Chik Fil A's policy might be in the highlight of now, but stemming from the fact that we're a fast food nation, Chik Fil A has the largest young crowd I've ever seen in my area. Not a surprise at all, given this one has incredible service and food that stuffs me just right. What shines are their spicy chicken sandwich, and cool wraps. Cool Wraps are a Christian-Inspired stoner food; what I said made no sense whatsoever. I love the Spicy Chicken as A) I'm a spice fiend B) It tastes far more distinguished, and independent in the herbs as if... It's using rare/secret ingredients. My go-to chick-fil-a. They are so expedient during both breakfast and lunch. The line looks long but it moves fast. I've never received an incorrect order. The food is always so fresh. I truly do hate that you have to make a right to get to the drive thru window. I think that is a design flaw. If you have a big truck or long wheelbase vehicle it is difficult to manage. But the delicious food makes up for this struggle. read more

I was given 2 drinks with zero syrup (flavoring) in my dr.pepper. They were closed by the time I got home and tried my drink.

We stopped on our way through town. The ordering area is small because they section off the line but it works well. Plus they were fast considering how many people there were. It's a busy place so tables were not so easy to find even on a weekday morning, so I bet they are packed on weekends. The staff was friendly and the food was the quality I've come to expect from the chain, so all in all the experience was a good one. Our one major complaint was parking, which is mostly in back because the entire front of the restaurant is a handful of parking and handicap spots. read more

This place unfortunately has gone down hill. Used to have great friendly workers to unpleasant and rude workers. The lines are usually long and no one directs you where to go like most other locations do. They are quick to take your order and move you on to the next person. Pulled up to the drive through window earlier this evening and nothing but workers just standing around gossiping. Ignored the car in front of me. Brought out his food but not his drink. Then he waited for several minutes for his drink. The workers were upset that he didn't leave once he got his food order. I mean, you gave him his food without his drink. I wouldn't leave either until I got my full order. The girl at the window was very rude to me when I pulled up. They asked for my name, not only once but twice and then told me to pull forward so that way I wouldn't have to hear their gossip of another employees dating life. Well guess what? I couldn't because the car in front of me was waiting for his drink that they forgot to bring out to him. Car line was long, so they are very slow with delivery your food out quickly. They always mess something up in my order. I understand the labor shortage but you can't hire people who don't have customer service. The new employees are rude. They roll their eyes or just give you a mean look like you are bothering them. If you can't handle the food industry which thrives on customer service then you aren't equipped for the real world. read more

Living in an area without a Chick Fil-A means I will stop at one when on a trip. The service and food here are outstanding as usual. There is plenty of room inside and room for parking. I do not know how busy the place gets during the busy season with the amusement parks and sports stadiums nearby, but I imagine the team here does their best. read more

I ordered a breakfast mini chicken (40) tray and fruit tray for my team at work on Saturday afternoon for Monday morning at 8:30 AM. We are only 5 minutes away and needless to say chicken bites were cold. The condiments provided were not enough for 40 mini chickens we had 4 packs of honey, 3 grape, and 3 strawberry packets. The fruit tray which is supposed to be a variety of fruit was mainly apple with a few slices of mandarins and berries on top. When I called to speak to the manager and informed him the food was cold. His reaction was 'There is no way it's cold I served that tray myself" needless to say based on the quality of the food and the way the manager handled the call I will no longer be ordering catering service from Chick-fil-a read more

As a repeat customer of this particular location. I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Chick fil a this morning. The attendant Marco was very vague and unmotivated to properly greet and take my order. Not to mention that my order was ruined as I didnt receive any of the accompaniments I requested nor the right parfait selection. However I was up charged for absolutely everything. Disappointed in the service lately for breakfast. We are not greeted when we arrived and we were the only ones there. It took the person 2 minutes before she even came over to take our order. Well since i ve been hearing so much about this place i had to give it a whirl. Im from NY and we don't have them there. So i found this location. It was packed. Right near the AT& T stadium. I ordered the basic chick fil a sandwich ff and diet coke. I wanted to try the peach shake but i had a feeling it would be too much and it was. I wasn't really that impressed. It was ok but i prefer my chicken cutlets to be on the thinner side. just a personal preference i guess. The FF were good and the Chik fil A sauce was good. The service was pleasant and with a smile and they even took my tray and threw it out for me and noticed i didn't really eat much and asked if it was ok. Not very happy with this location at all.. order on the drive tru.. it was so simple combo number 5 with bacon I dive off half way on to work open the order is the wrong sandwich come back change it to the righ one they finally give me the righ one I opener and it only has one piece of bacon cut in 3 pieces I went like really.. This location is so poorly operated and managed. I have congestive heart failure and on busy days I can always stop and get a salt free fry if I'm feeling sick like today or need my medicine which I have to take with food. This location has ruined my full food orders in the past but today I was told that location doesn't serve salt free fries...... for the last two years. I asked to wait until they have to make a new batch and the supervisor told me no because they won't wait to put salt on them. Chick fil a was the only fast food place I went to since my diagnosis but now I won't be going back and that upsets me. I'm a busy business owner that's always on the go and I go to various Chick-fil-As in the metroplex. This locations rudeness and lack of customer service has lost a life long customer. This has got to be one of the best Chick-Fil-As in the area. It is located off I-30 and on the way to any stadium. They have probably the greatest staff working for them. The place is kept clean and just so enjoyable for a family night out. We even go there right before our Daddy-daughter dance. Easy to get in and out, but can get crowded at times. My order was messed up and we had to drive all the way back. A 15 min drive and they were giving me a hard time to replace order even though I had my receipt and my food that I brought back. I will never return to this location by the way I was treated like I'm some scum. I forgot my drink at home and they wouldn't give me another drink to drink while I waited. Normally they do a great job and make right their wrongs me and Emmy wife are both in the restaurant business. I own my own restaurant for over 20 years. I give free food away when mistakes are made. Which I never insinuated or asked for. But to be treated like a dog. Then at the very end she made our food Togo. St the very end she said oh and by the way my name is Elizabeth as if to say. First off, this Chick-fil-a is one of the biggest I have been to. It is also one of the cleanest I have been to. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Orders come out fast and any mistakes are quickly handled in a very good manner. I enjoy coming here once every two weeks. The outdoor area is extremely nice and well-kept as well. read more

I had the worse experience in my life here at this restaurant. I had a wrong order placed in my bag and when I went back to the store they did it again and I had to look at the bag and correct them as to what the store actually stated. Juan the store manager then said he need to investigate the system to see if my order was in the system when I called that night to complain. They are not concerned about the experience of the customer any longer they are concerned about people trying to call for free food and that is totally wrong.
