It has three islands, 1 pump on each, but can only serve up to 5 vehicles at a time. Why? Because that one pump near the street, that looks like a satellite pump only has 1 nozzle. There's only a cashier's booth that has snacks and cigarettes. There's drink coolers in the back of the station. Gas prices are a little high here. Maybe because it's in a shopping center, and because there's no nearby competition. Also, the Shell brand is Top Tier gasoline, and is usually more expensive. I had a nice experience here. I pulled in to fill up my lovely car, put the nozzle into the tank opening and started to pump. The gas pressure was so hard that the nozzle flew out of the opening of the gas tank and started spraying everywhere. Gas covered me, my dress, my hair, my shoes, inside of my car (the top was down), all over the outside of my car and spewed all over the ground. I picked up the nozzle and managed to get it back into the tank opening only to have it kick out again. Third try and I had to forcefully nurse the gas into the car. I was on my way to an event so I had no time to go home and shower. I moved my car to a parking space and got out to report the incident to the staff only be greeted by this b*tch asking if I was the one who sprayed gas all over the ground. I told her what happened and she started yelling at me saying it was my fault. I calmly explained that in my entire life I had never been assaulted before by a gas pump and that their gas pressure was clearly too high. It was not a pleasant exchange and, soaked with gas, late for my event and throughly upset, I left. I've been back since for Slushies, but will never buy gas here again. If you decide to take your chances with these vicious pumps, make sure you have time for a shower afterwards just in case.

I was there on a Thursday evening to meetup with a coworker. While I was waiting, I got some gas, snacks, a soda, and chatted with the cashier. The man working there was nice, and we talked about other gas stations, and who sells Top Tier fuels. The gas station was very clean and organized. I paid with a credit card, and he noted that they don't charge a fee for credit card use. He agreed that their gas prices are high, but they're in Los Altos and this is a prime location. Also, the restroom is on the outside and it was clean. Lots of parking. Maybe it's different in the daytime with a Trader Joe's store right next door. Note: Station has a Smog Check shop.
