    Pepperoni & jalapeño pizza
    Jessy M.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it usually never disappoints. My go-to items to order are their pizza, wings, and potato wedges. They also offer pastas, salads, and so much more! Let's start with the pizza. I always order the same two toppings on my pizza almost everywhere I go: pepperoni and jalapeños. This restaurant also has a "spicy" option that you can add to their pizzas. The pizza sauce has a small kick when you order it this way. The crust is always crispy and well-baked, and the sauce is usually tangy and flavorful. The cheese is always gooey and tasty! Pizza is a must-order item at this restaurant, in my opinion. Next up are the wings. I always order my wings well done at these types of restaurants. The wings always come out well-cooked, with a crispy exterior. The buffalo sauce is tangy and gives the wings a nice kick. Their wings are the perfect sidekick to their pizza. Last but not least, the potato wedges. The wedges are crispy on the outside, with a soft and fluffy interior, a good balance of texture. They have a savory, garlicky flavor, and the seasoning complements the potatoes well. In terms of portion size, these wedges are pretty big! Pro Tip: Order a side of buffalo sauce to dip these wedges in. You can thank me later! As for the service, the staff here is usually very friendly and attentive. They have excellent knowledge of their menu, which helps a lot when trying to order something for the first time. The ambiance is casual and laid-back. It's a good environment for those who don't want anything too fancy, just a friendly place to enjoy pizza with family or friends. This restaurant is a solid choice for pizza, wings, and other comfort foods in a casual, family-friendly environment. If you're looking for something quick and tasty and appreciate a nostalgic vibe, this is the perfect place to visit! Ratings: Pizza - 5/5 Wings - 5/5 Potato Wedges - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5

I've been coming here for years with my family and it's never disappoints. It was super empty during lunch time on a Saturday but the food was all fresh and amazing! We started off with their sourdough rolls and butter, always hot and fresh. We also got an anti pasto salad, and pepperoni pizza. The salad is fresh and filled to top with veggies and mozzarella cheese, also comes with a generous side of Italian dressing and ranch. The pepperoni pizza was yummy as well, next time I will ask for it to be cooked a bit crispier. The kids pizza also came with a side of house made potato chips, I had no idea they even made these here. They were cooked kettle style. Overall this place is super family friendly, affordable and delicious! The service is also great, all the servers are super friendly. I will never stop bringing my family here to eat.

I was starving and forgot to take a picture of the whole pizza. Partial individual cheese pizza.

Chi chi's is known for their pizza and homemade pasta. When I'm in the mood for a really cheesy pizza this is where I typically will go. If you're looking for NY style pizza this is not the place for that. They also make really tasty fried chicken! Their menu has a good selection of salads, sandwiches, pastas, wings, desserts and they also offer gluten free options. Service has always been good. Gets very loud when they are busy. Casual family dining. Parking can be challenging at times since the Tesla charging stations were installed.

Hands down my favorite go to spot for Italian food. Brought my mom here for her birthday. We ordered our favorite antipasto salad, hands-down one of the best. I love the cheese they use! We also ordered the northern platter along with their delicious potatoes wedges and of course you can't forget the fried chicken wings. You can't forget to ask for their complementary bread. Anything you order here is very very good. The waitress was very attentive. At the end she brought my mom some ice cream and sang her happy Birthday. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

This is one of my dad's favorite places to eat for past 15 years or more, so it has a lot of memories for me. This particular location is pretty busy on Friday night. Their pizza is delicious and actually one of my favorite things to add to my order is their garden salad with Italian dressing. They nail the marinara sauce perfectly so you MUST order a big side of it. My dad loves their juicy meatballs and orders it as an appetizer before pizza comes. They even make their pasta from scratch! My dad came here from Italy when he was a teenager so for him to love the food here, that says something. They stay consistent. I'm not saying it's authentic Italian, but it's pretty darn good Italian-American. Our waitress handled a table of 10 of us with ease and a smile and we really appreciated her. Would be 5 stars but the decor is outdated, chairs look beat up, and it seriously needs a good cleanup and re haul. But...I'll always come back here with my dad and siblings.

