I read this Ralph's fry fish so I arrived at 11:30am on MLK day to try it. I asked before hand yes they fry it. I bought 2 pieces of catfish to be fried $10.55. The fish guy says he uses Cajun seasoning for the fish. The wait is 15 min so I walked around the aisles. The aisles are clean and well stocked. At 15min, my fish was ready. It's lightly fried which it broke apart when I tried to move it to my plate. I couldn't taste the Cajun seasoning. Otherwise the fish tastes fine. Nice place to get fried fish.

The completely frozen shumai with sauce drizzled on it ... - A plastic container holds several frozen shumai dumplings submerged in a soy-based sauce. The shumai are uncooked, with some showing a slightly translucent wrapper and filling inside. The container is placed on a colorful, patterned surface, possibly a tablecloth with pastel colors and circular designs.

It sadden me to share this place as it was one of my go to places for work lunch quite enough times to call it one of my regular spots. I typically order this via uber eats or DoorDash so it's not a review based off of the actually physical pick up this I cannot comment on the environment of the place. The service is typical quick as I don't have issues with my deliveries arriving late. They sometimes have this $10 tuna lover deal that I think is a good bang for the buck (photo shared below). Thus, the 2nd star given. This post however is to beware those that are purchasing food from this place like me via third party delivery service. I ordered a platter & shu mai along and was given completely FROZEN shu mai with sauce drizzle over it don't know how they quality check the food ... also that platter instead of what's advertised, was all California rolls instead of the variety so needless to say ... it was a disappointing lunch day... Hope this don't happen to others too

Flowers by Jasmine! - A large floral arrangement with white roses, lilies, and other white flowers, including baby's breath and green foliage, is displayed in a woven basket decorated with a fabric bow. The arrangement is on a store counter with scissors, a phone, and other items nearby, indicating it is a floral display at a retail location.

I went into Ralphs looking for a good size condolence bouquet. I'm so happy I met Jasmine here. I showed Jasmine a photo of how I want the bouquet to look like and she made it way better. Most importantly, the bouquet ended up being so much more affordable than any other flower shops around the area. She did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Jasmine for all your flower needs. You won't be disappointed!

Bags that didn't even survive one shopping trip. Total price for the groceries that the bags couldn't support? $149.

It's bad enough that the grocery prices are high, but now the bags are the weakest paper bags in the industry?!? They begin tearing as you bag your groceries! Trader Joe's bags are far stronger and can actually be used more than once. This is a total rip off and Ralph's is at the peak of screwing their customers.

The photo captures the storefront of a Ralphs grocery store, featuring a large red and white sign with the Ralphs logo. The building has a white facade with black accents and a partially visible entrance with automatic doors. A vehicle is parked in front, and a Garda security vehicle is also visible nearby. The sky is clear and blue, indicating a sunny day.

As if it's not hard enough to be black in America today, Ralph has updated their self check out software to sit there and take video so that clerks can replay live whenever the machine assumes you are stealing. If you are too fast because you've been using self checkout for years, you have to sit there and watch a clerk replay five videos of you placing food in a bag. And then when you adjust to drop the food in the bag, so it can be clearly shown it's leaving your hands. The machine breaks down because it does not understand while you are not arrested for being black.

What a joke Ralph's has become. - The image shows raw beef and pork meat placed on a white foam tray, with the beef occupying most of the tray and the pork placed above it. The meat appears fresh and uncooked. A plastic-wrapped package with a price tag is held in the right hand, showing a total price of $25.74. The background includes a metallic surface and part of a grocery store environment.

Once upon a time, the flap meat was good here. Now, they're selling it for $13.99 a pound and it's full of fat. You stingy mf's need to stop ripping everyone off!!!! The last 5 times I have purchased flap meat, half the container is fat. Wtf is wrong you bozos? And I can tell they are hiding the fatter pieces underneath another piece so you can't tell when u buy it. I won't be spending another penny at this greedy DUMP. Refer to my photo for proof! Sick of it!!!!!! $22 for half of my meat to be full of fat?!! This is a disgrace.

