Employee put four scoops of rice in a burrito and then proceeded to put a quarter scoop of chicken. I asked for the whole scoop and they charged me for double. Gotta be the worst chipotle experience I've had. read more

We're used to the Chipotle locations in Greenville, which are consistently clean, well-stocked, and have friendly staff who are eager to help. Unfortunately, this was the complete opposite. Everything was old. They were completely out of honey chicken, the steak was old, the other chicken was burnt, and the beans were scraped from the bottom and dried out. The lettuce was brown, the sour cream was practically liquid, and instead of replacing empty bins with fresh ingredients, the staff just kept scraping the last bits out. Trash cans were overflowing, and the whole place felt neglected. One employee even refused to make fresh food until my husband mentioned he'd call the health department. I understand that working in food service can be tough, and maybe you're miserable at your job--but that should never affect the quality of the food or how customers are treated. Consumers deserve basic cleanliness and fresh food. This location needs serious attention and accountability. read more

Another visit, another time of lack of cleanliness, out of stock of sour cream and non e of the specialty drinks were filled out! Management just needs to walk this store and make the changes! read more

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've visited in all of the United States. The owner and franchise should be deeply embarrassed and ashamed. Walked in, walked right out. Bad employee practices and little care for counter cleanliness. Yuck. read more

I went to Chipotle today. I didn't like my experience. First it was messy with wrappers and paper towels everywhere, and my food took 1 hr to come. The food was alright not the best. read more

Very dirty the manager was extremely short with her answers as she was done being there. The food was in plastic bags that they scooped from and they were out of a lot of things including all drinks except Diet Coke do not go here!! This place went down hill bad read more

I got to this chipotle the workers were not friendly. They were out of white rice. fine it happens but it took them so long to get more and they weren't offering anything to their waiting customers. Then just when you think it could get worse they are out of chicken. So they say that the chicken is going to take some time and I look and it's already done on the grill. All you had to do was cut the chicken I was waiting in your store for 45 minutes. I don't know how you guys do it here but how we do it in the north is that you put a pep in your step and you cut the chicken when there's customers waiting. There was a whole line of customers. Then when you finally cut the chicken that was black and totally overcooked you barely gave me any. just when you think it can get worse you're out of corn. I hate this chipotle and I will never be coming back. read more

terrible restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had no rice for so long. it took them 10 mins to make the rice. and then. the chicken was gone. it was done on the grill and they didnt take it off for 20 mins. and it took 7 minutes to cut the damn chicken. they were so slow. and then. it gets worse. yhey have no corn and tried to gaslight me jnto thinking the vinegrette was gone??????? helllllooo. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a chipotle. Staff was rude, dirty dinning area, and they were out of steak. When asked how long it would be before the steak was ready, they said we're not doing steak today because it takes to long to prep. Chipotle is going down hill lately it seems like. read more

I go here probably 20 out of 30 days a month for lunch, food is always great and is prepared carefully in a hasty manner. Sometimes portion ratios vary but thats expected when different employees rotate through roles. Can always expect my business here. read more

Will try to serve you a teaspoon of rice and old slimy cheese and charge an arm and leg for it. Keep it and keep your messy dining room. If they are out of water cups they try to charge you for a drink. read more

Once again tried to eat at this place it was dirty and always out of stuff. The staff say it's a morning shift thing will I'd that is the case close after morning shift. This location in Anderson is horrible it needs to be closed for a month workers need to be trained better. The food should be prop stocked I can understand every once in a while but this shit is ridiculous. The owner want people to reach out per review but it gets you no where. I think it's time the owner send in a secret shopper to this location. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend went in today around 7:30pm, the workers said they had no chips, no queso, no steak, no chicken and no fajitas. And the blonde girl working the counter was rude. I told him he shouldn't have gone to that chipotle because it sucks, but he said he was ready to be hurt again. Not even he expected this. He walked out and got nothing. I would add a picture but there was nothing to take a picture of because they were out of everything. read more

The restaurant was so dirty and pico & corn were frozen still. Grossed us out, we couldn't finish our meals.

Extremely poor service. Most of the time the restaurant is filthy. They are constantly out of products, or serving something that has been on the line for 4+ hours. Drink machines are hardly ever in order. The staff is often short tempered and hostile. Management has allowed this location to fail consistently. read more

Place was filthy. Not one table was clean, every table top was sticky along with floor. Place needs to close for a least a week to clean. Men's bathroom did not have a working sink, therefore, how did the male workers wash their hands before returning to work. All in all disgusting place. Owner should be ashamed of himself for little this place get like this. read more

Went in at 9:25pm when it closes at 10pm. What little was out was cold, very small in proportions, and just sad looking. I asked if they could restock anything, and the guy said no. They were out of almost every protein and salad/rice base. The food area was dirty and messy. Here's an idea...if you stop cooking early, just go ahead and close. Don't try to charge people for less quality in service and food, and identify yourself as staying open late. Yuck. read more

Steak full at 8pm - ordered steak - was told steak is only for online orders! What does that mean! When was online orders prioritized over walk ins? Also last time I was here I ordered a kids meal. Where's the food? They don't give you a lot for the price there very stingy with the food.they hate when people come in

