I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect.

He must have realized it and came back and grabbed the individually wrapped buns and took them to the register I wasn't feeling well , so I just grabbed some condiment packets even though I wanted to add the onions, tomatoes, and pickles that they have available. Waited in line for about 5min while the lead pharmacist continued to ignore me. Young guy comes from the back and says hi, spends a good 2-3 min going back and forth with the lead pharmacist. Finally they decide to help me and the younger guy then proceeds to tell me he has nothing on file for me and then walks away. I continue to stand there as the lead pharmacist continued to ignore the situation and the other tech hasn't come back yet. At this point I walk away as the young tech walks up. @cvs/target I will not be coming back, and will transfer my prescriptions and future prescriptions to Rite Aid. I will also be transferring my husband's transplant medications which cost 3k a month. Add that number up and give your team a high five on the lost revenue.

Nat is one of nicest & most helpful employees of any retail store I've been in, period. He's the definition of what customer service should be.
