your order gets messed up, just simply ask them to fix it. If you think you could do better then apply there yourself and make your own food. No reason to bring down the employees. They've been working hard all day and the last thing they want to hear is a hangry customer who didn't get one extra sauce cup. read more

Slowest McDonald's ever. They cannot figure out how to take two lanes of orders. The biggest issue is their lack of actually getting orders right. Constantly leaving something out of the order. I cannot even begin to explain the level of incompetence at this location. If I could give them a negative rating I would, trust me that one star is insanely generous. They cant even make a drink order that consisted of two drinks correctly and that isn't even the part that's mind-bending . The thing that got me was that they knew they messed it up and gave it to me anyways but were too lazy to fix it. They expected me to get out of the drive thru and walk into the store and get it fixed. So unapologetic and rude that when I returned they yelled the girl with the wrong order is back when I walked in, then admitting that they purposefully gave me an incorrect order (that frankly a monkey could put together). They looked at me like I was crazy when I expected my order fixed and they did fix it in their own time...which was the equivalent of a turtle running through molasses. Oh and FYI to those that wonder why I didn't alert the manager...she was standing there the entire time. In the realm of fast food I do not expect much but I do expect toddlers not to be working at a major food chain and in all honesty calling them toddlers is an insult to all toddlers. I work by this location but had to stop going to this one. I usually only get a tea or coffee. They always mess up my order or I have to wait forever to get it. One morning I pulled into the drive thru 30 min before my shift started. By the time I made it to actually order it had been 20 min. All I ordered was a coffee and they asked me to pull up, I said is this going to take long I have to be at work and I've already waited a long time they said no with no apologies. I pulled up and waited another 10 min, walked in and just got ignored. I had to leave to get to work so I left after paying and getting nothing. I've called for a manager to make it right and keep getting told there are no managers. Called corporate and have yet to receive a call or anything. read more

If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I definitely would. Their service is horrible, it takes forever, and the workers always have the worst attitude. Oh and also, they decided it'd be best to stop serving all day breakfast because of Covid?! HOW, HOW in the world does Covid have anything to do with serving breakfast all day?! How hard is it to stick a pre-made breakfast burrito in an oven and heat it up for a few minutes? This is ridiculous and completely irrelevant to the pandemic. I came threw drive threw about 6:30 pm on 9/6/2018 and I ordered a double quarter pounder meal large with a sweet tea I get home which is only 3 mins away my Fry's and food was cold drink was unsweet ordered a sweet .. Then I open my sandwich up to put sauce on it and there was pubic hair and a peice of hair I imediatly threw it away looked in my bag had no receipt tryed calling 8x's no answer so I called again about 8:30 and the manager kaytlin had an attitude amd said that she guess she will replace my mean only this one time I said Ok ill order a differnet meal she goes thats fine .. This is by far the worst McDonalds in the St. Louis area. Do not come here unless you want to wait 15 mins at the drive through for the wrong item. I got home with the wrong food, called the manager, who said she would replace it. She was so rude when I went back that I just left disgusted with nothing. Never going back to this location again.
