Everything was old. They were completely out of honey chicken, the steak was old, the other chicken was burnt, and the beans were scraped from the bottom and dried out. The lettuce was brown, the sour cream was practically liquid, and instead of replacing empty bins with fresh ingredients, the staff just kept scraping the last bits out. Trash cans were overflowing, and the whole place felt neglected. One employee even refused to make fresh food until my husband mentioned he'd call the health department. I understand that working in food service can be tough, and maybe you're miserable at your job--but that should never affect the quality of the food or how customers are treated. Consumers deserve basic cleanliness and fresh food. This location needs serious attention and accountability.
