Not typically one to write reviews but their event production is simply top tier. I have had such a great experience at the 2 we've taken part in and can't wait for more. read more

Participated in their Miami Swim Week event last month and had a wonderful experience. I was approached by another event producer and was originally torn, but after seeing the ROI, really glad that I chose CLD PR. read more

Had to take a 2 month sabbatical and left PR strategy for my brand entirely in CLD PR's hands. What a gift to be able to have that kind of trust. 5 stars overall, but would give them 5 stars based on trust alone read more

A great camaraderie amongst the co-workers, not much to complain about in terms of the work environment. Sometimes things are communicated last-minute amongst different departments, so anyone looking to work here must definitely be flexible with the ability to adapt quickly. read more

just finished my 4th month as an intern here and CLD sent me to work with them at the Windsor Stagecoach event in Indio, an experience I will never forget!! It was a lot of long, hard days in the desert sun but that boots on the ground experience is invaluable to me and I am so grateful to all of the experiences I've had here!! read more

Partnered with CLD PR for a few different events and has always been a pleasure. Great people to work with and really know how to get the good word out to help out other businesses. Looking forward to the next one! read more

We've worked with many NYC and LA agencies in the past, but the attention to detail, and the results for digital and traditional media coverage from CLD PR was worth their weight in gold. read more

From my very first meeting with Zara and Michelle, it was clear I was in the hands of  true professionals--a group with not only a deep understanding of the fashion industry but also the media climate, an impressive rolodex, and the hunger to make a brand stand out. read more

CLD PR's expertise, dedication, and creativity has been a key element when it comes to elevating our brand. I blindly reached out for services, ultimately decided to partner with them, and have had zero regrets since. read more

Big props to the servicing team here. I've never been with an agency that send me every single placement in real time. Love the work they do here read more

Quite the investment but well worth it! Can't give enough kudos to this team but especially the girls on the Influencer Team for hitting 90% of my targets and working so hard on the 10% that just wouldn't budge on an organic partnership. read more

So grateful to CLD PR for letting me intern all the way from central CA. It does limit my ability to get involved with the LA teams, but working with the media and events teams remotely has been so much fun. They are always willing to answer my questions and I can tell they trust me to do meaningful work. read more

I am a designer they conned into their service. They ended up stealing my life's work and selling it off cheap at their sample sale. I did everything I could to get my dear pieces returned and at every turn was lied to and tricked. Dangerous thieves. read more

Do not work here!!! Do not intern here, with this being an unpaid internship you would think they would treat their workers with a little more respect. But no, they are incredibly unprofessional, ungrateful, and snobby. They literally hire 200 interns to do free labor and they expect you to be there 8 hours a day for no reward. The staff are rude expect for a few. Overall bad experience. Do not even waste your time applying. Only good part was meeting my other interns. read more

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PR ANYTHING!!! They are a fraud and will fuck you over just to take your money! Specifically watch out for Michelle.. WORST customer service I have ever received! If you use them I promise you will regret it and never see your money or PR services like they promised! Sad people like this are aloud to provide a "service" to anyone! So rude, so unprofessional and do NOT care about there customers! DON'T SAY I HAVEN'T WARNED YOU! read more

If I could give them no stars I would most certainly do it in a heartbeat. First off let me just say t they could have gotten me fired from my current work and that is so not cool on any level! I will definitely not be referring any of my clients or future clients to them...matter of fact I will deter clients from going to them. They are unprofessional and not equip to service nor be respectful of my clients needs and time. Kelsey and Sade, Catherine, Briana are not as professional as they seem, I spoke with Kelsey to schedule my styling session for (2) with them for the next day we set it in stone and at 11:00pm Kelsey shot me an email pretty much lying to me about why they all of a sudden had to cancel on me with no real reason! Mind you I booked the style session before 4pm! that day. This left me rather disappointed and with the clients and crew scheduling I had to relay this cancellation to my counterparts only to look unprepared, silly and unprofessional. These people have their head so far up their asses it's ridiculous. Not only did they cancel they couldn't even make the 10am time appointment that I scheduled for Fucking liars! they wanted to set something up for later like we have time for that!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER IN A MILLION FUCKING YEARS will I ever give this place props or business. Instead of CHIC LITTLE DEVIL STYLEHOUSE It should be called House of liars and devils. Weak ass establishment and fake girls who think they are the shit and they aren't. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO not WORK WITH THEM AT ALL COST. I had looked at the review previously posted, and then their Instagram not believing what was reviewed or written was true. Like very true. Here's a summary: 1. Poor management and communication straight-up lying and avoiding issues. 2. No updates on work progress other than invoice and payment collection, much like a scam or a fraud that you have contractually signed up to SCAM FOR MONEY 3. All you will be doing is paying them, with no results of which they promised by lying to all clients. SCAM FOR MONEY 4. Fight clients with contracts and threatens clients to stay as well as writing bad of all clients through other social media and PR, trying to destroy their reputation. 5. CEO is terrible since all of this is actually directly by Michelle herself. 6. All you get is a ledger of what they "did" with zero evidence (pretty much has a list of names of the celebrity + images of your product). Yea, that is it nothing more, something anyone off the streets could have done. I have dealt with Michelle directly, she's terrible pretty much evil, pushing and bullying clients. 7. ZERO results for the entire year as suggested by everyone else here. 8. Charges shipping at high rates and did not get consent for such service, also unable to provide tracking. ALSO SCAM FOR MONEY 9, Stay away at all costs. Didn't realized even employees did not like the environment. How would the client? 10. Their Instagram is fake. nothing there is real, period. read more

