You will need a park ticket to visit this bar. This is one of our always stop when visiting Animal Kingdom. This is just a bar, nothing fancy, but the bartenders are always great, the drinks are good, there is usually a special cocktail, the atmosphere around the bar is always upbeat and you might even catch a live performance while sipping on your cocktail. This bar has different options including specialty beer, wine and a basic stocked bar with some cocktails. There is usually a specialty cocktail of the month or quarter or event happening as well. I usually pick either a specialty beer or make a cocktail with the liquors they have. My wife usually chooses the specialty drinks. We have always enjoyed the drinks at this bar. Some of their drinks are pre batch made but for batch-made drinks, they are not terrible and still pack a nice little punch. Recently we ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita, which was originally designed to celebrate Hispanic and Latin American cultures. This was meant to be a limited time drink and it is still available, but I have no idea for how long. It is really good, one of the better drinks we have had. Hopefully it is popular so it will stay on the menu permanently. Another popular drink is the Ngumu Jungle Juice. This one is also very refreshing and a good one to order if you are unsure. I would definitely recommend this bar. They have great drinks, really friendly bartenders, lots of seating at the bar and also around it. It is perfect to grab before waiting in line for the safari or Lion King show. You cannot bring drinks into the Lion King Show but if there is a line, this is the perfect stop while you wait. I would say make sure to check it out when you need a quick drink at Animal Kingdom.

Their on-site food offering was the Barefoot Pool Bar. There are cast members whom will walk around the pool area providing menus and asking for orders. It's typically quicker though to go to the Barefoot Pool Bar to place your order. There are plenty of tables scattered around the pool area to eat at. We ended up ordering from Barefoot Pool Bar a few times Kids Meals: Cheeseburger with French Fries. Non-Alcoholic Beverage: Lava Smoothie (Raspberry Puree blended with flavors of Coconut and Pineapple. I actually thought this was one of the better food options to eat at on the Polynesian Resort. The drinks were tasty and the food was scrumptious! The prices weren't too expensive either! The pool side seating has amazing views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and the electric boat parade!

Their vibe is dark, nautical, it matches the resorts. Everything is navy blue, its pretty dark inside, but they do have a few TVs. My wife and I prefer to come here when we stay at the Yacht Club or the Beach club but we have visited a few times just to get away from the park. We also stop here when we like to do the Yacht and Beach crawl. If you are not staying here you will need to figure out a different way to access the resort. They offer a small selection of food, mostly which are appetizers, but there are a couple of items you could order as a meal. Last time we were here we did see a few people order food to go probably back to their room. Something my wife and I always have to order is the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three spreads and 5 rolls. The spreads include Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These are so good and actually one time we stayed we ordered these every single night, they are that good. The spreads are great on their own but even better when you mix them. I would prefer the rolls to be hot but they are still great. We also ordered the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo and the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. Both are really delicious and easy to share or even have both as your meal. The last thing we ordered was the flatbread. They have a seasonal flatbread which was French onion soup but we found out they also offer just a pepperoni flatbread which is not on the menu. This was a great flatbread, really cheesy, great flavor, not too heavy on the pepperoni but really good overall. For drinks I really prefer to get order off the menu and get either a dirty martini or a Manhattan. They have a full bar and can do most drinks. My wife loves their wine particularly the Dr. Loosen, Dr. L. Riesling which she finds around Disney. She also enjoys a good lemon drop martini. Overall this is a great stop, it is one of my favorite lounges. It is comfy, dark, not super loud, they have great food options and great drinks. I would say stop by when you can and check it out! ACES!

We were seated for 10+ minutes with no greeting and when a waiter finally appeared he ignored us and went to a different table that was seated after us. We were trying to get a drink and app before our room was ready but thankfully after the miss in service, I got a text that our room was ready so we just left. Anyway, usually good place to get a drink but maybe next time we will just sit at the bar.

This is just a walk up bar, no seating at the bar, it is all grab and go. They only serve wine, beer and mixed drinks, but they have a pretty stacked bar. They do not sell food, however, there are a few food options located very close by. The last time we were here, there were a few tables near the water and around the bar, but I'm not sure if they are permanent. This bar usually has a long line and waits. It's not super hidden and their drinks are good, so I don't really understand why it gets so long. The line also moves slow. I think the main reason for this is because this is home to the famous Ocean Attack cocktail: Don Q coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, Sprite, dash of grenadine. When you order this, it comes with a little show, the bartender gets into the drink with a shark hand. Everyone is ordering it and it takes longer because they have to do their little skit with each drink. My wife likes this drink, she says its tasty but incredibly dangerous. She says you cannot really taste the alcohol but it hits you later. For me personally, it is a little sweet with the coconut rum, pineapple juice and sprite. It is not my favorite, I probably wouldn't really order one for myself. I prefer to just get beer when we stop here. As I mentioned they do have a full bar, so if you do not like one of their specialty drinks, you can order your own or your favorite. As I mentioned the line can get long, but I personally do like this stop. We do not always stop here, if the line is really long, we skip it and head somewhere else. They do have really good cocktails, great theming with Jaws and its another bar. My wide and I like to do crawls when we are in the park so if you are doing that, I would say add it to your list.
