This morning (Thurs), they call and...you guessed it, had to cancel my spot. Turns out that therapist "wasn't going to be able to make it in today". Cool - you know, I had moved some work appointments around so I could actually get the massage this week, but that doesn't matter. When you cancel the membership, you only have like 30 (or 60?) days to use any accrued credits. But I have no faith I'd be able to use what I have in that window given how shoddy they are at keeping appointments. So I will be desperately trying to burn through my credits so I can just get out of the whole thing. What was supposed to be my monthly relaxation self-love has turned into a stress-inducing ordeal.
