Well organized and fast chick fil a. The service is always quick even with the two lines for the drive thru. The inside is always clean and tables are bussed extremely fast. The good is always on point which is not a surprise with chick fil a. It does get packed around lunch but the two lines with employees taking orders makes the entire process smooth. Be warned that getting back out on Collins can be tricky depending on how the drivers feel but the location is close to the highway and stadiums. Be wary on game days because traffic will make getting in and out horrendous! read more

I come here every Friday morning and order the chicken tender combo before work, but today I was told I couldn't order it. The employees told me they never made lunch before 10:30am. Service is fast and friendly. Want certain sauces? Just ask and they're generous. I've had about half the items on their menu and have had no complaints. They offer a generous 13.5oz Simply Orange with their breakfast meals. +1 star The chicken and biscuit is great for breakfast and their original chicken sandwich with Polynesian sauce is a great combo. The chicken salad can be a bit on the salty side. The chicken salad sandwich is another healthy option. On a low carb diet? Go with the nuggets. Lastly, their sweet tea is great. This is normally a quick place to grab a bit to eat. Today it was not. The drive Thur was backed up and after waiting in line for 15 minutes finally get to window. Was told they were out of chicken strips but are cooking more. The young lady at window told me to park and they will bring it out to me. I asked her where I needed to park and she told me "I'm not sure since there is no parking spots left". Told me to put hazard lights and they would find me. Well after 15 more minutes finally got food. If I hadn't already paid would have left. Not sure if this is the normal for their lunch time rush but will not be back to find out. UPDATE**** This location is now completely demolished with a sign stating they will reopen at the end of summer. ************************** By now everyone is familiar with the food at Chick Fil A - chicken strips, chick sandwiches, chicken bites, and salads, along with some desserts that include brownies and ice cream. I personally like the food, but I'm at this location for two reasons - the play area is great for me to be able to watch my 4 year old play, and the staff is great! I am constantly amazed at how pleasant everyone is - from taking orders to actually going around to the tables and asking if we want refills, then going to the counter to get them and bring them to the table - at a fast food place! I'm impressed at the speed the tables are cleaned and the bathrooms are also clean. For those with kids, this location offers family nights (usually Fridays) where they have games or other activities where families can spend time together having fun. Sometimes prizes for free desserts and free kids meals are even offered. If you want to eat outside, there are a few tables, but the majority of seating is inside. read more

The waffle fries were obviously the last in the batch cold and limp, tbh my spicy chicken burger ( #2 on the menu) was ok. My wife had the plain chicken burger (#1 on the menu board) and, ok, it did say it was just a plain chicken burger but , really? The bun is just really some thin thing to hold the chicken with, the only other thing it comes with is one small piece of pickle, not much bigger than a quarter, and that's it! No thing else. You know how people see long lines and run the other way? Well I saw a long drive thru line here and I hopped in line too because I didn't want to miss whatever everyone else was getting. I assumed free food with a line that long. And who wants to find out later then missed out on something great. Well, I immediately regretted getting in line. What kind of impulsive person had I become??? What was I doing?? I wasn't even hungry. But low and behold there were a few awesome team members in the drive thru line that not only took my order but let me pay while still in line as well. Hands down the absolute best service I have ever witnessed in my life. Victoria took my order and then went above and beyond!! I was holding my 18 month old and after taking my order, Victoria helped me to my table, carried my drinks, grabbed a straw, silverware, and napkins for me, and brought me a high chair. After delivering my food, she popped back over to check on me too! The manager and one other employee swung by my table to check on us as well. SUPER FANTASTIC service! I went during lunch hours, drive-thru line was huge about 35 minutes to get my order placed, the outdoor order-taker asked if I wanted sauces I said yes, a couple of ketchup and honey mustard (didn't warn me of the cost for sauces). Finally got to the window to pick-up my food, I'd check my order and see only one ketchup and one honey mustard (no big deal right) you can ask for more, so I asked for more, the cashier said $1.00 each additional sauce is .50 cents! I'd said your kidding right? She said no. Find out; at this Chick-fil-A location; you can get more sauces at a PRICE of .50 cents each! When I called the manager told me to come the next day (because I was heading to work) and when I did come the manager in charge Natalin told me that that was not the policy! Consistency is never there. I have had to call multiple times because the teenagers working the drive-thru spend more time talking amongst themselves and flirting with each other than making sure the order is right. One time a bottle of petroleum jelly was next to the window...and I really wanted to ask WHY someone was using that and handling food. The drive-thru also is dangerous the way it's set up now to pull in but they make due. Food though always tastes great and is always fresh. Overall the service is good. But I guess every operator is different on what they honor from the free treats. I'm from Houston and new to the area. Every time I've gained reward, I usually redeem a free sandwich, which in Houston the operators let you choose the regular or spicy sandwich with no problem. Well I ordered the spicy sandwich only and tried to scan my barcode and it didn't take the total to free. I asked why and she said they only honor the original sandwich, that I might add that I HATE! It's no flare to it so i order the spicy sandwich. I was butt hurt that I couldn't get the sandwich, that was the same price as the original. Don't get me wrong, I love Chickfila and always have. But today, I am disappointed. I ordered my food through the app and picked it up in the drive through, so I didn't look at my order until I got home. When I opened up my bag, I found that the Large fries that I ordered for extra were only filled to halfway (and there weren't fries on the bottom of the bag to be the missing fries). I basically paid extra money for less food. I am upset and disappointed that an employee filled the fries only to halfway and then thought that it would be ok to bag up and serve to a customer. Although it's only a difference of a small amount that I "lost," I'm just disappointed that I faced an issue with such a fundamental thing like filling up the sizes properly to match what the customer ordered and paid for. read more

This is the largest Chick-fil-a around, newly revamped from the ground up last year to accommodate all the people that want to dine in, as well as the drive thru. I love this place and always get the Chargrilled Chicken sandwich combo with a diet lemonade. Sooooo yummy! The staff is always friendly and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The one thing I don't like about this location is the parking lot. The way they set up the drive thru make it to where you have to walk thru the drive thru lanes to get to the door to go in, unless you're lucky enough to get one of the few up front parking spots. I think they could've designed the drive thru/parking lot a little differently to fix the problem; but I'm not an engineer so what do I know really. read more

Usually I don't have any issues with Chick-fil-a but during this visit the store seemed off key. I pulled up through the drive thru and they didn't have any staff working the drive thru and no long line. It was understandable since it was a very hot day. The signs outside said to place my order at the speaker box. When I got to the speaker usually I like everyone else is greeted with some pleasantry. Not this time, I got a what can I get for you? I placed my order for two meals and typically they ask if would like any kind of sauces. Not this time....I got the typically drive to the window we will take your payment there. I drove up to the window and gave my payment to the employee and was handed my order. What usually come after the customer says thank you? My experience is they say, " My pleasure". Nope, not this time. The employee handed me my order and off I went. Of course my order is always right when I go to Chick-fil-a right? Usually it is the case, but I think they were not on their A-game today. My order was all wrong, even the drinks were dripping excess soda down the sides of the cup. I hope this was just an isolated day of these events but either way this is not the Chick-fil-a way. Today the experience was comparable to a fast food burger place. read more

This has got to be the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been to. Impeccably clean. And the seating has dark, earthy colors, which seems to make it seem a little more upscale than most Chick-fil-As. The service was fantastic, as I would expect with any CfA. I mean, it is fast food. But it is the best fast food experience, IMO. read more