Three pre-packaged sushi trays are shown in a refrigerated display case at Ralphs in Temple City, CA. The trays contain slices of salmon, shrimp, and other seafood, with one tray also including lettuce. Each tray has a label with product information and a sell-by date of 10/08. The display case has a glass front and a cooling mechanism visible at the top.

I love that they have everything you need at a grocery store but are able to keep it small in size where it's not overwhelming to shop for a particular item. It's pretty magical that they can have such a variety for the size of their markets compared to other markets. Some of my favorite all time items from them are the following: 1. frozen cod rice with ratatouille and rice. (Product from France) 2. Spaghetti with meat sauce (product from Canada) 3. New item recently -BBQ pork fried rice. 4. frozen bugolgi 5. frozen Korean beef ribs. 6. their variety of nuts like shelled Pistachios and Roasted Cashews. 7. also their Dubai Chocolate are one of the best I've had! 8. organic chicken bone broth (super healthy and convenient) 9. honey flavored Greek yogurt. 10. ketchup chips!! 11. truffle chips 12. Cuban citrus chicken rice I can go on and on but the above are some of my favorites! I am definitely a TJ fan! However I am not into their tote bag hype. lol With all respect, I Have no clue why is it so popular? This is their success in their marketing skills!

I have a lot of go to things I grab at traders, their birria is the bomb, gotta grab some chicken dumplings every time I go in! I love me some chocolate covered bananas in the frozen section! So many things & new things that always come out (: Cashiers are quick & so nice. Always spark up a conversation & really good with their customer service. They do it right here cause a lot of stores lack this! Oh the Parking lot is a mad house! Crazy busy but I Guess that's the only negative here (:

It's been years since I've been in here. So long that I forgot I reviewed this on yelp at 11 years ago Interestingly, James T., the affable checker is still here. It looks older, maybe more experienced, but he's still a kind soul. Unfortunately, panda express has shuttered here. There's a little sign that says visit our store at the San Diego Mall. They didn't bother to publish... After you park half a mile away and then wander in, almost getting hit several times in the parking lot, and maybe run over by hoodlum teenagers riding motorbikes through the actual mall proper. But I guess that wasn't that much room on the sign. The rest of the store looks like one of the markets in Handmaid's Tale: bizarre, non-natural lighting, high prices, disguised as sale prices, and an eclectic mix of time honored brands, and "what the hell is this?" stuff you've never heard of. As we shook our heads in disgust at the panda express empty stall, we walked by the hot food deli, and the lady yelled at me. We only have chicken. I didn't ask. I didn't even suggest I wanted to check in. I didn't even think I wanted chicken, which eliminates the possibility that she's psychic. Anyway, we wandered out of the store with that same sinking feeling you got high school or college as you're walking away from someone that just dumped you. Ostensibly, you'll feel better later... But for the time being, it hurts a little bit. Especially knowing that you're not ever coming back.

I purchased boneless skinless chicken breast from the butcher counter and was disturbed to find…read morethat green ink from the biodegradable produce bag used to wrap the meat had transferred directly onto the chicken. This is a serious food safety concern. Ink is not meant to contact raw meat, and consuming it is potentially harmful. When I brought this to the attention of manager Roger, rather than taking responsibility, he deflected by saying to "blame your governor" for the biodegradable bag requirement. That response is completely unacceptable. Regardless of what bags are mandated by law, it is the store's responsibility to ensure the packaging used for raw meat is food-safe and does not contaminate the product. If biodegradable bags are required, the store should be sourcing ones with food-safe, non-transferable ink -- or using proper butcher paper or certified meat bags as a liner. This seems to be a budgeting and supplier decision that the store controls. Customers should not be taking home ink-contaminated meat and then be dismissed when they raise a legitimate concern. I will be reporting this to my local health department and recommend others inspect their meat purchases carefully before consuming. Has this happened to anyone else? I was told I was the only one who this had happened to. Thankfully I did receive a refund.
