Nina is amazing! I found her on a whim because she was near my office and kindly able to accommodate a last-minute appointment (which is definitely not always the case as she books up quickly) but I will continue to see her! I had an eyebrow design/shape and a Brazilian. I had previously gone to another studio and was unhappy with the results, and Nina immediately started off by asking about my skin type, aesthetic preference, and then examined my skin. She absolutely puts a lot of care and time into her work, and tailors each client's experience to their needs. In terms of pain levels, this was one of the easiest waxes I've ever had! I'm not super well-versed on the different types, but I had minimal breakage and minimal pain. She's also a complete perfectionist and will take the extra time to clean up stray hairs and make sure you leave feeling great. My eyebrows looked amazing and I loved that we came up with a "plan" to get them to where I'd like them to be (growing them out more). She does a beautiful job giving you a super natural, but polished look. Finally, Nina is SO sweet and so much fun to chat with - I always feel like I'm catching up with a friend when I see her. I've been going to Nina for what feels like forever! She was the first one I ever went to for a Brazilian and I've been going to her ever since! I kept getting ingrown hairs and she gave me a bikini facial and this amazing product that I put on every day after I shower and voila! No more ingrowns!! I have been seeing Nina for almost 2 years now. Every time I see her for a wax she's efficient, quick, and they are pretty much pain free! Beyond that, she is an incredibly sweet person and always extremely professional. Whenever I have a problem with ingrown hairs she not only takes care of it, but she switches up my products and regimen and it works every time. She has such extensive knowledge and is very detail oriented about what she is doing. To top it all off you can always sense passion for what she is doing and that is genuinely happy and enjoys the presence of her clients. She makes the whole process quick & virtually painless - which is exactly what every Brazilian should be. FINALLY!!! I found Nina. The pictures of her work are real and don't do justice to the kind of work she does. WOW!! Where do I begin, I was referred to her by a friend. I'm not going to lie I was extremely nervous for many reasons I mean it's not easy to just get a Brazilian wax by anyone and it took me YEARS! to get the courage to do it because who wants to go through pain and who wants to be exposed to someone you really don't know right ? but from that first phone to when I got there on the appointment day Nina was incredible! Over the phone she was very patient with all my questions (and trust me I had a million questions) and once I meet her it was as if I've known her for years. She was very kind, her demeanor was great with a great sense of humor and when she began with the service I never felt uncomfortable at all. I mean I even thought that it was going to be really painful and to my surprise it wasn't so bad (just a few spots were painful) but she was very gentle and took her time (which I can appreciate since you really can't rush this kind of service) and she made sure she removed absolutely everything (I mean EVERYTHING)!!!. I truly love it and I'm glad I waited as long as I did because Nina was worth it :o) I've already scheduled my next appointment for a Brazilian and for eyebrows (she has the best eyebrows) and I can honestly tell you that if you were looking for a person or place to go to Nina is your girl, she's GREAT!!!!