Bottom line--if you seek high-end designers at low costs, then get yourself to this sample sale. The next one is in December 2015. Come in comfortable shoes and a leotard or camisole with leggings, so you can try clothes on over light-weight garments. There are no changing rooms, and there's no dropping of trou allowed. Be patient and go through as many racks, shoes, handbags and pieces of costume jewelry as you can because there are plenty of hits, but as always at any sample sale, there are plenty of misses. Be sure to try on before you buy. Be sure to check for stains and wear and tear. Also, there is a mix of European, Australian and US sizes, so check the size labels carefully. The list of designer brands at this sale is like a red carpet designer role call at the Grammys or Emmys. Designer brands represented at the June 2015 sale include: Cynthia Vincent , Black Halo, Elizabeth & James, Alice Temperley, Rory Becca, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Manoush (love this French brand) , Robert Rodriguez, WISH, & Giambattista Valli to name just a few. I spent $200 at this sale and easily got over $1,400 worth of designer apparel ( if I had paid retail). One of the dress I bought retailed for $1,000 and I paid $100.00 for it. That's how good the sale is. The CLD staff working the sale were super friendly and even offered water while i shopped (as in got a little warm in the Bendix Building.) The staff even tried to help me find things in my size--which is unheard of at a sample sale--usually , it's every woman for themselves and there is NO customer service. The only reason I gave my review 4 stars instead of 5 is the venue. The Bendix Building space is a little past it's prime and there is a warehouse feel to this space that is undeniable. BUT, just expect the sale to be no frills shopping and a treasure hunt for top designers, and you won't be disappointed. Why shop H&M or Forever 21 when you can get better quality at this sale for about the same prices as the fast fashion retailers are charging. This sale should be on every savvy Los Angeles shopper's ( and OC too) pick list! read more

Killer place. Killer ladies. Killer view. Killer hood. If you need to rent/buy anything from Joe's Fabric Barn to Alexander McQueen, then this is your place. Seriously, do yourself a favor and come on up to the 11th floor and have a look around. You won't be disappointed. read more

Chic Little Devil - Public Relations Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Our company hired CLD PR to promote our brand, which already has a serious media footprint. Oddly they all act like they are doing "big stuff", when you inquire they have nothing to show and nothing ever materializes. They are quick to grab your money and deliver zero. Stay well clear of these guys, they may have clothes and stylists but as publicists, they are Charlatans. read more

Attended their sample sale today! Great deals and even greater employees. Everyone working today went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were getting the best deals/experience possible. They made me feel like I had been shopping their for years and had built a loyal customer relationship with them within just a few minutes. Nothing like a better than black Friday sale in the middle of the summer. I will be recommending CLD to all of my friends in the future and I Can.Not.Wait. for t read more

If I could give CLD no stars I would do that in a heart beat. We hired them last year to service our brand and they delivered zero results and were absolutely horrible to work with. They have the typical "PR" high pitched voices claiming to be working so hard "behind the scenes" and don't deliver anything. Their business reps who try and secure the accounts and contracts talk a big game of how amazing they are and how much they will deliver but they don't even communicate on a weekly basis, you won't know anything going on with your account but you will see the monthly fees come out on time. STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT HIRE THEM! read more

The best in the biz for PR, marketing and celebrity. They produced and event for me, it was exemplar.

BEWARE!!!!!! This place is a SCAM. They send you a proposal saying they are wanting to fill an area of "fill in the blank here, contemporary, denim, etc." and are willing to give you a deal. They then fall off the face of the earth and only come knocking when they want to be paid. All false promises of great placements and all of their connections. We've talked to stylists after signing with them and ALL of them have said they will not step foot in there because Michelle is crazy and will fraudulently charge their credit cards and say they steal pieces when they don't. She doesn't even work with most of the brands she says she does. She purchases the pieces herself! She had her ebay account shut down because she was so fraudulent. If you don't pay her because she's not fulfilling her end of the contract she will sell your samples. Beware!!!! If you don't believe me here are some other reports: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/chic-little-devil read more

It's known as the largest style house in LA for a reason, they have the most amazing designers in town! I've had experience working with CLD in the past with their PR department and they go above and beyond for their clients. Whatever you might need, they will be there. But this is what drove me to leave a post -- Yesterday I needed boots and literally NO other PR firm answered my email, and they ran to FedEx right at the cutoff time and got me what I needed via overnight express on their own dime. If you want a team who are results driven and hard working, you'll want CLD as part of your team or as one of your go-to's. read more