I was looking for a healthy option on my road trip from Atlanta to Raleigh/Durham, and Chipotle was all I could think of. I came here and had my normal burrito bowl. It didn't appear to me that they were running a very tight ship. The food/grill area looked dirty with pieces of lettuce, drops of salsa, etc. all in places it shouldn't be. The meats looked like they had been cooked hours ago, and the guacamole (which I usually LOVE!) was browned over and was nearly empty-- just not appetizing to look at. The dining area was also not spotless like I am used to at other locations. There was one employee going around and cleaning up, but all the other employees were chit chatting behind the food area, not even addressing the mess they had back there. The restroom could have used some attention too. Another customer pointed out that their sweet tea was empty and normal tea was almost gone. I enjoyed my meal just fine, but it wasn't up to the normal Chipotle standards I have come to expect. read more

For 3pm on a Sunday the wait was entirely too long and none of the tables were clean. Garbage cans were all overflowing with garbage stacked on top of tables as if no one had emptied them all day. Gross! Workers were in no rush to complete orders in a timely manner or clean the tables once the line went down. Must be normal for this location. They were out of grilled veggies for my veggie bowl. read more

I've been to plenty of chipotles in Greenville & this one was so much better than those. The staff was SUPER fast/ efficient & really friendly. It took me about a minute to get through the line ordering my food. The only thing I'd change is maybe upping the protein portions a little. I didn't get much chicken in my bowl but everything was really tasty and fresh! Pretty clean atmosphere as well! read more

lately every time I go into this restaurant the place is a mess and has bad service. today I ask why both of our bowls were only getting half the protein they normally do, I was told it was at the request of management that they were cutting back on their portions of protein. but they didn't bother cutting prices. read more

Okay let me start this off by saying chipotle is one of my absolute favorite places to eat, but with that being said this specific location is absolutely terrible in every way possible. I just got done walking in to this establishment at 8:45; long before they close, and I proceeded to wait in line for about 15 minutes just to get to the front to order and have the employee tell me that they are out of every single protein option except barbacoa. This isn't just a one time occurrence either; every time I come to this location it's always something. This location is always out of something whether it be steak, chicken, white rice, queso, shredded cheese, or even tortillas. I mean for a restaurant that has to options on the menu running out of one of the two is flat out ridiculous and unacceptable. The worst part is that when it comes to the steak or other protein options the reason that they have ran out is because half of the workers are lazy teenagers who don't want to be working anyway so they just sit there and let the food run out. Not only that the workers here are incredibly rude. The management at this establishment is non existent and the entire restaurant is a train wreck. This place absolutely sucks and I would highly advise that if you are thinking of going here DON'T. read more

it was a whole mess! i asked for extra rice and they didn't give me any also it said that there would be napkins and utensils... none lol. Also, the food packaging didn't look the same as normal. and they didn't update the app to say when they were preparing the food so the whole time it said that they had the order reviewing. when i went inside they didn't have the food sitting on the mobile order rack.. it was just sitting in the back so I had to go up and ask if they had it ready and it was all along, so i waited later for the food than i already did. The lady also didn't have my drinks ready so I had to go get them myself. jk that was fine but the rest wasn't and all that so say that the food was mid and just spicy, no flavor read more

Usually one of the better restaurants in town but it has gone seriously down hill lately. Can't keep staff which leaves the store to constantly fight uphill battles. Always out of things or can't take cash and have to order online. Some of the staff they have is great some of them are always unfriendly and unprofessional. Thanks Biden!!! read more

We stopped in for dinner tonight, the bar was a mess, protein looked dried out and gross. Workers were spilling water all over the floor behind the counter in order to mop. It was 9:20. They close at 10. They said they were out of Queso and chips and several other things that I didn't ask for. I should have walked away right then. Only to get our food and cup, walk to drink machine to find no ice. Then there were no forks to eat with and no napkins anywhere. We asked and they shrugged and said they were out. Not sure we will be back. Very disappointing. read more

I love this place and the food is amazing! The only criticism that I have is that it is always packed and can take a while to get your food. Along with that they are also out of guacamole a lot of the time. Other than that the food is great and most of these problems are out of the restaurants control. read more

This chipotle location is honestly terrible- especially at night. On at least 2 or 3 occasions we have ordered around 8:45-9pm (they don't close until 10) and they are always out of something. Last time they were out of steak AND chicken. Tonight they were out of the Al Pastor chicken and chips. My salad bowl barely had anything on it and the same with my husbands burrito. Not to mention the customer service is just awful. We continue to be disappointed in this location and we won't be back. read more

Food is wonderful. Servie is fast and precise. My food delivery was just as wonderful.

Not sure what craziness over came me today to head to Chipotle during prime lunch hour but thats exactly what I did. And I was pleasantly surprised. While there was a pretty good line going things moved along fast. Yes even for this impatient Yankee. I got what I always get and am never let down. Chicken burrito. One of the many thing I enjoy about Chipotle is that pretty much no matter what location you go to the food is always going to be the same. No surprises and sometimes thats just what I'm looking for. Service was fast and friendly as always. read more
