When we started our business, a construction company, we were very eager to get our name out and have people know our name and hire us for remodeling services. Of course, we aren't marketing specialists, we're builders but we very much so wanted our business to be found by a greater audience. We were referred to Eileen from another client of hers who was thrilled with the results of her services. When we met with Eileen she spent a lot of time getting to know us, our goals and coming up with ideas that would specifically benefit a business like ours. While she was far away from where we are located (in Lake Arrowhead, CA), it always seemed as though she was right there - on top of everything from the get-go and always updating us on the new branding and marketing strategies she had implemented. Eileen is a true professional in every way. She stayed within our budget and really used every dollar in the most effective way possible - she knows how to get the biggest bang for every buck spent. She kept us constantly informed, updated and the results really showed! We took a leap of faith with an investment in marketing and PR services and we're so happy we did with Eileen. If not for her, we'd probably just have our old fashioned listing in the Yellow Pages! She really brought us into the modern world of how consumers find businesses, and ours really has an amazing presence now in our area, and for that we couldn't be more grateful for Eileen and her team. read more

This morning I just renewed my contract with Eileen for the 3rd time, so I figured I'd take a look on here as I really want others out there to know just how happy I am with all the work she and her team have put into me. I'm a designer in the fashion world and as we all know, there are tons of people in my profession. When I met Eileen, who is always so full of charisma and charm, I was literally unknown to the world...just starting out. She was honest with me from the start saying it may take a lot of time to see results. I thought of leaving those first few months, seriously! Writing that monthly check took guts, but I believed in Eileen Koch & Company and stuck with them. One day, in a relatively short amount of time when I truly think back, it started to hit. I began receiving editorials in fashion magazines, including ELLE, Glamour and Teen Vogue, and I was seeing my clothing on celebrities. Yes, it's true I've been working on this for quite some time, but I have to thank Eileen and her team's work ethic for helping me on this crazy journey. They have been nothing short of honest, sincere and dedicated and I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a PR firm. In fact a couple of my friends who are in the music business have hired Eileen and they too are very pleased. read more

I have worked with Eileen Koch & Company 10+ years now, and if it wasn't for her and her team, I wouldn't be where I am now as a Multimedia Creative Designer. Through her perseverance and always looking out for her clients (me!) It's refreshing to always know that professionally someone has my back. Great in communicating and educating my needs in the process, and listening to my needs moving forward; it honestly lets me sleep at night that I can depend on her. Comprehension of the multitude of Industries in the design and entertainment world has really opened my eyes in understanding what I need to do, and what even my future clients need to expect. There's so much I didn't know until I started working with Eileen. I've referred Eileen to a lot of my clients looking for PR, and she has always come through with favors; not many people, let alone a PR company, over extend and do more than they should. This is a PR company I am happy to have been working with, and will always be with. I wouldn't settle for anything less as my needs have been met and expanded into ever changing horizons. I highly Recommend Eileen Koch & Company. read more

I have worked with Eileen Koch & Company for a few years now and could not be happier! Before finding Eileen Koch and Company, I bounced around to a few Public Relation firms in and was never satisfied. Eileen and her team have been extremely helpful in helping me mold and improve my public relation, marketing and branding strategies. While I was at other firms I felt like they never had time for me and didn't care about my success but rather the paycheck they received. I am so relieved that while working with Eileen and her team I feel the exact opposite. They are always there when I want to talk on the phone or via email. I can actually sense that they care about what was going on with me professionally and personally and want me to succeed. Hiring a PR firm can be a little scary (as with everything involving money) because you could not see immediate results but with such an outstanding team led by Eileen I am never worried that my money is going to help me see results and elevate my brand to the next level. read more

It's coming up on 4 years that I have been with Eileen Koch for PR and I'm very happy. A good friend of mine told me I needed to hire a publicist and referred me to her. I thought to myself, PR? Why would I need PR? I run a computer/internet based service. It never occurred to me that this may be a necessity for my type of business. I decided to give it a shot. According to EKC, the firm has been around since 1990 and they have a wide range of clients, including entertainment, fashion, business etc., and that variety helped me expand my portfolio as well. Hiring a publicist has been a wise decision, as we have done quite well over the past few years and built our brand with EKC's help. EKC is very professional and Eileen's accessibility and knowledge is top notch. I can call her up or drop by her office at anytime to discuss how things are moving along and get personal attention. If you are in the market for a PR firm give Eileen Koch & Company a call. read more

Eileen Koch & Company is great at marketing and branding. I originally hired Eileen and her staff to help me get a beauty product launched. I came to them very early on when I was just developing an idea and they recommended a branding and marketing campaign instead of PR, at first. Eileen immediately brought in her design team and they came up with an affordable, beautiful logo, something I never could have imagined myself, but it works so perfectly for my image. Since that day last year, Eileen Koch & Company helped me build an amazing website and came up with a fascinating branding campaign. My product went from an idea in my head, to an actual real tangible thing that is becoming quite successful. They also have helped me get the product into stores in LA and NYC, where I lived for awhile. I'm so glad I went with this firm. They are a very warm and inviting bunch and I'm pleased. read more

I've been working with EKC PR for 3 years now, owner Eileen Koch and her lovey daughter Joey Lauren Koch. This company was instrumental for my launch and success in representing my goals. What I found extremely engaging about Eileen and Joey, was their warmth, professionalism and dedication to me personally as a client. Their list of accomplishments is what attracted me to their firm. Additionally, what was also extremely refreshing was their personal approach and family like atmosphere. Which is not necessarily typical of all PR firms. I would recommend EKC PR to anyone that is seeking a marketing strategy and effective advice about how to ascertain exposure in whatever medium and genre your in. I consider them like family to me. read more

I highly recommend Eileen and her amazing staff for all things PR. A client of mine recently launched a new restaurant and wanted to make the Grand Opening a big splash. I suggested he hire Eileen for the PR end of things. Eileen and her staff wrote and distributed a fantastic press release and worked on the Social media aspect of the Grand Opening. The opening was a HUGE success and the client was thrilled with the results. Many of the people who came to the opening are now regular customers and the restaurant has a 20-30 minute wait to get a table. My client is ecstatic with Eileen's work. read more

I highly recommend Eileen and her team. They jumped into our press event two and half weeks prior to launch date. They worked with enthusiasm, passion and a sense of fun! I have been an EKC client since 2007. Without their support, I know I could not have nearly accomplished what I have in the last 10+ years. If you are willing to be patient and allow the EKC team to strategically position your business or yourself, the possibilities are limitless. I fully recommend EKC without reservation. read more
