I thought I'd give this place a chance so I took a break from the office and came towards mid-afternoon. I get out of my car and the employee tells me pay inside, so I went to pay inside then went outside to wait for my car to get completed. About 45 min have passed and because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt I go and check on my car and to my surprise it's still sitting there in front of the entrance of the wash. I go ask one guy, he sends me to the dryer folks, then the dryer folks send me back to the vacuum folks. Finally I ask about it and he says he went to look for me and I wasn't there, but in reality I only paid and sat outside. Made me wonder if they would've let my car sit there all afternoon had I not gone and asked? An hour passed and I finally saw my car go out and start getting dried, but by that point I had to head back to the office, so I cut the dryer short. I paid $21 or so for an outside rinse. read more

I bought car wash coupon on discount around six months ago. They sold it saying that it is never going to expire. I went last week to redeem the coupon code, but they didn't honor it. When I talked to the manager, he said that "some worker" gave me incorrect information and they don't accept coupons after six days. I also called up the owner and left a voice message for him. The car wash is not the best since they charge you half price, and I understand that. But what really pisses me off is when they scratch your car and lose a rubber cover from the door and they don't want any responsibility. We reported it immediately and they said we couldn't prove it was them who scratched the car cause nobody saw them do it. So we had to fill up a complaint form and they told us to call a number to report what happened. They said the manager would call us the day after. Well, in that number we got a full mail box and no response and, one week after, we are still waiting for the manager to call us to fix this. I just went to the car wash yesterday afternoon and got the ultimate wash for half off , at 12.99!! After waiting 40 minutes for the wash to be completed I got home and noticed water spots and bird poop still on the windows . Then today it rained and I called to see what their policy is and there is none . I've gone to other places and as long as you have your receipt and come back within 2 days they will wash the outside and windows !!! I don't be returning to this car wash again !! read more

Went in for an outside wash. I had to drive through the machine myself and when the wash ended the car came out completely wet. The details say that the car is air dried but I was under the blower maybe 5 seconds. When I asked the guys outside to dry my car they said they can't because I paid for an outer wash only. Half price car wash is a steal. I think this is the one of the best car wash deals I have had in bay area. At first, I thought it was just a marketing campaign with string attached. However, after going there once and see how good of job they did on my car, I start going once every couple weeks. Highly recommended and don't forget to tip the people who hand dry your car. read more

I just went in to this lication for beer and broke my toe. The cashier on duty was not concerned and did not file a cal osha report and made me buy the beer that had dropped on my foot. He would not take my name or number and did not give my a managers or owners name. I will follow up on this incident as it was not taken care of according to the law. read more

Be careful with this place. The car wash code receipt doesn't disclose any expiration dates or on touch screen while purchasing. However, the clerk says it expires in 7 days! Found this place after picking up a coupon at the Honda dealer. $9.99 way better deal than Lozano's $13.99. The staff do a better job in cleaning & dusting inside, not a rushed job. Outside never has a drop of water (unlike my experience at Lozano). The minus is this place is they are a LOT slower than lozanos. You have to plan 20 min, so if you're in a rush, not the place for you! Bring the Sunday paper, cause you will need to kill time. read more

I would give this place zero stars! After bringing my car here for a car wash, I came back to collect it and my car wouldn't start. They had left something on in my car which killed the battery. When I got into my vehicle one of the cleaning men told me my battery is dead. WTF! They didn't help resolve the problem. Best car wash ever. Half price days = Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Got their best package offered (the "Ultimate") for $13 bucks even. Went at about 1pm. About 10m of waiting in line, actual wash took around 20-30m. Didn't bother trying to figure out their free wifi after two attempts, just used my phone's hotspot. read more

Don't ever come to this car wash. They locked the car with the keys inside and blamed me even though they drove my car through the Carwash. On top of that they didn't reimburse me! They even pushed my car forward and stopped it rolling with rocks so they could get the other cars through - this ended up scraping the bottom front of my car! I ended having to go home and get my spare key to finally get my car back. I talked to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything and the owner was I unreachable. On 8/6 I decided I needed a car wash. I remembered seeing this one near my work so I decided to try it out. I went around 11am and had no wait. I purchased the $19.99 detail that includes a cleanup on the inside. To my pleasant surprise, when I went to pay, the wash was half off that day. My car came back squeaky clean. They did a nice job of wiping the dash and doors and cleaning everything up. The staff was all friendly and smiled. It was a great experience. This will be my new go to car wash. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE! I came on a Tuesday (which is half price for the best wash) .. And boy do you get what you pay for! My car almost looked worse after coming out than before. It says it comes with inside clean... They barely vacuumed, and it didn't come with a scent. The back of my car was still filthy on the outside. Dirt was inside the emblems and the whole back side still looked dirty. I had to take a paper towel and basically clean my car. I'm even more upset for tipping $5, I figured hey it's half price so I should tip decently... But it was definitely not deserved! I will not be coming back, even for $13. read more

