Updates only occurred when we called his office. He said he got interest for interviews with the Today Show, CBS and Inside Edition - never happened. Mr. Wright told us he had an interview lined up for us to come to NY and appear on Fox and Friends morning show - never happened. Kept us hanging on with promises on which he did not deliver. Towards the end of three months he stopped taking our phone calls. When asked to refund just half of what we paid nothing showed up. Unreliable service and no follow-through!
