Stephanie would not take my cash payment today at 6:25 pm as she was busy on a personal phone call and according to her so was closed for the day after I asked what time they closed she mentioned it was 24hrs but could not take my cash because she closed her register and busy on the call with a guy on her pink cell phone that was very rude and unprofessional service if your still open you should still be able to take a payment and recount your register it is not that hard hit she rather loose money because she wants to go home already and no one else is walking in to take over for her !! Every time you come in here she is always on the phone and is quite rude because she feels she's being interrupted while at work she should be focused on helping customers not on her personal call. This gas station is in my neighborhood, it was really great for the first 25 years we lived here. It has seriously gone downhill in the last few years. Do not go here unless you are OK with going inside to pay. None of the card readers work and the pumps have issues too. Such a shame given its great location. read more

Don't recommend this place. The card readers, tap readers usually don't work. Pumps are often broken as well. The overall condition of the place is run down and dirty. There are better options in the area. read more

I don't recommend this gas station, it's a waste of your time and the cashier is rude and can't speak english. I visited this station around 9:30pm on 12/5. I had to switch to 3 different gas pumps because their pumps are faulty or didn't work. Also, I prepaid with cash, but the gas price went up in the middle of fueling, like 9:26pm, not something like 10pm you switch price. When the first problem happened, I talked to the cashier, he was rude and impatient cos I can't speak spanish. When a broken gas pump happened again, he was even condescending. He talked like I was an idiot and causing him troubles! Hello...? Your pumps are old and broken, and you can hardly use your cashier's machine and speak the language your works need. A monkey can probably do the job! Wasted me 40 mins there and being treated with disrespect!! read more

We went to a gas station on 4-2-23 and they didn't have regular gas we ask that the employee who working behind the counter he said don't have a regular gasoline ask him why didn't you put the sign out there? I just wanted a five dollar bill so I could tip my driver. I had eaten across the very busy El Camino Real at Annachikadai and all I needed was a five dollar bill before I got picked up. Crossing the street was daunting and dangerous and this gas station is cramped. The ATM of course dispenses 20s so now I needed change. No change without purchase. I looked around and there was nothing I wanted. I tried to get a Lotto ticket. Nope, it's down. I wandered around this little closet of a gas station and decided on some M and Ms I wasn't going to eat. This time I waited while the same cashier put change in his drawer out of the safe and arranged it. Finally he looked at me and my M and Ms and refused to take the 20 because he "didn't have change." Unbelievable. There's a nicer place across the street, but be careful about crossing. For some reason the normally pedestrian respect one finds elsewhere in the area does not exist at this particular intersection on Saturday nights. read more

This station doesn't give a CRAP about customer health and safety! #1) I had to walk into the station's store to get a receipt because the printer at the pump was broken (STILL -- I'd complained about it at least twice before); #2) the attendant couldn't give a sh*t that I had to walk in, when for COVID safety reasons it's much better if I hadn't had to; #3) the attendant argued with me and wouldn't take any responsibility for the broken printer or even passing along a complaint to management; #4) the fool had his mask DANGLING OPEN BELOW HIS NOSE; and #5) the store reeked of CIGARETTE SMOKE because the idiot had probably just smoked inside! If the name is wrong then it was whomever you had working the cash register on March 3, 2021 between 6:30pm - 7:30pm. He was smoking a cigarette inside the store with a fan on, no concern of those needing to be helped. I only went inside because I needed to buy fuel with cash. He was rude and didn't seem to care that he was making the entire store stink like a cigarette - the portable fan he was using was only blowing smoke around making it worse. Awful. I put my card in to get gas today. It authorized but no gas would pump. I went cancelled and went to a different pump. It authorized but wouldn't pump again. I cancelled and went inside. They said that my card wasn't authorized. I was running late so just blew it off and left. When I checked my bank account later, they had authorized over $90 between the two transactions. My car was out of gas I let the man working know that I wouldn't make it home. I asked if he could type in my debit card number since I didn't have the physical card he said no. I called my husband stressed if I would have to call AAA and wait for HOURS taking up their GAs pump from future purchases my car just sitting there. I figured out how to get my card on Samsung pay. I had never used it. When I go back in to pay the man doesn't want to help me Tap it. He is too busy counting the money for the day. When my husband on the phone is trying to guide me how to do it and it is not working my husband says why isn't he helping you? I said supposedly he will after counting the money because he put one finger up as in to say 1 min. I give the 2 stars instead of 1 because at least he tried to help me tap it and it failed again. Then I press fingerprint and pay button My first time figuring this out on My own when he states this will be the last time to try. I nodded. And it worked thank God because otherwise I wouldn't have "been allowed to attempt" a 3rd time and stuck at their pump until AAA came losing them business. He counted the cash a second time taking more than a minute to put my purchase in to give me a 2nd attempt with Samsung pay. Their were a few other customers coming in right then too so him counting the money=delay in putting in my gas order=delay for the other customers equals are customers your priority or counting money for the day? Double check your gas price if you're paying cash. They will charge you the credit card price. They've done that a couple of times to me.

Extremely poor, if not fraudulent, customer service. The gas pump malfunctioned while pumping my gas - the gas was not going into my car, but flowing back up into the pump. For a 12 gallon tank, the reading said 26 gallons and $82. After 30 mins of discussion and being told they could do nothing because it had to be an "investigation", I was able to get them to reverse part of the charge (reimbursed me for the difference between filling up my tank in full and the $82). However, I then checked my gauge and realized the pump had not worked at all (gave me 1 or 2 gallons). I went back in to figure out the proper reimbursement to me, but the manager disappeared and the clerk (who was kind and wished he could help) said he could not do anything without the manager. I was told that they would call me. We'll see. A man came in just after and had the same thing happen to him. They decided at that point to block off that pump. read more

Never going back. Tonight after dark they had a broken pump with no warning sign on it, only a mysterious orange cone sitting by the pump. I started the pump and the gas spewed everywhere, all over my car and on me as well. I alerted the cashier and he stopped the gas eventually, but they charged me $7.65 and I got not a single drop of it in my car (just everywhere else). When I went to get credit this same cashier won´t give me credit back and actually blames me and yells at me for not interpreting his orange cone correctly.
