I've driven past here a million times and finally went after hubs was also having a janky body moment. Everyone here is legitimately so welcoming and personable. Super easy to make an appointment with Ari at the front desk. She also gave a tour and rundown of the office to me. I was super surprised with the amount of additional therapies regularly available for patients. Katherine did my initial intake exam and explained everything so thoroughly and made the information very accessible. Dr. Hailey is very knowledgeable and definitely puts me at ease each time I visit and think something else is cracking or popping where it's not supposed to. After such great care in 2024 for plantar fasciitis, there was no hesitation as to where to get the best PT. I returned in February with a frozen shoulder and could not have been in better care. I did go down the on-line search rabbit-hole and knew that this was going to be a long process and that can feel extremely defeating. With the inability to reach and the pain with movement, I appreciated that after a detailed overview in the initial visit, it was recognized that a big focus needed to be for me to be able to sleep through the night. As a side sleeper, I already had a month of not being able to sleep in my bed but on a couch forcing me on my back. This certainly wasn't a fast process, but we got there! Slowly I was able to do more of the things that I couldn't and had taken for granted. I can't thank Travis and Erin enough for consulting with me when I needed to decide whether to do surgery (as was suggested by my orthopedic doctor whom I had seen at a 5 week follow-up) or to continue with just PT. Their knowledge and guidance kept me on the right track. By the time I was discharged, I was not 100% but close enough that I knew that I had gained the knowledge needed to continue on my own. They also made sure to email me the most current list of stretches to work on at home. I miss the friendly 'hellos' that I would get when entering the facility and the chatting to get to know the folks who helped me. Thank you Travis, Erin, Sean and Jana! And thank you Katie for working with my insurance when we went through the glitches. All of you continue to shine like the superstars that you are!

Long review - but worth the read if you are looking for the best PT team…read more Sports & Ortho Sauganash is amazing! My Background: Having had 2 full knee replacements and now a hip, all at a "younger age", I have plenty of PT experience with most of the major players. Sports & Ortho - Sauganash team is a standout. Location: For me it is very accessible, nearby, street level and easy parking. It is a small location but it has all the equipment needed. Appointments and scheduling: They have both onsite staff and remote staff who support all Sports & Ortho locations and they respond extremely quickly, both to/through voice and email/website contacts. It was simple and quick to get an appointment and schedule my PT (3x per week). Hours of operation seemed odd on the website but IRL actually work well. I have never had a problem getting an appointment within my schedule. The Team: Assume this is the culture all over, but certainly the Sauganash team - therapists and the floor tech here are all extremely nice and well trained in their work. They know each and every patient by name and greet them coming/going and perhaps more importantly all of them have "eyes on" all patients regardless of whether it is their own and know any special needs, issues, things they should or shouldn't be doing or experiencing etc. They also understand how to work with /what works for you much quicker, and can customize and adjust your/my therapy sessions to provider faster and most effective progress. Everyone pitches in, the therapist talk to the patients, (not each other - unless they are collaborating about a patient). The PT/PA spends a solid 45 minutes with patients "hands-on", full attention, each and every session. I have worked with all of the PT/PAs (Travis, Erin, Deanna and even their intern Michael), every one of them is outstanding. Cam is the only floor tech I have worked with - he is a natural, very helpful, attentive and kind. In summary I can't recommend them highly enough - if there were more stars to award I would.

Really horrible experience here…read more I have stage 4 kidney cancer that has spread to my lungs, and I made an appointment here based on the reviews of their practitioners, who I heard were great. I hit my out of pocket max for insurance, and I have 20 more acupuncture sessions fully covered by insurance for the rest of the year. They are in network and covered. They sent over written intake information, none of which said that there would be extra fees. However when I went in, they wanted to put my credit card on file and to charge me an extra $80 "office fee" to do an initial intake. I said look, I've got a ton of extra expenses as a parent with stage 4 cancer. I even had my 10 year old sitting with me patiently waiting. I don't expect preferential treatment; i said look we can book 20 sessions now that you can bill to my insurance and you can waive the fee, or I can leave. They ended up telling me that the insurance company wouldnt allow them to waive the fees. That's a hot lie right there. And people need to be aware that this place is lying to cancer patients and trying to bill extra fees that aren't included. That's not healthcare, that's an exploitative business practice

From day 1 we have truly enjoyed our experience here. Dr. Whitney, Tyana, & Frances are all so professional and friendly which makes for such a welcoming environment! My husband's and my back pain went away with consistent visits. I was treated after a car accident & never felt terrible pain because Dr. Whitney got to work right away. She also adjusted me during my entire pregnancy (1st pregnancy) which I personally felt was such an easy, seamless, pain-free pregnancy in large part to my regular adjustments. Dr. Whitney referred us to a doula group & midwifery group, I'm so thankful because my previous doctor's office was not cutting it for me once I got pregnant. I had an amazing experience with the midwives she recommended! Our daughter is now 5 months and has been a patient since about 10 days old. Dr. Whitney helped to identify a tongue tie & referred us to a pediatric dentist (which was also a great experience). We have never had any latching issues (she referred me to 2 lactation consultants which were great), baby sleeps well, has good digestion, etc. I feel that our entire family's immune systems are in such great shape due to our chiropractic care..... to summarize, Dr. Whitney has helped us CONTINUOUSLY in more ways than one with taking care of our own health and providing us referrals to other specialists so that we can receive similar care outside of her scope.