People always speak highly of this places especially this location. Dined here today and it was a good experience. The service was great (Hailey was our waitress and she was very nice and friendly). The place was not crowded at all and we were seated right away (Saturday afternoon). We ordered pizza and a salad. The food was average nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad either. Also, I did not try any of the other menus items (pasta, wings, etc). They do have a full bar as well and for lunch specials. Next time I plan on trying other menu options.

Had lunch here today and it was so good. The pizza and sourdough rolls are the best. And the antipasto salad never disappoints!

Came here for a birthday celebration with a group of 10 (we made a reservation ahead of time) on a Saturday night. The vibe really felt like stepping into a restaurant in Italy with all the plants and decor, giving it that cozy, authentic feel. There's a lot of seating, and they have space for big and small groups, plus a bar area closer to the waiting area. Service was great--our server was super friendly and hyped up our group since we were celebrating a birthday. The wait for food was almost an hour, but we were a big group, so understandable. They brought out the wings first, then the pizza, then the pasta. By the time the pasta came, we were already so full! Food-wise, portions are generous. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy, rich, and easily shareable between 2-3 people. The Golden Pressure Fried Chicken was crispy and came with salad, potatoes, and a roll. Wings were crispy and juicy--we tried both the Buffalo and Golden Wings. The pizza (Chi-Chi's Choice) was solid, and just one slice was filling. For a group of 10, 1-2 pizzas, 1-2 pastas, and 1-2 orders of wings would've been more than enough. Parking is public in a shared plaza, so there were still plenty of parking. Overall, it's a solid spot for a casual, family-style meal with plenty of good options to share, plus a great spot for groups and big appetites!

The baked rigatoni was perfectly al dente with creamy ricotta, but the lasagna was the absolute star--rich, cheesy, and exactly how I like it. Seating inside is cozy with a calm ambiance as well. Very peaceful and calm, no crazy loud music. It's also an incredible value; our meal was only $26 when we split the check ! We've been back a few times, and everything we've tried has been solid. The lasagna combo is definitely worth it: it comes with garlic bread and a salad. For about $13, it's plenty to feed you and even a small child if you don't feel like cooking dinner. The only drawback for me is the garlic bread....It's hit or miss, and I'm not a fan of the sesame seeds on the bun. It just doesn't fit the Italian vibe of the meals. We also tried the veggie pizza topped with fried chicken, and surprisingly, it was really good. The Alfredo pasta was tasty, but on the day we ordered it the sauce was way too runny. Alfredo should have a little thickness, but this was so thin it felt like eating pho instead. A little more Parmesan or thickening would've taken it up a notch. My partner ordered the pastrami sandwich, which was delicious flavor-wise but very skimpy on the meat. For almost $13, it should be loaded, but this one barely covered half the bread. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend the pastrami, it's not worth the price. What keeps us coming back, though, is the friendly staff. They always try to accommodate requests like extra sauce or peppers, and that kind of customer service goes a long way. The restaurant is also clean, which is a plus. Aside from the sesame seed bread, the disappointing pastrami, and the one-off Alfredo mishap, LA Lasagna is a great casual spot. Their lasagna and pasta dishes alone make it worth a visit.

The menu was on laminated paper which must be a few years old and felt disgusting to touch. I started with hot tea and it was served in a metal cup. I wish they served it in a nice ceramic container for customer's enjoyment. For lunch, we ordered chicken chow mein and their pork and crab dumpling (like a xiao long bao). The chicken chow mein had a boatload of cabbage and probably 10 strips of chow mein noodles. It should have been called cabbage noodles (lol). The pork and crab dumplings would have been a hit, but the dumpling shell had a "soapy" smell. The meat inside was soft and tasted good, but I couldn't get over the smell of the shell. We would have also wanted to try seaweed salad, but it was unavailable on this day. The parking at Northern Cafe is plenty. The staff is also courteous. But given the state of the food and overall feel, I give it only two stars. Truthfully, you can find better Chinese food close by this area. There's Maru Ramen on Reseda and Nordhoff, or Silverlake Ramen on Rinaldi. And no, I don't work for either of those places. All of this feedback is based on customer experience.