I always go there to refuel my car and being a sales associate for car dealership we need to refuel car a lot so this is our gas station to refuel all the cars. Employees over there are so nice and helpful. They have enough station to refuel and have good store for foods as well. Located in very nice place and have a lot parking space. Brought my 2008 Lexus IS350 for a car wash on Saturday 9/15/2012. When I got my car back, the rims on the driver's side were all scratched. The front rim had paint some of the paint removed. Manager at the store could only refer to me to the owner. The owner is refusing to pay for the damage caused by his car-wash. NO SIGNS POSTED THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAMGE DO NOT GET A CAR WASH FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR RIMS SCRATCHED AND DENTED. The gas price here has historically been on the favorable side, relative to other gas stations/prices. I've been to the car wash here many times and I've been satisfied. The discount days are still pretty quick and good, too. This is my go to for my car wash. I wouldn't make any special trip for the gas price since I'm close to other spots where I can fill up at a good price, too. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!! First, they ruined one of my tires, by breaking the tire valve stem. I didn't know it right away, it was a slow leak, so when I came back the mgr, basically, said, "too bad, so sad." Then, I didn't learn my lesson from that experience, I went back, and they broke my antenna. Shame on me. Prices are low and so is service. I used to think getting a car wash for $8 less than Lozano was worth it but not after they broke the antenna on my car and refused to fix it. They said the contract states they are not responsible for power antenna's and I should contact my insurance. I am going to pursue this through Chevron. The onsite manager says the car wash is not owned by Chevron but Chevron should be aware of shoddy service as their name is the one that gets thrown in the mud. read more

Warning.....never go to Chevron gas station and car wash in Sunnyvale. They should get NEGATIVE 5 stars. I got gas and a car wash few weeks ago. After they washed the exterior of my car, the worker parked my car at the other side of parking lot for interior cleaning. My boyfriend and I were waiting outside the 7-11store. We heard a big bang. One of the worker backed up another car which was finished and hit my car. I rushed to the car and took pictures of my car and the worker/driver who tried to walked away. In the same time my boyfriend went to the 7-11store to report the incident. There were no one in charge of this matter. after 10 min running around between the 7-11 store and car wash, my boyfriend came back with a car wash crewman. ( i assumed he is a forman ) he claimed he had not seen what happened and he could not help even he saw both cars and damage of my car and the driver/worker admitted he hit my car. He asked me to fill up an accidental report and told me to call Ed on Monday. After i filled up the report, the same worker/driver drove forward the other car and backed up the car, he almost hit my car again if i did not ponded on the other car to stop him. i really think he does not know how to drive a car at all. Monday I called the phone # and pressed the extension for Ed. A man answer the phone. i asked if he is Ed, he did not identify himself but asked me what i want. I told him about the purpose of my call, he told me that he can not help me and can not provide his company's insurance information either. I asked if he is Ed, he said "NO" even I pressed Ed extension according to the company directory. I asked if I can talk to Ed, he said Ed is out of town and there is no other person could help me. i called my insurance company with the pictures of my car, the other car's plate No., the accidental report and Ed phone No. the adjuster left many messages to Ed but did not get any response either. I have been going to this station for years to use my Safeway discount. Today Gasbuddy said the cash price was $2.35. When I got to the station I glanced at the sign that had the usual two columns of prices. It used to be Cash or Credit. I paid my money and used my Safeway discount and noticed that the price was $2.35 but should have been $2.15 with Safeway. I went back inside and asked about this and was told that they changed and it was now Car Wash price and Credit price. I got my money back since I had not put in any gas. I had to walk up to the price sign to see the very fine print that said Car Wash instead of Cash. I drove away without getting gas from them. This seems like a very deceptive practice. The price difference between Wash and Credit was 20 cents the same as the Safeway discount. If a person was not alert they would fill up and not notice they got burned.
