Overall experience.... It wasn't to good. Did my order online. Arrived when I was supposed to and had to wait another 20min. Workers were outside talking to what I'm assuming were their friends. While I'm inside waiting on my food. My wings weren't cooked the way I requested. They were not quite done to my liking. Just wasn't a good experience. When I first arrived nobody greeted me, and it took them 10 minutes to attend to me. The person in the back that was handling the food had no gloves and was sweating while he was handling the food. The manager was trying to train two people at one however, they failed to attend the line of customers. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, but the wings had no flavor at me. I used to go to the wingstop in Columbia alot and loved it but the Anderson location offers a totally different experience! The service was super slow and rude! Racial slurs were overheard from the kitchen with a restaurant full of customers. The wings were rubbery and flavorless! I have not and will never return to that location read more

we drove over an hour to come to Wingstop and as soon as we walked in the workers didn't greet us or anything. we then were told we couldn't order food unless we did it online because of the manager not being in the store which coming from someone who's worked in fast food before that's never been an issue anywhere else. the workers then continued to mock us and just sat in the back laughing. very unprofessional, will not be back. read more

The food is AMAZING. The wings were so crispy and well cooked. The Louisiana rub was amazing. If you like a kick the mango habanero is the way to go. The speed is slower though. I recommend ordering ahead because it takes around 20-30 minutes. So yummy so it's worth the wait. The customer service we've had was a bit rude but you could tell they were unhappy about something else. The store inside is pretty small but there is outdoor eating. read more

The store isn't as good as the one in Greenville we made a online order and it said our meal will be ready in 50mins so waiting and got there and they said they haven't even started our order we had to still wait there for 1 1/2 hours In the store for our food!! Other customers was getting wrong items and a lot of people walked out!! All the workers in the kitchen had no gloves on touching the food and didn't have their hair up and one woman looked drunk!! I feel horrible for the employees because they had a dude order a huge last minute cater order. Bro had close to 9 bags of food and a nasty attitude. Employees did their best to get everything out but i know how the system works , they could really only see his order because it was so big it hid the others. Friendliest Wingstop we've encountered. We even called ahead to ask a question and they were helpful on the phone as well as in person.

Food was amazing, their service was also incredible, even though they just opened. They were understanding and helped me with my order. They keep the store clean and organized as well! Definitely recommend and would come again! read more

Walked into the restaurant to place my order, and the female cashier asked what I wanted. After I said my order while she was talking to another employee, she got annoyed and told me to repeat my order as if she had not asked me for it prior. She told me and my boyfriend that it would be a 30-minute wait. We came back about 30 minutes later, and our order was still not ready. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes for our order in the restaurant. While we were waiting, employees were arguing at the front of the store and serving themselves. Additionally, the restaurant was extremely dirty, and I witnessed several employees eating in the kitchen without changing utensils and gloves between orders, which is a violation of hygiene standards. The food was under-portioned and lacking in seasoning. The floor and counters were sticky, as well as the drink machines, which were out of most of the drinks.
