It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment with my own provider so I decided to pay out of pocket to get it done at a local CVS. Scheduling an appointment through the CVS app was super easy and the check in process was seamless. I received notifications on my phone with reminders to check and I was called into the doctor's office within a 5 minutes wait (walk ins are welcomed, btw!) The doctor was friendly and very thorough with the process. The test was quick and I was able to schedule a follow up visit to check the results the following Monday, and I received an email notification right away confirming my appointment. It was $35 for the appointment and it will be another $50 for the follow up. Definitely had a wonderful experience!

The pharmacy wasn't busy, there was no line, and only one or two other people there were just sitting down waiting. When she told me my prescription wasn't there, I called my urgent care clinic, who confirmed it was sent. I tried to politely wave to Maggie to say "excuse me," but she completely ignored me. When I asked her to double-check, she suddenly found it and dismissively said, "Oh, they just sent it right now." Her attitude was terrible--no greetings, no "hi," no "bye." To make matters worse, she didn't bother to give me any patient counseling or explain how to take the medication. There is no excuse for this level of poor service when she wasn't even busy helping anyone else.

The lady knew exactly what I was looking for. She led me to the lip creams immediately. I bought 3 of them. They are $11 a pop... a bit pricey, but hey, our lips deserve tender loving care, too.
