It was the perfect day for a visit. Great bar with a theme specific bar and very capable bartenders. Don't forget to take your picture with Jaws.

I don't know if I would consider this bar "hidden," but it definitely doesn't take more than five minutes to get a mixed drink here. This is our go-to place whenever we visit Universal. Drinks are strong and affordable. They come in big cups too! The bar is limited, but it's an easy place to get your drink fix. During holidays (like Mardi Gra and Christmas), they have seasonal drinks. What makes this place unique is that it's located in the same area where Jaws used to be. They still have Jaws hanging upside down where you can get your photo taken. The bar also has specialty Jaw drinks that can only be served here.

***PRO TIP*** If you order the Shark Attack... you get a show!!! The bar is just a walk up joint in "San Francisco" and is all that is left if the original Jaws ride.

Walked up for some drinks. Decided on the Escape and the Ocean Attack. Cocktails are a little pricey but they are tastey and the liquor is proportioned right. There is some outdoor bench seating with umbrellas. Chill place to stop and take a break.

Came here on my last visit to Universal. Ordered the Ocean Attack. The bartender does a little show for you when adding the last ingredient. It's hilarious. The only downside is the price of the drinks. It was like $25 for 2 drinks. The drinks were decent though.

Had a great bartender, Ashleigh! It was storming outside and everything was closing down, but she had a great attitude! I loved the shark attack drink (rum!) And would go back again. Don't forget to say hey to Bruce.

Nice little hidden gem bar that also offers a small selection of food items like nachos. This bar is located right by where the big Great White Shark hangs for photo opportunities and as you sit and enjoy your cocktail and/or snack you will be surprised to see just how many people still take pics with the shark. This bar has a selection of beer, wine and liquor....I personally like to take a break from the heat and crowds here and enjoy a double vodka with club soda & a lime for some refreshment and relaxation. Price point is definitely too expensive but all theme parks are so do not order alchohol without expecting this. One double vodka club soda and one Jameson and Gingerale for my boyfriend and I was around $34 before tip.

Ordered the margarita flat bread. I can say it was pretty average and small for a $13 small pie and when I mean small, it's equivalent to a slice of pizza from a normal pie. We also ordered a bud light and wanted to keep our bottle for souvenir but the cashier threw out our cap and wouldn't let us bring it home as it was a policy in the park. Reason I gave this place a 4 star is because of the nice location by the water.

Great little bar near the water next to The Jaws picture area. Open seating for bigger groups and bar seating. FYI you don't have to get in line just walk up to the bar and tell them what you want. They also serve food here but it does take a while because they have a tiny kitchen in the back. We didn't order any food but it did smell really good . They have a great variety of signature drinks here, if you order the Ocean attack the bar tender does a cute performance when adding the grenadine lol loved it . They also have a good variety of can drinks 12-16 oz and if none of that sounds good they also have a full bar and you can order any drink your heart desires. This bar is only 1 drink per ID so if your with someone make sure they are with you when you order.

Chez Alcatraz is a nice little spot tucked away inside Universal Studios and perfect place to get a alcoholic beverage and get a break from the crowds. Its located right by where they have Jaws Hanging. The prices are a little pricey but need to take in account your in a theme park .

This is the only full service outdoor bar inside the theme parks at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It is located in the San Francisco area of USF. Although it has limited hours of service, when it is open it's a fun place to stop by. It offers all your usual cocktails and beers. It's also a fun spot for people-watching. If Finnegan's is a bit too busy, this a good alternative.

When I came, it was really not crowded which is good because like I said, it is small so it was nice to be able to walk around. My friends and I all tried different drinks and they were all really good. The service was fast and efficient. I would definitely check this place out again and recommend. According to other comments, they do change up the drinks so I would love to try something else.

1st Time Dining at Miller's Ale House... Good Choice…read more My family and I dined at this location on Monday 22, 2025. From the moment we walked in. the ambience and the service were excellent. It was the perfect dining experience after a long day of flying. We ordered the following: Mozzarella Sticks Tossed in Parmesan, garlic and oregano served with zesty marinara for dipping. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Fully Loaded Cheese Fries Golden fries loaded with melty cheese, crispy bacon and scallions served with ranch for dipping. This was one of my family favorite appetizers. I give this dish (5***** Stars) Zingers® Hand-breaded chicken tenders, buttermilk-soaked, golden fried, and tossed in mild sauce. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, juicy, well flavored, and very good. This was one of my kid's favorite dishes. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Fresh Chicken Wings 24-piece wings (Honey BBQ, Sweet Thai Chili, & Chili Lime Dry Rub. The wings were cooked a little longer as requested, the sauce flavors were very good, but some of the wing pieces were too large. I give this dish (4**** Stars). Boom Boom Shrimp Fried shrimps tossed in spicy boom boom sauce over cabbage slaw, topped with black sesame seeds. Probably the best boom boom shrimps I have ever eaten from a restaurant. The shrimps were medium in size, plentiful, perfectly cooked and sauced. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Classic Cheeseburger Burger with melty cheese, crisp veggies, pickles and fries. I give this burger (4**** Stars) Brunch Burger Juicy beef patty, peppered bacon, fried egg, melty cheese, chili sauce and crispy fries on the side. I give this dish 5***** Stars). Barbecue Baby Back Ribs Slow-roasted baby back ribs, tender to the bone and slathered in sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Creamy Lobster & Shrimp Carbonara Lobster & shrimp with bacon, peas, mushrooms & fettuccine in creamy carbonara sauce, served with garlic bread. The pasta was perfectly cooked, but there were too many peas in the dish. There were plenty of shrimps, but only 2 small pieces of lobster. I give this dish (3*** Stars). The food was very good and exceeded our expectations. The kids really enjoyed their first dining experience at Miller's. Our server was top notch, he was prompt, knew the menu well, recommended menu items he thought we would like, and he was very attentive to our needs. A few dishes missed the mark, but overall, we enjoyed the food. Miller's Ale House 5573 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32819

The all new nachos are just disgusting. I said no queso so I could have just melted cheese and no corn but I had to pick off so much corn it was atrocious! Why is there corn on there to begin with?! It isn't mentioned that they will literally scrape an entire large ear of corn and melt it into the cheese so it's impossible to avoid. Barely any cheese - so many chips and just the worst chicken and corn that I can't get the taste of out of my mouth. Just awful. What the heck happened to the old school ale house nachos you had years ago that were so good and normal?! This meal totally turned me off of the entire restaurant - it made me sick. I want my money back for suffering through even one bite. So disappointing. There was some "meat" that looked like dog food and some looked like regular chicken. I have no idea what I just had. Might have been chorizo but again - I asked for no queso which is where it described chorizo and corn. Yet it made its way into my meal. You need more descriptors and more options to modify.

The atmosphere was lively and fun...definitely a great spot if you're looking for upbeat brunch energy. We started with the deviled eggs, and those did not disappoint. They were flavorful, well-balanced, and probably the highlight of our meal. For entrées, my husband ordered the brunch burger. The menu didn't list bacon, and even after our server double-checked to confirm it wouldn't come with bacon, the burger still came out topped with it. While mistakes happen, it was frustrating having to wait for the order to be remade while the rest of the table was already eating. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles chicken and waffles for my daughter. It was okay, but definitely on the sweeter side. The chicken itself was coated in cereal and then topped with syrup, which made the whole dish very sweet overall -- just a bit underwhelming for us. On a positive note, the kids' portions were great. The mac and cheese and chicken tenders were both solid and generously portioned. Overall, the food was a bit underwhelming for the price point, but I'd probably give it another try...if only for the Maui Mimosa. That drink alone might bring us back.
