Very professional and informative..

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

I needed to do a flyer printing and distribution. Initially I was going to do only 1500 pieces, but…read moreAlberto from LA Flyer said that their minimum is 2500 and I was ok with that. I sent them my pdf file and they agreed to add a bleed to it for printing purposes. After they sent me the file to confirm, the color was a little bit different from the original. It wasn't a big deal, but I was wondering if we could maintain the lighter color. Alberto called me and suggested to go and talk with his partner/employee Charlie to see the flyer in person, discuss any details and make sure I'm happy with the outcome. Charlie was only available for a certain time and since I wanted to move on with printing the flyers and getting them done asap, I moved some things around in my schedule in order to drive to their office in Northridge. It took me over 2 hours to drive and talk with Charlie. The flyer looked better in person than it looked in the file they sent me over the email and after explaining that the color can't get lighter, I decided to go with their version of the flyer. I confirmed my decision in the email later on that day and was expecting to receive an invoice to move forward. But I received no reply. I sent another email - still no reply. Thinking that they don't check their emails that often, i sent a message to Alberto's phone number. Still nothing. After 5 days of them ignoring me, I sent another email and got a short reply that they won't be able to help me (attached). I sent a followed up email asking for a reason and of course there is no reply to that either. I was very polite and friendly during all our interactions and I'm very confused at why they kept going with all the conversations, made me drive to their office and after I agreed to their services, they sent me short reply with no explanation, apology or any sense. One reason I might think of is they didn't want to bother with small order of 2500 pieces since during our short phone conversation with Alberto he mentioned that "it's kinda of a small job for us". but then just don't say you accept those orders and don't waste people's time. Very unreliable company that I can't recommend to anyone.

Worse, I felt that my old website's failings were probably costing me business (and this feeling was supported by unacceptably high bounce rates and drop off rates as reported by my Analytics tracking!) So, after years of struggling to manage my company website by myself, I decided that it was time for a serious upgrade. It was time to hire a web pro! Charles Creative was my first choice. Having worked with Jeff before, I knew that he was a talented web development professional. His skill set combines an in-depth working knowledge of the Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) development stack with a keen eye for design and function. He completed the project on time and on budget, and met all of my ever-changing requirements. Jeff's responsiveness and communication throughout the project was incredible, and his experience as an entrepreneur, marketer, and business consultant made him invaluable. If you're looking for a high-end, professional website, give him a call!

He came in and was super professional, did the work and followed up to make sure I was ok with inputting some of the info that I had insisted I would enter myself....but of course I was failing miserably and he guided me through it and came in again to sort things out for us. We are all very happy with the outcome of the site and with Jeff's support. Just to prove this is a real post, our website is www.atelierarchitects.net .....Thanks again Jeff for everything!!
