Not that I don't like this place but, it has always been one of my favorites of the fast food restaurant chains. This being said, after coming from my local venue, I must wonder what happened to the burgers. I can remember when you ordered a Jumbo burger from there, Jumbo actually meant Jumbo. The Jumbo burger itself wad a meal on its own. I just came home with two Jumbo cheese burgers and when I opened them up all I got was two small cheese burgers. Together they would not equal the size of what the JUMBO Burger use to be. In my book, they need to just eliminate the word Jumbo from their menu and just call it like it is. The Itty Bitty Teenie Weenie Cheese Burger. I asked for Onion Rings and got Fries and the 15 to 16 year old behind the counter going spastic all over the place said,I'm sorry sir, I don't know how that could have happened. I looked at him run in three different directions to fill a bag with items and glance up at the order for just a second and I believe I knew exactly how it happened. When I got my onion rings I hit him up with yet one more thing wrong, I pulled out box from the bag and asked him what it was. He said nuggets, I asked him, so who ordered them? I wanted to come inside but when I parked I saw all the workers sitting at the table on their phones and vaping in the lobby! It's bizarre to me that this is what our economy has come to these days! I ordered fiery monster tacos, asked the young man at the window if they were fire, he said yes, and when I got home they were regular. I called and the man (Maxwell) said he was manager on staff and could leave a note because I couldnt travel back up there the same night, I asked when a store manager would be there and he was very uncertain, I waited in line 20 minutes for these for my sick kid :( wont be returning. read more

Wish they had a ZERO star option. Ordered a salad, several tacos and a few burgers. Brought it straight home, 5 min away. We were missing a fry, tacos were cold and leaking grease from the bag. Went through the drive through just now and was immediately turned off by the woman taking my order coughing into the speaker. Received my order and it was wrong so I drove back through. Came out with two burned and dragged in grease breakfast Jacks. I will not be eating here again but I will be calling in the morning for my refund. read more

The Arnold Jack in the box used to be a great place to get food on to go, but in the past year or so it is the complete opposite. They are never open when they say they are. We stopped by this morning, 9:26am on Sunday and it was not open even though online it said it was. This has happened several times for us so we will no longer try this particular location. Don't waste your time with this restaurant but the Imperial location is always a great one for us. read more

Ok, normally I would start with the positives, but there isn't anything good about this place. If i could leave -10000000000000000000000000000 stars I would. Waited 40-50 minutes, yes, 40-50 MINUTES for my food, and this is a fast food restaurant. It's been a couple of years since I've eaten here but there is a reason why. Honestly if it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I know it's fast food but seriously. I've been to this J Box maybe 5 times in my life and every time, somehow, some way, they take longer and longer to get you your order. Every single time I've got my order it's been wrong on top of that. Last time I went through I came back to get my missing items and was called a liar by the manager. That she said she personally made it and KNOWS that it was all there. "I'll do you a favor and replace it this one time". I am beyond upset, disappointed, and annoyed by the service and workers at the Arnold Missouri Jack in a Box. I work across the street from the restaurant and gotten off and was hoping to grab dinner on my way home so I wouldn't have to make some. There is not many places open around me after 9 to get food from that's quick and easy. It was only 9:15 when I went to go through the drive through and they close at 10. I new this due to posted online as well few days prior I went after work through the drive throu with a co worker. I waited in the drive through for ten minutes with no answer after me asking if anyone can here me. There was cars in the parking lot and lobby lights on so I new the weren't closed. I try calling the place due to maybe they didn't realize someone was in line ,but no one pick up the phone. So I left and went to the next closest one on imperial main. I should of just went the extra ten 10 minutes out of my way to begin with. I a-lot better service my order was correct and the gentlemen at the window even ask if I would like a water while he got my food together. He even apologize for the way because I had to remake my food due to messing it up. I know this is jack in a box and not a sit down or formal dining. But then as employees to Jack in a Box made a comment to provide good service to customers and I didn't receive that. If I would of gotten service and my food was mess up I wouldn't be here writing this. I'm writing this solely hoping that a GM or higher up will see this and recommend the employees and establishment standards to a bette there service. read more

First I'd like to say if there was 0 stars that would be my rating for this terrible establishment. After a long drive home my daughter wanted chicken nuggets and tacos didn't sound too bad (my mistake). Pulled up to the drive thru without a line and it took about 5 minutes to even place my order, pulled up and waited another 15 minutes to pay and receive my food (thinking at least it will be hot) get home and tacos were cold and had more taco sauce than I've ever seen on Jack In the Box tacos, fries were cold and no chicken nuggets causing an absolute melt down by my 3 year old (thanks jack). So I call and ask to speak to the manager who I think is the same boy who took my order and I tell him about our experience and he tells me he bagged the food himself and it was all in there, I asked him for his name which he would not give and tell him I will be calling corporate on him, he just told me to have a nice day. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location ever, terrible customer service and disgusting food even for Jack In the Box standards. read more
